    I needed to leave for Tucson Airport promptly at 4:00am, and the indifference of the first two taxi services I called left me a little doubtful that I'd actually be able to leave on time. 520 Express was my third call, but they'll be my first from now on - their professionalism on the phone alone was already miles ahead of the first two companies. Better yet, that professionalism extended further than just the reservation call. 520 Express called to confirm my reservation - and then called again just prior to arriving at the house. Their car was in my driveway, with the trunk & backdoor open, a few minutes before 4:00am. The car itself was clean, the driver was awesome (no small feat at 4am), and the price was right. I travel quite a bit and I have to say that this was one of the only car services I've ever used that made a really positive impression. 520 Express seems to have a great focus on customer service, and the positive approach to their business really shines through. Highly recommended!

    Quick Park Shuttle
    I left a jacket on this shuttle on 4/25/14 and they kept it for me until my return on 5/6/14.  I also like them because they pick you up at your car, take your suitcases out of your car and put them on the shuttle, then unload them at your airline's outdoor checkin. I had also used one of their other lots where they washed your car's exterior and had it ready for you upon your return.

    Flashpoint Transportation Ltd. got our colleagues to the airport expeditiously. Because they didn't spend time picking up other passengers, we didn't have to arise an hour earlier as would have been required by another shuttle service. The price was fair and the service was courteous and efficient.

    Fast Park & Relax
    I'm always greeted by a friendly attendant at the entrance who offers me the daily newspaper and directs me to a parking space. The shuttle arrives as soon as I'm in the space and the driver gives me a card they've written the space number on. I'm delivered to the appropriate terminal within 5 minutes of pulling into the parking lot! On return, I'm picked up at the shuttle area, whisked back to my car in under 5 minutes, even when the shuttle is full. The shuttle driver handles my luggage and makes sure I'm ready to go. I'm always offered a bottle of ice cold water when I drive out. Knowing that my car has been safe while I'm out of town on business means more than I can say, but the friendly, thorough service also makes me feel like a valued customer. My car battery was dead one return trip, late at night, but the shuttle driver quickly got me going and I was on my way home. I will always use this business and highly recommend it!

    Our driver, George, was very prompt in picking us up, both to take us and to return from the airport. We were very grateful to him too on the return trip when we called less than 24 hours to make an appointment with him to pick us up at the airport, and he moved his own luncheon appointment back for us. Thanks to George, we were able to relax during the shuttle and forget the stress of beginning our traveling as well as thoroughly enjoying talking with him. We will definitely use Arizona Shuttle again because of having such a positive experience.

    We've used them for years. They always come when they say they're coming. The drivers are always friendly. Their vehicles are well maintained.

    I went on the website in July and saw the "best deal" special, a round trip for $72.50. I was told that this was only valid online, not over the phone, so I made a reservation for the following week. My credit card was then charged $177.25, and when I called to see what was going on, I was told that it was an old special that they were going to take off the website, and it was no longer valid. I cancelled my reservation, and I was told that I would receive the refund back onto the credit card it was charged to---I never did. I submitted a complaint with the BBB, which there were quite of few of already, and there was no response. I filed a small claims case against the owner, to which there was no response, so I won by default. During and after this time, the company did not respond to letters, emails, or phone calls until February, when the owner called and left a message to let me know that he had filed bankruptcy and would not be paying the judgment. I should have done my research, because looking into the company and the owner, I found that rip-offs, as well as non-payment, are a habit. I was overcharged over $100, and after interest, court costs, lost work, and paying for parking at the airport, it ended up costing me a lot more money that I don't have to be just throwing away.

    He did pick us up at 4 AM on the day we left from Tucson Airport. Everything went well until I telephoned him from Panama to remind him that he was to pick up ( two month later). He confirmed, but was not at the airport when we arrived. I telephoned him and he said he would be there soon. Forty five minutes later he phoned and told me to take a ride with one of the taxis located at the airport.
