AEqual 3 Ranch ServicesI bought a large parcel (~50 acres) of land in northern Arizona and needed a barbed wire fence and gate installed. I contacted several different fencing companies, but none provided services in the remote area where my land is located, or they wanted a LOT more money than I was prepared to spend. Luckily, I saw a fleeting ad on Craigslist for Equal Three Ranch fencing services and I contacted the owner, Cardiff Babb, for a quote. Not only was Cardiff's quote reasonable, but he was very helpful - helping me to understand what materials I would need to supply (to save more $), what to expect from the fencing process, and how long the job might take. Following Cardiff's excellent advice, I rounded up the necessary supplies and materials and met him on my land. Given that I have a heavily-treed parcel, don't have direct line-of-sight to the corner pins, and have variations in grade, Cardiff's experience and perserverance (and chainsaw and tractor!) made a big difference in the successful outcome of the job, which took place over several weeks/weekends in November. Once we understood the magnitude of the job, especially the density of the brush and trees in certain areas, Cardiff adjusted his quote upwards a bit. However, I was onboard with this as I helped to clear some of the trees and brush in the way of the fenceline, and very much appreciated and understood the difficulty of the task and the time and effort required to complete it. Cardiff was always on time, is extremely responsible and trustworthy, is a super-hard worker, and has all the right tools for the job, which makes a world of difference (and the same can be said about his crew). The job took a little longer than I would have liked, but that was unavoidable due to the difficulty of the terrain, the amount of money I had available to spend, and the fact that Cardiff and I both have other full-time jobs that require our attention. Regardless of that, I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome, and highly recommend Cardiff and his crew for all your fencing needs. Initially, I foolishly thought I could do this job myself. After seeing Cardiff and his crew in action, I know now that I would have been stringing barbed wire until 2014 if I had tried. Call a professional - call Cardiff Babb at (928) 525-4114. AMatthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

The work was done quickly, the price was reasonable, and the fence has held up well to all kinds of weather. It is by far the best fence we have ever had, and I feel better knowing that when the dogs go outside, they are safe and secure.

AI had an intitial training session with Renee Gonzales. I was impressed with he pinch collar approach. Off Leash K-9 typically uses an e collar but the pinch collar was very effective. Based on how well the first session went, I purchased a package and have continued to train with Renee. My dog is now walking without pulling. She's doing much better and Renee has provided tool to help manage the situation when my dog comes across another dog. You can see how calm she (black) is in a picture when another dog was introduced.
