  • In summary, the owner, Monica Abeles is very unprofessional, deceptive, and disorganized. I literally walked out on an interview due to her behavior, after giving her several chances. It is a reflection of her company that prospective business people AND prospective employees need to know about on Angies list, especially for a company that deals with medical supplies used to keep people alive.

  • I haven't been to him for 3 years. The office staff was really nice so I give them an A. I had a good impression of him but I don't really feel that I need the services so I haven't been back. He is fine. If I had the need, yes I'd use him. It was clean and neat.

  • Dr. Damore performed a double laparoscopic hernia repair. The initial consultation went well. Dr. Damore examined my issues, detailed the procedure required, and reviewed the associated risks and recovery. I had the procedure a few weeks later and it went smoothly. The Dr met with me in prep and explained exactly what he was planning to do, and afterwards in recovery to go over how it all went. I had no complications, and my recovery went pretty much as Dr. Damore described, except with less pain. I attribute the success of my procedure to Dr. Damore's great skill as a surgeon and highly recommend him.

  • I've been going to this office for the past 6 years and have always received great care. Both the front and back office is courteous and helpful and I've never waited more than 15 min. to see the doctor.

  • As far as doctor goes, things went very well. Tests were ordered and results were delivered quickly which ultimately led to my diagnosis. Libby listens. I appreciate her care.
    One irritation that I have regards the front desk staff. I am very big on patient portals. I love the convenience and the ability to reach my doctor and/or nurse without having to play phone tag or be on the phone for any length of time. So, when I saw that they offer a patient portal, I was excited and wanted to get signed up. Apparently, you can't do this on their website so I asked the staff, twice. I gave them my email and they were suppose to email me on how to get on the portal. I never got the email. So, either their portal is not up and running, or, I am not important enough to get back to you. Haven't decided.

  • He's the best. Several times he'd admit that she needed to see a specialist. He doesn't play games and he doesn't try to diagnose you over the phone. If you have an issue, you go in and see him. He's very professional. We love all of the specialists that he has recommended. Its a small office. He has an office person and he has a nurses' assistant. Its the three of them. He's a very friendly person.

  • I have been treated by Dr. Haferkamp for over a year now and he has treated me with the highest degree of professionalism.  I find him to be a very thorough physician.  He takes your health issues seriously and will do whatever is necessary to give you the best care possible.  He listens to everything you have to say and never have I felt rushed when I've had an appointment with him.  I've ALWAYS been able to get an appointment with him when I need it.  He will return a call to you if you have concerns.  His office follows up with you on all lab results usually within a couple of days of having the lab work done.  His staff is very friendly and puts you at ease.  The office runs pretty close to on time but for me that isn't an issue.  If you are getting excellent healthcare, waiting a few extra minutes should not be an issue.  If I had a serious issue I wouldn't want a doctor that shooed me out the door because he had another patient in the waiting room.

  • He is always in the listing of top doctors in Arizona. He recommended that I have an ultrasound done which I have had done. Waiting to hear the results. Great staff and very professional. He does tend to spend as much time with his patients. I don't know how they book if it is in 15 or 20 minutes increments but I have no qualm if he spends a little bit more time with me or if he has to spend more time with someone else. The waiting area is large and he shares it with another facility. They have a separate room if you need to have blood test done they will do it there. He has nurse practitioners and I have seen 2 of them and they are very nice. They are always very prompt in contacting you after and test with the results and any follow ups if needed.

  • At Mayo Clinic, my cardiologist, knew exactly what my heart disease was and exactly how to treat it.  If only I had gone there first!  I would only have had to go once, not four times.  I have not been back to a hospital for my condition since going to Mayo Clinic.  They get it right there, on the first time.
