  • They have worked on all our cars. We had a favorite mechanic who has moved on and we are decided to stay or move on. They are competent, they know what they are doing. It is a bit of drive, they are in central Phoenix and I am in the suburbs, it is about 20 miles.

  • Once the work was done it was excellent. However communication and logistics were rough. We went several weeks without any phone calls being returned. The price at the end was almost double the estimate and our angies list coupon was scorned.

  • The windshield repair was quick and easy! They came to my home, let me know they were here, replaced the glass, and then let me know all of the details afterward about how to care for the windshield (which was SO easy!). They said they could have come to my work to replace the windshield as well, but I opted for home. With my busy work schedule, kids, and life in general, it was FANTASTIC that I didn't have to worry about going anywhere and that they came right to me. They gave me a four hour window of when they would be here, but then Adam called to let me know a more exact time. It was great that I didn't have to just sit around and wonder if/when they were going to show up. My experience with EZ-PZ was great, and I would recommend them over and over again!!

  • My initial contace with the highly related company was with Mick. He said he would have to order the part. After several days I called back to see what the situation was. Apperantly they had to order the drive through a dealer so we set up a time on Monday evening when my wife would be home from work to install it. Someone called and said the time needed to be change from 5:30 in the evening to earlier in the day so there would be sunligh to provide light. I assured the lady that there was a cieling light and electrical lamp that could be used and she thought that would be fine. After several days of not hearing from theme, I called to find out if there was a problem. Apparently they were out of the window ficture device and weren't getting any untill Monday, plus they needed to reshedule the time on that Monday to earlier in the day for the best light. The repair people were very good and repaired the window quickly and explained to me what the damage was to the unit.

  • He was very courteous and knowledgeable of the issue. He explain the scope of the work and how long it would take. His completed the job in a about three hour which include going and purchasing the parts for the job. What an imagine mechanic.

  • I've always liked them. I've had my cars in accidents and they also do the body work. When I get to 100,000 miles, I will go to them for a big service on the car. They are a dealer. They are pretty reasonable for an oil change. They check the tires and will rotate them if I ask and they check all the fluids. I can just drive in and I don't need an appointment. I usually don't have to wait very long. Their auto work is kind of high but they guarantee it and will fix it if there are any problems. I love buying cars from them because they don't give me any kind of trouble. I don't have to fight everybody off as they are trying to talk me into something. They are an efficient organization. They are not open on Sundays because they go to church and I like that. They are a little high but if I watch, they give coupons for discounts on services. Once when I was a single mom, my Ford needed all kinds of work and I begged the service manager to be kind. He put all these coupons together and knocked a bunch of money off. I was really happy with that. They have treated me good throughout the years. I don't go there that often but they keep in contact with me every month. They send me a postcard every month. I told them I will keep my car for 10 years so they won't see me until that time for purchasing a car.

  • I had a good experience with them. They did very well. I like that they showed up on time. The guy did his work and cleaned up after himself. He did it expeditiously. I was completely satisfied. The price was a little high compared to the people around here, but he was able to do it in the time frame that I needed so I was willing to pay the extra.

  • I was referred to Randy's Transmission by a good friend and co-worker. He has known Russ and Randy for a few years and has been very satisfied with their work. After my transmission went out with no warning, I initially contacted the dealership for a quote. I was quoted $3300.00. I then contacted Russ and Randy and was quoted $1600.00. With their reputation of being fair and thorough, I chose to use Randy's Transmission. I towed my truck to their shop. They received it and cared for my truck the entire time the work was being performed. The repair took approximately two days. I was so happy when they told me they guaranteed the work and I could return my vehicle should I have any problems with the replaced transmission. Two years later, I have had no problems with the quality of their work. As a matter of fact they have since, repaired a fuel issue for 800.00 less then the dealer quoted, serviced my front and rear breaks, repaired a few minor accessory issues and now they maintain my vehicle for regular service. I call them with questions about new noises and small concerns. If they can assist they will, if not they will refer me to another fair and qualified dealer/mechanic who specializes in the issue. Often times, females become prey to auto mechanics, Russ and Randy are the two most fair mechanics I have yet to find, living here my entire life. Their service and prices absolutely beat the dealerships hands down. I always leave knowing their diagnosis of my vehicle is accurate. I have taken my vehicle to other places to have an oil change, if I cannot make it to see Russ and Randy. They bring out my barely dusted air filter and tell me my belts are going bad. I then take it to Russ and Randy and they tell me the approximately life my belts have left but are in no way shredded as described by one of those quick lube places. I trust in them fully and would highly recommend them. They now service both of our vehicles and anyone else's I can refer to them. I LOVE RANDY'S TRANSMISSION.

  • Their prices were very comparable and the best bid we received. We still have the same screens ten years later and they are still effective. They had great communication prior to my appointments and arrived on time. I even asked them to call and let me know when they were on their way so I could put my dogs out. They were very professional and completed the job in the allotted time. I loved them so much I called them back to replace a broken window. I am new to Angie's List and my service dates are older but I find myself looking for glass repair again and I found True View on here and decided I would give them my review. Three time is a charm and I look forward to working with them again.
