ALawson Family Plumbing IncThey always perform the hot water tank flush to expectation. However their prices are getting too high. They jumped from $99 last year to $120 this year and the technician didn't even offer a senior discount. Within 24 hours I received a phone call from Mike, in customer service. He apologized for his technician not knowing of the $99 special they run from time to time. FWe used to be customers. The last two times they failed to show up in the 2-3 hour time window they had committed to. After I call them....The first time the dispatch told me that other unscheduled customers took priority over my scheduled repair job. The second time they just could not make it during the morning window. I picked morning so we would not get bumped. They did not even have the courtesy to call and say they would be late. If they can't respect my time (yes I took off of work to be home for their service call), they I cannot respect them as an organization. We did use them before, but no more. Many other highly rated AC companies, and I already was serviced, professionally and on time by one, certainly not Day and Night. (never changed my location from CA to AZ)

FRainforest installed the wrong water heater over a year ago, and then charged me for a conversion kit since they installed a propane heater when I have natural gas. Their little way to make extra money charging for the conversion kit. Well it was installed wrong and 6 days ago the orfice tube got clogged by natural gas burning and a technician showed up for a warranty call to fix it and hasn't been back. I have called their dispatch 3 times and spoke with 3 different people giving each of them the same information and STILL I wait for hot water. NOBODY has done their job. The original plumber, this recent plumber, their 3 dispatch people, and their owner who guarantees a 5 Star installation.
