    PIPETECH PLUMBING & ROOTER LLC
Repairman shows up, uses a snake on clog. Goes outside. To check under house. Finds a leak in the water pipe. Says it is spurting 100 gallons every 10 minutes but he can't repair it, he will have to send someone out on Monday to see to that. He then charged $218.81. When the workman shows up, he is going to do a camera. He said it would cost $485.50. I said No. That is too expensive after I had already paid for a snake and it seemed to be ok. He then went out to his truck for about 10 minutes. Returned and said the cost would be $261.78. He then told my husband that the leak needed to be replaced, 18 feet! Only needed to repair or replace about 5 or 6 inches. Charges $2782.50. Then he came back inside and ran the camera again. Said he needed to replace 18 feet of drain pipe. He gave us the part he said he replaced, it was about three feet. Charged us $2782.50. This work took place over a period of five days, at approximately 2 or 3 hours a day. On the last day, they all showed up in two trucks. Went to the backyard, looked at the house and the hole in the ground where they repaired the water line. Told us the had to go for parts. We're gone for about 1 1/2 hrs. With no parts. Two men went under the house, with a light cord. The leader of this group asked me where was the closest place to get bottled water for these guys. I told him, and he disappeared. The other men were under the house. After two hours my husband unplugged the light cord. After 4 hours, I called the office to find out where they were. About 20 minutes later the one who went after water, shows up out front. The two men under the house come out, yawning and stretching. They had been asleep. The driver came in the house, opened both drain caps, left tools on the floor, gathered up their tools and left. After half an hour I called the affice again, and asked when they would be back to finish up. I was told they were finished. I told her that none of the mess was cleaned up and they had left tools in the house. Besides, they had used a jack-hammer to remove cement to fix a pipe. It was when I called about the cement being repaired I was told, " we don't do cement! If you want it reoaired, do it yourself or call someone to come do it! I am angry, I am upset, and I feel like these unscrupulous operators need to be stopped! We talked to the Manager, or owner, he came by to check out the work, and all he and one of the workers did was sneer at us and act like we deserved this nasty treatment. This company preys upon the elderly, and takes advantage of anyone who expects honesty and integrity in the people they hire to do work for them. The amount of work, and the 'total' amount of Tim should have cost around $600, instead it cost more than $6000.

    J and H Plumbing LLC
During the past several months we learned that the water bill was about $50 per month higher than normal. There were signs of standing water along portions of the front plantings of the home. I called one company, they did come out and without any digging suggested that the water feed between the city supply and house needed to be replaced. If they dug down just to find the leak at the house it would be a quick fix at a price of "around $500 but to replace the line would be $3,000 - $3,500."
I choose to get a second opinion. Called J & H Plumbing, they arranged to come out the next day. After looking at the site, Mike started to dig a pit at the house foundation where the city water meets the copper feed to the house. At that point he discovered the problem that a supply line from the main line to an unused irrigation system was the culprit and there was the leak. That irrigation system has not been used in the past five years, as we had transitioned from a grass front yard to a desert setting, with a watering system for the plants and tree in that area fed by a separate system. A couple of hours of digging, cutting old piping and placing a cap to seal the area. All was done.
Their plumber, Mike, was a wonderful person, straight to the job and with the ability to assess the situation. Then with the knowledge to solve the problem quickly, with no guess work. He could not believe that first quote and their recommendation.
From now on, any plumbing issue will be solved by J&H Plumbing.

    Sterling Services
It went well, Jeff was great, he made the trip out to the address 3 times and communicated with me
all through the process.  The only reason I give a B for the price was that the coolers are 2 yrs old
but needed new motor and I didn't expect to pay as much as I did.  It was not Sterling's fault.

    Apple Plumbing Services
Grant was wonderful.  He dug down, by hand, to the main water line, found the leak, and then devised a way to connect it back together so it would hold tightly.  It sounds simple, but he had to dig for several hours before he found the problem.  After fixing it, he shoveled all the dirt back into the holes and spread out the rocks so that it looked as if nothing had happened.  I have used Apple Plumbing in the past and have never been disappointed with them.  And, I will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

    Worldly Plumbing, llc.
I called Worldly Plumbing back for work that I desperately needed done.  I have called some of the bigger names out at first, thinking that this was beyond a smaller company like Worldly.  After much waiting, pushing & overpricing, I called Worldly to talk with Jeremy about what he could, would & should do for me & my plumbing.  Right away Jeremy confirmed over the phone what I had been learning from the several visits from these other plumbers.  He hadn't even come out yet I was more than confident that he knew what I was talking about & could perform the task easily.  Once he got here... it was on!  He cleared up my needs from my desires & in the end I got both & for 1/2 the price of anyone else!
It's hard when you run your own farm/ horse property.  I need real tell truth service men like Jeremy from Worldly Plumbing to help along the way.  Their assistance is always a pay off.  Long story very short on the plumbing they provided... I had other companies running me around with what needed to be done, both now & later.  Worldly made short work of "their" initial bids & installed a leveled leach pit for my extra drainage needed for the horse waters.  He made it short work because he saw the bigger picture of what my property was needing, not on what he could sell me!  I had a bid for new water main feed & horse waterers, but hadn't gotten serious with it due to inconvenience & cost.  I purchased with Jeremy after only a short explanation on what the water would & could do & Or Course... the price.  He was, again, 1/2 as much as anyone else who quoted me & had all the planning, execution & inconvenience wrapped up within the week.  A month's worth of work in one week!  ... you should have seen it!
My 10 acres have never been happier!  Anything that I can do to show my appreciation for Worldly Plumbing I would.  Hopefully my praise over this site will be enough to help this family friendly company on their way.  Happy Holidays to all & have a happy new year.

    Main Line Waterproofing
The service was wonderful overall. They were neat, clean, and finished the job the day before a hurricane. My floor was much harder than what was expected, and they continued the job without increasing the charge. The floor did flood a bit after the hurricane since it didn’t have time to fully dry, but they showed up the next day to resolve any problems that happened. Once winter came, there were some issues with ice on the driveway, but they were very responsive with resolving that, too! They did an excellent job!

    J and H Plumbing LLC
I called about 8:00 am on Monday, January 16 and Paul was at our house by 9 am.  He was professional and friendly.  The work was completed by 10:15 am.  I appreciated the promptness since we had to shut off the water to our house because of the leak that was spraying water at the old valve.  The inconvenience of having no water was short-lived, thanks to the quick response from J & H.  The cost of the parts and service was very reasonable. I will call J & H again!

    Siglo Landscaping and Masonry
George Martinez and Siglo did an amazing job transforming our back yard. We literally had an abundance of usable space that was being wasted by out-dated designs. He and his crew went above and beyond the estimated quote and didn't even ask for more when it was finished! Mr. Martinez spent many hours working with us before ever breaking ground to be sure that we were in love with the design. Throughout the process, he and his team continued to brainstorm and bring us new ideas as the yard was being transformed. Every time a new idea would come up, he would be sure to run it by us and explain it to us in person so we could visualize what was happening. If we did not agree, we simply moved forward without any pressure. Overall, it took just over 2 weeks and we were enjoying our new yard. It was like coming home to a new house the first few weeks. I would recommend Siglo to anyone who wants to have great work done by great people who make it affordable to have exactly what you want.
