  • Excellent, Dr Bipar has been our dentist for several years. He is extremely proficient in all areas of dental work and I am so grateful he is my dentist. He has preformed laser surgery and periodontal bone implants plus crowns and fillings. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

  • Recently I just started using him like five months ago. I needed two root canals. I had three crowns I think and deep cleaning. The entire office staff is incredible. They make you feel so welcome like family. Since I've been going to him, he always calls to follow-up after a procedure. How did the crowns feel? I'm sick with other things, so I don't have a good immune system. I got an infection, so he put me on antibiotics right away. Just above and beyond.

  • Dr. Hanson is very personable. He is not quick to push shots or surgeries on you. He lays out the details and lets you make the decision for treatment. I rarely wait more than 5 minutes when I have an appointment to see him or his assistant. I have already recommended him to a friend.

  • Dr Beckham is meticulous about his care and gets to know all of his patients very well.  I trust him to take excellent care of me and my family and we will continue to go to him for our care.  He has helped me with problem bridges, a pesky root canal and micro nerve, and in general is a wonderful guy.  His staff is so very friendly and very efficient.  We recommend Dr Beckham very highly.

  • He is the best dentist I have ever had and both me and my wife have the most regretted things we have about the move and the relationship with the dentist might have move as well. I give him "A" through, efficiency and all. And if I had chance I would use him again.

  • Unfortunately I never got to see the Dr. His front office personnel were very unprofessional and rude! I arrived with my forms filled out and the person I first saw (a man) took my information. He asked me about my insurance coverage and told me they don't take my insurance, because he didn't recognize the name on the front of the card. I told him I would be happy to pay for the visit, but asked him to call the phone number on the card because I think we actually goes through a major insurance company.  He seemed to be irritated with my suggestion and became quite condescending. At that point I took my completed forms back and said this is not the way a new patient should be treated. ( For over 40 years I worked in a dental office & you don't treat people that way! which I told him). At this point he sat back in his chair, rolled his eyes and said "wow". There were three other employees there and not one of them tried to intervene and help me!!
I assumed that this is a good doctor from the ratings on this website, but I'll never know. I wonder how many other patients new and current have been pushed away from this practice for similar reasons.

  • After check in, my 3 yr old child was taken back to his class with the other children his age, where he spent his time learning, and playing through out the day.
He said he had fun, playing with other kids, and liked when he had his snack. He was learning about shapes and colors that day, and wanted to be sure he went the next day so that he could continue coloring the shapes, and working with his teacher.
I like the quality of care that my son receives at this facility, he likes to be picked up by their bus in the morning, and sometimes goes home on it as well if I have to work later.
It is always hard to find a place that isn't just a franchise stamped out place that actually cares about your child, and is willing to work with them in an educational sense.
The staff work hard to ensure that every day is a great day for my son.

  • I had an initial cleaning/exam with Dr. Todd Cockrell of the Norterra Dental Group. The office is modern and comfortable. The clerical staff is exceptionally helpful, considerate and friendly. The dental hygienist was very engaging and thorough.
A few weeks later, after the initial visit and cleaning, I was scheduled to receive a crown for a cracked molar. The procedure was painless and relatively comfortable... of course, dental visits aren't day spas, so there was a little tension there but the discomfort was very minor.
Dr. Cockrell did an excellent job of preparing the tooth and installing the crown. The actual construction of the crown is done on a kind of computer driven and quot;latheand quot;. The technician that and quot;digitizedand quot; my crown requirements was Carly who did an excellent job. The crown was manufactured in the office while I waited (about 1/2 hour) and then fitted by Dr. Cockrell. The whole procedure took about 2 1/2 hours but I did not need a follow up procedure; every thing was done in one visit. I really liked the fact that I didn't need two separate dental visits for this procedure. No one really likes to visit a dentist, but these folks made it pleasant despite the fact that I was there to get my teeth worked on. I have had no discomfort or problems with the new crown; in fact this is the first crown I've had that felt like it fit right from the moment it was installed.
My wife and I plan on keeping Dr. Cockrell and the Norterra Dental Group as our regular dentist.

  • Dr. Jones and his staff are great! The person who took us back to begin the consultation was very knowledgeable, she brought up the photos and x-rays on a computer screen to explain what treatment needed to be done. When Dr. Jones joined us I was very impressed with his professionalism and general chair side manner. I'm a retired dental person (40 years) so I know a good office when I see it. This is a class act!!

  • We have used him for about a year. He talks to you, give you information. He never seems to be overly busy. You could tell that he takes the time to listen to what you are saying. These health care practices, they only have like five minutes to see the patients. So that kind of makes it difficult for them to really sit and try to get to know you.
