    Arizona Grout Busters
I needed someone to finish the tile work by removing the old tile and re-cutting new tile to fit. The prep work, tile replacement including grout and the clean-up was immaculate. I had asked Flooring Direct if they would help me, since they originally installed the new flooring 3 years ago and I got jerked around by them for 6 weeks before I looked for an alternative. Arizona Grout Busters did a great job. From the moment I was contacted by Nancy to the bid process to the actual job being completed, took all of 4 days. These guys do great work. I will be contacting them again for any tile or grout related jobs I need completed.

    A+ Handyman Services
A+ Handyman coated and made repairs to my roof in 2017, which included a two year guarantee. I gave them a really good review. Unfortunately, as soon as the monsoons hit in 2018, I suddenly had two roof leaks in two different rooms. While one of the leaks was repaired quite quickly, the workers Mr. Foster sent out had more trouble with the second leak. It took a fair amount of time for them to find it, but they seem to have found it, because there has not been another leak even though it has rained a fair amount since the final repair. Mr. Foster also extended my warranty through the monsoons for next year, which was incredibly kind and honorable of him. He also came out twice to personally inspect the roof.

    Arizona Foundation Solutions of Tucson
AZ foundations came out and looked at the problem and said they don't do what my pergola needed. So then we found "The RepairAll Guys" and they pulled the pergola upright and made it sturdy. I really recommend these guys.

Ronnies Handyman & Home Service LLC
Perfection, yes that is my response perfection. We recently moved to Tucson and we have used Ronnie's Handyman Service on three separate occasions and it literary went flawlessly each time. I have met four different handymen and they all true tradesmen no matter what the task. They have hung numerous whiteboards in our office, put together all the office furniture, the bedroom furniture, and hung new light fixtures in the kitchen and dining room with utter perfection. The "front office" whom you speak when making your initial appointments or via e-mail are wonderful customer services representatives and will treat you as if you were their only customer. I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and the service they provide is invaluable. Thank you Ronnie's Handyman & Home Services for a job extremely well done!

    Cesar Rodriguez
The doorway to our exterior storage area was badly in need of repair. The trim was warped and cracked and the paint was peeling off. The door jamb was cracked and deteriorating, so the strike plate was loose and the effectiveness of the lock was compromised. After getting a few estimates for the job, I ended up hiring Cesar on the spot. I liked his solution for fixing the door. It was simple and made the most sense. He advised replacing the frame and the trim. He would reuse as much of the original material as he could salvage, including the door. This was much better in my opinion than some of the complicated solutions others had offered. Cesar's price for the job was comparable to others, so I did not hire him because he was the cheapest. I hired him because he was straightforward and competent (he got good reviews on Angie's List). We are very pleased with Cesar's work. He was thorough and professional. The door looks and works great. One thing you should be aware of. At any given time, Cesar is working on multiple projects. Therefore, he may not always be on time. At least that was my experience. That does not mean that he won't show up; it means that he might get a later start. Even so, you will like Cesar and his work. We certainly will hire him again for future projects.

Due to the house construction, only one of the two floodlights and one of the two external outlets were actually installed. Charged $427 for half the work including the $30 trip charge (materials $170). The invoice was more than $500 and they did NOT give my may Angie's 10% discount, which I asked for. Their estimate was 200% more. Call someone else.

    Get it Ready LLC Remodelers-Handyman
Summary: A disappointing, frustrating and stressful experience in virtually every aspect of the project. Culminated in Get it Ready LLC beginning the process to file a lien on our home after less than three weeks from the date the work was performed, rather than trying to resolve issues regarding materials, workmanship and charges. And make sure you demand a hard copy of anything you sign AT THE TIME YOU SIGN IT. Dont wait for them to email you something at a later date. Pros: * Original quote was lowest of the three obtained (although invoice amount was 20% higher than their quote). * Personnel arrived approximately at the time scheduled. Cons: * Patching/texturizing material used on inside of wall was brittle and crumbly, in some cases large chunks of material fell off, and many cracks reappeared within only a few days after job was completed. See accompanying photos. * Crew leader didnt demonstrate much of an interest in doing a quality job and was defensive and dismissive when we pointed out problems with the materials and workmanship. * Owner unwilling to try to make good on problems with materials and workmanship, and instead charged us even more than original quote, even though he confirmed after visiting the site the day of the job the original quote was still valid. * Company unwilling to accept full payment of original quote amount. * After less than three weeks from the date of the job, companys Scottsdale attorneys began the process to file a lien on our residence. The message was clear: We either accept a shabby job and pay whatever price they decided to charge, or we would end up in court paying expensive lawyers to fight a lien. Details: Get it Ready LLC (GIR) was one of three bidders on our project to repair a number of cracks/gaps in our backyard perimeter wall prior to having our home and wall painted. The owner, George Thatcher, personally came by to scope out our requirements. GIR included on their quote sheet a reference to the number of cracks as APROX 15. In fact, the actual number of cracks that needed repair was 18, but the owner confirmed the day the work was performed (Oct. 12) that the 18 cracks requiring repair were within the parameters of the original bid amount. A few days later, he denied he confirmed the original bid amount and said they were going to charge us more for the job. The two-man crew arrived on-site on Oct. 12. About 4-1/2 hours later, I received a text from the crew leader letting me know the owner had arrived and asking me to come out to talk to him. At that time the owner told me they received a spoiled batch of stucco patching compound, so they were using something different to fill and cover the cracks/gaps. He instructed his crew to cover the patching material with paint primer to try to keep the material from crumbling off the wall. At the end of the day when the crew was wrapping up, my wife and I came out to take a look at what they had done. We found that the patching material on the inside of the wall, even though it was covered with primer, easily crumbled to the touch; in some case, large globs of material fell off. The crew leaders reaction was to hurriedly reply he would tell the owner about it and that the owner would get back to me. Next, I checked the repaired areas on the outside of the wall and discovered the material DID NOT crumble off. The patching compound had more of a flexible, rubbery consistency, and I learned they acquired a new batch of the material they originally intended to use. My only guess is that the owner brought with him some unspoiled patching compound when he stopped by that afternoon. Up until that time, they had only filled and texturized cracks on the inside of the wall; the outside of the wall had the benefit of receiving the originally intended, flexible patching compound. Those repair areas looked great, and did not crumble to the touch. That was a Thursday. I sent the owner a text the next morning, asking if he wanted to stop by to take a look. I heard nothing back from him until Monday, Oct. 16, and we arranged for him to come over that afternoon. Unfortunately, when he got here he denied virtually everything he said on Oct. 12 about the problem of the spoiled batch of crack-patching material. He also said the material used on the inside of the wall was what they intended to use all along, but HE COULDNT PROVIDE A LOGICAL EXPLANATION AS TO WHY THEY USED SOMETHING DIFFERENT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE WALL. The owner offered nothing to make good on the situation. Adding insult to injury, he said they were going to charge an additional amount per crack for the three cracks above the APROX 15 quoted. That additional amount was $52.21 per crack, or a total of $156.63 extra. Again, that was in complete contradiction to what he said on Oct. 12 when he confirmed the three additional cracks were within the scope of the original bid amount. In the days following, the patching compound on the inside of the wall was still crumbling to the touch. Whats more, virtually every crack GIR supposedly repaired began to re-crack within a few days. I ended up needing to have someone fill the multiple cracks that reappeared before the painters arrived. After the painting contractor finished their work, I informed GIR I was SENDING THEM A CHECK FOR THE ORIGINALLY QUOTED AMOUNT OF $783.25, despite all of the problems we experienced and could experience still. GIR responded they would not accept partial payment and informed me they had filed a Preliminary Twenty Day Notice of Lien against our property. We could have hired an attorney to fight their threat of a lien, and perhaps even recovered damages for what was obviously poor workmanship and the use of the wrong materials. But attorneys are expensive, and we just decided to make this go away by paying the extra $157. Im sure they were counting on that. What they may not have been counting on is that we have the opportunity to share our experience with you via this review. Before you consider hiring Get it Ready LLC, ask yourself whether youre willing to have a lien put on your home if you have a reasonable dispute with them over workmanship and/or costs.

The work was excellent! The team was on time, on budget and really knew their stuff!!! Their recommendations saved me a lot of money and they build the patio cover to my wishes and needs. I love it! Their bid was also over $1000 less than the other 2 bids I got.

After a year of getting the run around from the other guy I was prepared to give Phil a couple of weeks, but we had our new door in **within 24 hours**, on a Saturday, and at a very reasonable price. He also did the restuccoing and changed and rekeyed some locks . We were delighted with him personally and professionally, and won't hesitate to call him again for any other work we need done.

Jerry was amazing and fixed everything that needed fixing; I will have to have more roof work, but that was all explained to me (along with photos). He did have to leave to acquire some additional items, but he was not gone for long.
