    Kevin King Piano Tuner
Kevin did a fantastic job tuning our piano! It had been quite some time since our piano had last been tuned. Our piano needed a pitch raise (longer service). Kevin not only worked on our piano, he adjusted our pedals, and fixed a broken mount for music. I was so impressed - he arrived on time, wore a mask and gloves due to the pandemic, and got to tuning. Our piano has never sounded so good! Thank you Kevin! We definitely recommend his services!

I can not compliment Lonnie enough for all that he has done for us. This is a piano that is an antique and is personally priceless to us. Lonnie has the same love and care for our piano as we do and it showed. After carefully moving the piano, Lonnie was able to successfully tune it. And I assure you that this is no simple task. These are the original strings on a piano that is over 100 years old. It was 50% art and 50% science and all skill as he expertly blended the two. We were so pleased that we have asked him to come back and review our piano's needs as time goes on. Thank you Lonnie.

    Kevin King Piano Tuner
Kevin is not only knowledgeable and affordable but his service is exemplary. I have an old spinet piano inherited from my mother that I wanted to get into a playable condition. It had sat (mostly in garages) for the last 10 years and been moved a handful of times. Basically, in very poor condition and in serious need of some professional help. In his initial visit, Kevin meticulously went over every inch of the piano and took about an hour explaining all the different parts he recommended servicing. He outlined several areas I could save money by refurbishing, where another piano tech may have recommended replacement, costing me thousands. Later the same evening, I received a full report and quote detailing his recommendations. In the next two follow-up visits, Kevin removed and repaired the piano's action and reshaped all the hammers, installed new casters, performed a string cleaning, tuning with pitch raise, and full regulation, as well as countless other minor details that I'm probably forgetting. In total, the repairs and tuning with all parts and labor was only a few hundred dollars, a small price to pay for such a detailed service and bringing this family heirloom back to life. Every step of the way Kevin was informative, polite, and courteous to my time and budget - a true professional and craftsman. I'd recommend Kevin King Piano Tuning to everyone! Ok...back to playing this piano.

    Culp's Piano Service
The move went very well. I left a message for Mr. Culp Friday late afternoon. He returned my call Saturday morning and was able to do a same day move due to weather. He arrived right on time, completed the move, tuned the piano, and reattached the pedals. I was very happy with the friendly, professional service and will definitely be using Culp Piano Service in the future.

    AMERICAN MUSIC
SHARON BROWN, THE REPAIR TECHNICIAN, WAS AN ABSOLUTE JOY TO WORK WITH. SHE UNDERSTOOD OUR REQUESTS AND TOOK THE TIME TO ENSURE THE JOB WAS DONE THE RIGHT WAY. IN FACT, THE INSTRUMENT, WHEN RECEIVED AFTER IT WAS ALL DONE, FELT LIKE IT WAS BRAND NEW. THANKS TO AMERICAN MUSIC FOR THEIR REASONABLE PRICES AND MOST OF ALL, THE TYPE OF PEOPLE THEY HAVE WORKING THERE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY FUTURE BUSINESS LOOKING TO EITHER REPAIR OR PURCHASE MUSICAL PRODUCTS.

THEY KEPT THE FLUTE FIRST TO EVALUATE THE PROBLEMS, AND THEN PROMPTLY CALLED ME WITH REPAIRS NEEDED AND COSTS. WORK WAS PERFORMED PROFESSIONALLY, AND I WAS CALLED IN TIMELY FASHION WHEN IT WAS COMPLETE AND READY TO PICK UP.

    B&D Guitar Repair
THe setup he did was also phenominal and he taught me several things about keeping my guitar in good shape. I live in Tempe, but will only take my guitar to this guy for repairs becaus he did such an excellent job. He was also able to make this repair as an emergencyHe was a little short with me in person when my ignorance about guitar maintentance showed through. Might offend some sensitive people. Also sometimes scheduling with him can take a while, you may need to call him up to remind him of your appointment.
