AArizona Sun ControlChris showed up right on time for the initial meeting and estimate. We agreed to the price and since he was going to be back in the Queen Creek area the next day he felt like he might be able to finish the project then. He called early the next day and confirmed that he would be at our home in the early afternoon to install the screens. He showed up at 1 PM and in 30 minutes we had our screens. They look great and we are 100% satisfied.- JAY M.

AVery friendly staff! I was greeted by Sabrina on phone when I called, and in person. Sabrina was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Kenny the windshield technician was helping me within a few minutes. Kenny repaired the chip flawlessly. I couldn't even see where it was chipped. He was very professional and friendly. Kenny is clearly an expert at repairing windshields. I am very impressed and highly recommend Safepro!

AThe owner came to my home and took the time to thoroughly explain my design choices and show me samples. Not pushy at all, just trying to get the look I wanted. The blinds I ordered were installed first and fit great. The shutters came a few weeks behind the original timeline estimate, but that's understandable given the problems with overseas supply chains during the pandemic. The shutters also look great, and the installation was done smoothly and efficiently.

FBlake showed up a day late, saying his truck was towed. And then he showed up late the next day. The installed shelves were visibly off level. Had to ask him to remove and correct. He left pencil marks and drill holes holes in the wall and drywall dust on the floor. When I went to put an item on it the next day, I found it was loose and it easily pulled out of the wall. It would have fallen on me with weight on it. When I called to ask him to return, he never called or showed up. as agreed. I sent 2 emails , one on Angie's list and one to their business address, and 4 voice messages total to get a response. The woman there said she would look into having someone come out and she never called back. I finally got a call from Blake and he agreed to come the next day by 10. Again, he didn't call or show up. When I got hold of him, he said his truck got towed. I took ALL the shelves down and reinstalled them myself.

FIf I could give zero stars, I would. First, it was taking forever to get my order. When I looked at my order, they somehow had the wrong address (my former address from five years ago), so I contacted them to change the address. They assured me that the address was changed. A couple of weeks later, I was notified via email that my order was delivered but when I checked my front door it wasn't there, so I went to my old address, 30 minutes away and got lucky that the owner was there and had received my order. When I got it home the 3 roller shades that I ordered for side-by-side windows were all 4 inches too big. I followed the online measurement directions which suggested that you add 2 inches per side to your measurements for an outside mount. I should have stayed with my original measurements. When I called, they suggested that I keep an inch on each side. They re-made them, and AGAIN sent them to the wrong address - even after I re-confirmed that they had the right one. Again, I had to go to my old address to look for my delivery. This time, no one was home, so I took a chance and waited in front of their house for a while until someone may come home. Luckily, someone showed up within 90 minutes. This time they had showed up with 2 boxes! They re-made it twice (6 roller shades), all still too big! Due to the global pandemic and for personal reasons, I waited to address the issue. When I finally was able to contact them, I was sent a message that the CSR's supervisor determined that the blinds were made correctly. Therefore, they cannot offer a remake for this order. Their policy states that they will make up to 4 shades if the customer is not completely happy. However, they offered to remake the shades at a discounted price! I will not give them one more penny! Worst service ever! A $500.00 lesson learned - They stole my money and left me with 9 useless roller shades to get rid of. I do not recommend them!
