It went great!  It took me over a month to find a good roofer because a lot of them didn't answer their phones and would not return calls!  The few who did came out to my home and gave me expensive quotes nearly double of what CK was charging. I expressed my frustrations with this situation to a friend who told me to call CK.  I called them in the evening and was not expecting to get a call until ...

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
CK repaired a leak in a valley of the roof.  The leak was caused by a defect (the builder neglected to install flashing), the monsoon, and pigeons.  CK had to remove quite a bit of roof tile, replace a portion of the underlayment, install flashing, then put the tile back up.  They also did the same work on another valley, even though it was not yet leaking there yet, because that valley was also absent of flashing.

The crew arrived promptly each morning and was very professional.  They did a very nice job ... we would definitely use them again and would recommend them as well.  The only disappointment was that paint splattered on our front walkway and back patio pavers and they did not clean it up.  Unfortunately, I did not notice it until it rained, months later ... not very noticeable until the pavement is...
