    I will definitely use Walker in the future. They took care of my concerns and did good work. They showed up when they said they would  and no b.s.  I did have to clean up some debris. And recently I had a question and it took a few calls to get a response. The response was helpful. Still, I'm happy with these guys.

    out quick to evaluate the situation and he gave me a fair price. Clyde
    did the work to get things in order and he/they responded quickly when
    another issue arose.
    I did end up cleaning up  debris that  was left behind but that' not too big a deal; it would be for some people.

    All estimates about the same but Canyon State was only one to offer to call our insurance co and deal direct with them.  And was willing to work with us regarding our deductible and balance owed.  Less than 2 days notice kept the next bid rain outside. Any problems arise, they will return.  Highly recommend!!

    The work that was done was excellent. Only complaint was the length of time to complete the project. It was the third week, from the time I called Electric Plus, before the excavator started his work. The excavator dug 134' of trench, installed the conduit, and backfilled in that day. The following week, Electric Plus pulled the wire and installed the equipment in one day. Overall they did an excellent job.

    Overall from start to finish Sound Bank has earned its name, overrated service and overpriced costs. The job in all should of been no more then 1 1/2 hours at similar cost of $175.00 from an electrician. They bank your check and leave you hanging with poor quality and service.

    Tri-State Solar And Wind Corp
    I contacted this company to get a quote on a solar screen for our patio.  Someone called me back and arranged to come the following Monday.  Monday came and a half hour after our scheduled time, he called and said he was totally backed up and couldn't make it.  No problem, we rescheduled for the same time next day.  Next day it was a different sales person than the one I spoke with that came out.  He had no idea what we wanted, nobody had told him.  We explained our need, and he measured and gave us a quote for $400, but had no information or literature to describe what we would be getting.  He proceeded to try to sell us solar panels and/or an attic fan.  We were vaguely interested, but right now our need was the screen.  We did ask him about a solar heater for our pool, and he said his company does sell those.  After listening to his sales pitch for an hour about things we didn't want right now, he said he would call us the next day with info about the screens and solar pool heating.  We have never heard from him again.  I also sent a message via their website, telling them we are interested in these things, but no reply.  I guess they may be ok if you want to buy what they want to sell you, but for smaller ticket items, they apparently don't want to waste their time.  After this experience, when we are ready to buy solar panels or an attic fan, these guys won't be the ones we call.  By the way, we were able to get the solar screen we needed at Sam's Club for $70, and installed it ourselves in less than 1/2 hour.

    LTD Management & Maintenance
    I called LDT on Sunday night and left a message when our smoke/carbon monoxide alarm started beeping at us due to a "low battery". Because our home has high ceilings (for us), we couldn't reach the alarms to replace the batteries ourselves. I hadn't expected a call until Monday afternoon at the earliest, but we got a nearly instantaneous response from the owner of the company. He explained to us that they work in Kingman on a scheduled basis, and that the soonest they could send someone out would be in a few weeks. By that point, the alarm was threatening to keep my mother awake at night, and when I explained the situation to him, he scheduled us for that Wednesday, personally making a trip especially for us.Since we also had several lights (dome lights, recessed lighting in the kitchen, etc) that had gone out, also too high to reach, and an A/C filter that badly needed replacing, he took care of that, as well. Because I had no way of figuring out what kind of filter the A/C needed, or what sort of lights were needed in the kitchen, when they arrived, they took out the filter and lightbulbs we still needed, and waited for me to go fetch the replacements from the store so we didn't have to wait until we could schedule another appointment. They even changed the bulb in the garage that had burnt out ages ago as they were leaving.Both the owner and his helper were polite, courteous, and patient with me - even after I locked my house and car keys inside the house when I went to get the supplies! They waited very patiently while my mother brought her house keys over from her office, never complaining or making me feel as though I'd put them out. They arrived in good time, did the work quickly and efficiently, and answered any questions I had. I never felt uncomfortable having two strangers in the house.When they were done, the owner (Lawrence) gave me his card and a sheet of landscaping services (something my mother has been considering for after I've moved out), and explained about their maintainance package. Though Mom will be the one to make the call, I'm not overstating it when I say I'm definitely supporting getting it!In all, I feel that the service I received from LTD Management, on the technical side as well as the customer service side, was absolutely exceptional. Knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, it's definitely a handyman service I would recommend to anyone! Their scheduling seems to be pretty strict, given that they're based in Bullhead City and travel to outlying areas on a regular basis, but if you call ahead and make sure you have your list handy, I don't forsee anyone having any complaints. Give them a shot - it's worth it! -Meaghan
