FK & B InsulationBryan showed up to give me a quote. I told him what I needed he walked through what the plan was . I stupidly believed him and excepted his quote for 1900 and change. They were late , I had an appointment at 1500 they showed up at 1300 to do 3 walls and my attic. To say the least I didn't get what I was promised. So I complained they came back refused to listen to me the lack of Insulation in my mother in law's rooms, made repeated excuses of why I didn't have enough insulation in places. Supposedly re- insullated one wall and one part of my attic refunded 125 dollars and thought he was doing me a favor by doing so. They didn't bring a ladder either time, the holes they cut and patched in my ceiling looked like a third grader did them. I really believe they are frauds. If you had work done by them you might want to look for yourself at the job they claimed to do- Maria R.

AJDS ImprovementsThese guys were fantastic from start to finish. Their communication was over the top. At all times I knew what was going on and when anything changed that needed to be discussed. I checked with at least 5 other companies and none of them wanted to do the project . This company came right out the day after I called to give an estimate. The project was not easy as it was a mobile home that had three layers of siding. The only change in price was a small increase per window because of the unexpected layers of siding. Everything was completed in a timely manner. I am very impressed with this company and would recommend them to anyone needing a variety of projects done. I believe these guys are capable of doing any construction task. I thankful that this company was available to do this project.- Tammy D.

AUS Insulation Stoves & FireplacesI called them and told them what the problem was. An employee, who was on his way somewhere with his family, stopped by to fix it. It took two hours. We felt that the work was excellent and the price was very fair. They really talk to you honesty about your options and not just try to sell you something.- Sharon D.

Dinstalled May 9 2020 and nothing but trouble with complying with THEIR contract. No attic support, warped outdoor compressor pad, NO COPPER TUBING PROTECTION (from the bare metal cutouts in the unit), no room balancing, noise, Noise, NOISE. I think that they believe I will just give up and not make them DO THEIR JOB but they would be wrong! This unit was not donated to us, we paid $32k CASH and that was OUR mistake but we are calling our lawyer. Eight service calls for a new install is out frigging rageous!!!!

FContacted them for a bid on a small house in central Phoenix. Very nice gentleman did inspection, was on time, seemed professional. Said he's send a bid. Never heard from him again. Did not return my call or email. I understand this is a small house, and could not present a profitable job, but it would have been nice to know that up front, instead of wasting time.

AWe had a storm that ripped off some ties that was two years ago. They are not local. There were probably 100 roofing companies from all over the country that came in because so many roofs were damaged here. The underside of the roof collapsed. That was not a storm leak. It was a water leak. I would use them again.
