  • He made some confessions for my husband because he had been out of the town a lot and he needed some dental work done so he made a special appointment with my husband to do that and he's willing to do that. I love his office staff and it was great.

  • Every appointment I've had with Dr. Holyoak has been great. He and his staff make you feel very welcome and appreciated. Our hygienist, Syd, has always been awesome and is extremely gentle when cleaning your teeth. Highly recommended.

  • New facility, nicer than the last.
I was seen on time and he explained the procedures for me. I was scheduled d for a follow up appointment and all went as said before. I'm not a fan of needles but I barely felt being numb. I have been seeing Dr Yoza and his staff for years for my family and he never disappoints.

  • Blanca at the reception desk confirms my appointment in advance and is helpful with whatever questions you have when you check in.
The office is brand new and I was able to relax at the reception area watching TV and drinking cold bottled water provided by the office. We were taken one by one to a dental chair and the assistants took our x-rays and explained the process. In time Dr Yoza came in and explained the procedure to me. Each chair has a TV that you can watch while they cleaned your teeth or work on you. I was totally relaxed during my whole appointment and my six year old loves coming to see Dr Yoza.
I rarely write reviews but I felt compelled since all of my experiences for my family with Dr Yoza have been exceptional and the friends that I have referred have told me similar stories.

  • I informed the technician who was about to do the cleaning that it had taken over a month for my gums to heal from the aggressive job that had been done previously. I warned her that I would not be pleased if I had to deal with another hack job on my gums. I was informed that it depended on the scaling, and that Dr. Tracy had done the cleaning on my teeth herself previously. I was also told that this type of power cleaning was all there was time for. I suggested that if there was going to be a great deal of cutting/hacking of my gums, I would find another dentist. X-rays were taken and the tech went to ask the doctor if I should be given an antibiotic before the cleaning. The next person I saw was the office manager who came in to and quot;dismissand quot; me. I was told another dentist would better serve me. Ironic.
I did not see either of the dentists themselves during this and quot;appointment.and quot; No other explanation was offered to me. I signed the paperwork necessary to fire this group and made it clear that my husband and son should also be removed from the patient lists (again, I was not a new patient). Patients who are treated as numbers on the books and whose concerns are not addressed should take their business to a health provider who actually cares about people instead of numbers. I am displeased that I didn't even deserve a direct consultation with either of the dentists. If you are considering trying this dental office, reconsider.

  • Since moving to Phoenix area almost 2 years ago I had to find a new dentist to continue the excellent care of my previous dentist. I found exactly what I was looking for at Wigwam Creek Dental Clinic. The initial examination recommended a deep cleaning of the gums which was performed with improvement in my gum health. I am pleased with this provider which is also located close by.

  • I'll never go back again. I was upset how they handled it and I'm going to have to pay $700 to someone else. They have a male dental hygienist who was very advasive. I used to like going because it was modern and the x-rays weren't as uncomfortable. I'd rather go somewhere else where I get personalized service.

  • I have an appointment later on but I haven't reached to any conclusion. Everything has been fine so far with them. So far it is good. For me in a dentist, I wouldn't be ready at their say. I just made this one a preliminary contact with them. So far it's been pleasant and I've had no problem with them.

  • I was recommended this dentist by another friend and I can understand why she raved about them. They are not only professional and do excellent dental work, they are incredibly friendly and compassionate. Each time I went in, they were prompt, did excellent work in the time they said it would take. When the office experienced difficulty getting records from another dental office, they remained professional and coordinated the Rep from their crown provider to come in during my appointment to make the necessary measurements for my needed crown. TWICE!! I would recommend this office to anyone who needs any amount of dental work. Also, my 12-year old daughter begs to go back there because she enjoyed the experience so much. She LOVED the televisions you can watch while getting work performed!

  • I will not use them again. To me, they were not very personable. They had only stalls. I could hear what was going on in the next room. So, I did not like them at all. When I went there for the first time, it was for my husband's tooth. The doctor's (that we got) hands were shaking. It really scared me. The ladies at the front desk were courteous enough, but I just did not like the whole setup. The office was all open. So, I could hear the drilling and cleaning noises in the office. They do not do oral surgery. My husband needed to see a dentist on a weekend. He had called and they were supposed to get him in as a referral to another dentist. However, nobody called him back. They told him that it was time to close the office. So, they did not deal with him. I guess they have a lot of customers; maybe, that is why they do not care.
