  • I FIRST USED DISCOUNT FLOOR IN DECEMBER TO REPLACE CARPET IN 2 BEDROOMS OF A NEWLY PURCHASED HOME. BRUCE CAME OUT WITH SAMPLES AND OFFERED A GREAT SELECTION WITH APPROPRIATE WARRANTIES. THE JOB WAS DONE BY HIS TEAM LICKETY SPLIT AND THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID SUCH A GOOD JOB THAT LAST WEEK, WHEN WE WERE PREPARING TO PUT OUR OTHER HOUSE ON THE MARKET, I HAD BRUCE COME BACK AND REPLACE 3 BEDROOMS WITH NEW CARPET. THE PRICE WAS RIGHT AND AGAIN, THE JOB WAS DONE EXPEDITIOUSLY AND ON TIME.

  • The project took 1 and one-half days and was performed by a crew of 3.  It was approx. 322 sq feet.  The crew was excellent.  Very professional and experienced.  We did all the moving of furniture, so that may have reduced the cost.  It was a smaller job, but was treated like it was a normal job.  "No job too small". Really pleased with the work as old carpet had to be removed first.  Tile looks like wood but will last much longer.  Contract was under another name but person is a member of household.

  • The install crew is hispanic with limited english skills, but they arrived on time and made efforts to correct a couple of issues. They will do COD to include check or c/c which I recommend in case you have issues and are not satisfied. I paid after all concerns were taken care of. The install took place two days after I ordered, which is very quick. They have a factory out of CA, so the install can be done quickly. Salesman was Jim and he was on time and measured the house. They will compete with home depot and lowes on price. Selection of carpet was somewhat limited, but they may have more samples if pressed. So bottom line is if you want a quick install go with Empire. Home Depot takes about 2 to 3 weeks for them to special order and install. Overall I was pleased with the experience and I would recommend them.

  • They were very knowledgeable and conscientious. They really did a great job. I was shocked. It looks like it was never torn. I was very pleased with them overall. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Their pricing was also fair and I was very happy with it.

  • Absolutely the best!!!! After a month the floor buckled which was a flawed product, had a visit from a supervisor the next day got a call they would be replacing the entire floor without me asking!!! Floor replaced and loving it.

  • They know their stuff! Pricing was very competitive. They were less than Home Depot and express flooring! Guys vacuumed and cleaned the floors when they were done. Very pleased. Highly recommend.

  • The service was pretty good, the sales consultant came out and went over the house and we discussed colors. She was very helpful. She also let us know about two different kinds of carpets we wanted and she let us know we could have both carpets in the the exact same color and a different tile. Both carpets were dyed at the same time so they are an exact match. One carpet was a thick carpet and the other one was thinner. The one in the bedroom was a thick pile and the rest was a standard pile. She let us know we could chose the color then they would dye the carpet and it would take a little longer. They were the exact same color and they did a good job installing it. The quality was good, they did scratch the wall in a couple of places and didn't tell us but it was relatively minor. Responsiveness was excellent. I'd do a little more comparative price shopping but I'd probably use them again. The service was good, we were always able to get a hold of the representative we were dealing with and got all of our questions answered. She went through everything with us.

  • After speaking to the salesman over the phone, I was convinced to try this place out. He was very knowledgeable and had many kinds of carpet. I wanted commercial padding for my rooms. The padding relatively thin but very dense compared to residential padding but it preserves the lifespan of your carpet. They didn't have it in stock (understandable) but were able to order it and received it very quickly. The padding was pretty expensive but well worth it when buying quality carpet. The quality of the carpet is excellent and has a relatively long warranty. The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. It was obvious he had been working in the field for awhile. The installation was par. They came to my house right on time but none of the group spoke English well, which almost led to a wrong carpet in the wrong room mishap. They cleaned before they started and did do a pretty good job, although I can see the seems if I try.
