    Oasis Auto Center Tempe
    Another shop said he thought it was a wheel bearing. I mentioned that when I brought my car in. While they were looking at my car, I heard the clerk telling a guy on the phone the labor rate was $120/hr. At 4:30 he said they needed to replace the wheel bearing. The part was ~$220 and they'd be done by 5:30. Tired of the loud noise so I agreed. I never did see the part arrive so ~4:50 I went looking for my car and it's not even there. About 5pm it comes back, he says they're done. So I questioned the labor cost being 50% higher than what he quoted on the phone and got some story about 2 guys doing the work, yada, yada. 2 guys in 30 minutes is still only $120. Can a wheel bearing even be replaced in ~20 minutes?!?! I'll assume they really did replace the bearing, but still seems like they screwed me on labor. I won't go to this shop again.

    These guys are friendly, informative answered questions with detail. Got me scheduled quick. Not only did they do a fantastic job in a timely manner, but noticed my serpentine belt was way over due. Thank you for looking past the brakes. Oil change scheduled next. So happy with Crawfords I wanna recommend and tell everyone. You won't go anywhere else!

    I called Crawford's and spoke with Brad when I noticed the battery light lit on my way home. They took me in the same day. My alternator was 1 day before the warranty expired, they ordered the part, and took care of it all on the same day at no cost. It was a close call and every time I go in there, they are always helpful. They are honest, down to earth, hard working group of people.

    I got a quote from Kelly Blue Book which they completely ignored. I got an e-mail from them telling me most likely they would give me more for my car. When I got there they offered $1,500.00 less. I am sure they will say the car was not explained well but I asked the person appraising the vehicle if I had explained it well and they said YES. They said that the car did not fit their market....WHY THE **** ASK ME TO COME DOWN! Did not get a good feel for the dealership and CARMAX gave me exactly what Sullivan would not. You may celebrate America but you are not a very good dealership

    Tire pressure on car wouldn't reset. Made appointment on line for 8:30 am and when I arrived I was told they would see me at 10 and to have a seat. I told him I made appointment on line and he said I know, we will see you at 10. They pretty much told me I was a crazy old lady and didn't know what I was talking about. I would tell people to not waste your time going there. They have no concern for people, just the dollar sign. They were absolutely horrible.

    I love them. They have taken wonderful care of me. They know when I walk in. They call me by name. It's all three managers that are up front that can do that. I drive a little farther than I should there's plenty of things in my neighborhood, but for that service I will drive an extra 10 minutes. As a female walking into a auto repair store, they look at you and go easy mark and these guys don't. I would definitely use them again. They have super customer service. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful. They take care of me.

    Mike and the crew at Desert Car Care McQueen did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the problem. It was not an easy fix since the obvious part didn't take care of the problem. Mike stayed with it until he finally got the right combination. I will definitely be taking my car back to Desert Car Care McQueen. Thanks!
