ADwell Well Remodeling LLCIt's the best experience I've had hiring a contractor. I'm 72 and have done many remodels before but never one this big. My wife and I moved out of the house for 3 months to give contractors open access to the whole house and we moved all our belongings into storage. They gutted the kitchen, two bathrooms, laundry and removed 4 walls to create a great room. We repainted the whole interior, tiled the entire floor - 2400 sq ft and replaced many doors and windows. Most of the house was rewired and replumbed to accommodate new appliances, fixtures and configurations. During the 3 months we visited the house several times a week and found contractors working on it every time! And this was during a severe labor crunch in the construction and remodeling industries. Greg van Damm was the key for us. He required all design and remodeling decisions to be made before hand - down to the colors, textures, fixtures and all details. He and Lisa, his designer, guided us through the process. They helped us with concept development to figuring out where to go for the materials and other guidance. When we were done, he got detailed bids for all the subcontractors so that the construction phase could proceed smoothly. And it did! Greg was frequently on site to supervise the work and had his own people do some of it. If there were any issues with subs, (there were only a few) he handled them as our advocate. It came in on time and on budget. Greg even did followup until all of the punch list items were finished. Wow!- THOMAS H.

AJDS ImprovementsI highly recommend JDS Improvements - for roofing or any other work. (I will be hiring him to do other work around my house later this year.) He removed the old roof and two skylights and replaced them. He coordinated with the HVAC company to remove and replace the roof air conditioner so I was without air conditioning for only a few hours, which, in Arizona is so needed in July! He repaired the inside walls/ceiling that had to be trimmed to accommodate the new skylights. Extremely professional, IMPECCABLE INTEGRITY, responsive, listened and answered all of my many many questions, and accommodated my special needs. His crews are very respectful and after the work was done they cleaned up all areas - inside and outside. When they had to work inside, they put paper on the floors to walk on, paper on the counters, and then put plastic around the skylight opening when they repaired that area. They cared for and respected my house as if it was theirs and left it clean with no trace they were even there. Nothing was too small - the attention to the details was welcoming. Having lived in Sedona for 10 years I have finally found a contractor who does what he says he is going to do, shows up when he says he is going to show up, and not only walks you through the process but also talks to you about possible complications/issues and offers multiple solutions. QUALITY WORK AT GOOD RATES. I know I will never hire any other contractor for any home project I have in the future!! I know that I will never have to worry that the job was done right - the first time!!!- Roberta A.

ASafePro Auto GlassSuperbly! I couldn't find their office (My navigation gave me the wrong address). I called them and they gave me the correct address and told me to call them again so they could guide me to the specific building. I was at least an hour late. When I arrived, they greeted me with smiles. They even greeted my dog and gave us some nice, cold, bottled water. I have never had such wonderful service in my life, and I am 68.- Dianne G.

ADreamstyle Remodeling of Southern ArizonaMy wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the quality of work that Ryan and Luis of Dreamstyle Remodeling did on our window replacements. They did such phenomenal work on a very diverse and difficult job on 13 windows, including two large bowed windows and one very large three pane slider. I have replaced windows before and know how difficult it can be. They were were professional throughout and would don shoe covers whenever entering the house. We finally got them to accept they didn’t need to do that. They cleaned up everything and their caulking job was beyond beautiful. We highly recommend this company and their technicians Ryan & Luis!- John M.

They painted the exterior of the house, stained the deck and repaired/stained the fence. The house looks amazing. I have to admit I miss having their smiling faces around.
