  • She would rather take a holistic approach then a prescription approach. She takes her time with you. She is very thorough. She rather find other approaches to your problems then give you prescriptions.

  • He has two locations. I don't like their staff. The staff in the office is terrible. However, Dr. Zegarra is pretty good and I have been seeing him for two years. If I have an appointment at nine I don't get to see him until it is ten. I think he is overbooked. They are friendly but it seems like you are bothering them if you got a question. I had a prescription and it took me almost three months to finally get it straightened out because somebody wasn't doing their job the way they were supposed to. This is the Golden Valley office. When you talk to Dr. Zegarra, he is pretty good, and he listens to me.

  • It went great as usual. We went over my recent lab tests and she was happy to see that, by changing my diet, all of my levels looked better. We talked about the prescriptions I'm taking and she had some great advice for me. Even when she might not be having the best of days, Dr. Bushman is always attentive and really seems to care about me. She has really been helpful as I try to get back on my feet after being really sick for a few years. I don't know what I'd do without her!

  • Dr. Ted E Zegarra's office staff would forget to let him know that I was there and this happened quite a few times so I am waiting and waiting and I see these other people going in, so I go up and ask them what the delay is and they just forgot about me and it happened 2-3 times. They would give me a cup or something but that didn't make up for the wasted time. They wouldn't take walk ins even if you walked in there bleeding and had been their patient for 2 years, they tell you they don't take walk ins so you have to go to the clinic.

  • Dr, Fakharie did listen to me as the patient and offered suggestions medication options in managing borderline high hypertension and chlorestoral level. We also discussed the supplements I was taking.The blood tests she perscribed were a lipid panel and a vitamin D test. The doctor seemed unwilling to address any other issues I bring up other than general wellness. For example, Dr. Fakharie claims expertise in minipulative therapy for arthritis patients. But when I mentioned I had pain in my foot joints, she asked if I'd like a referral to a Podiatrist. In my initial visit almost a year earlier, I told her I had tinnitus in my left ear. She asked if I'd like a referral to an ENT specialist. In both visits, the physical exam was minimal. She only did a cursory listen to my heart. Her nurse took my pulse and blood pressure.

    When it came to billing my insurance company, the office of this group practice was totally unequipped to know how to code and bill their services as a "wellness" visit to United Healthcare, who defines "wellness" care under the guidelines of the Affordable Healthcare Act. My visit clearly fell into the guidelines of a "wellness" visit. I ended up paying my bill because UHC received the wrong coding for the services and rather paying for it in full, they added it to my annual deductable. I do know this pratice does a better job with billing Medicare, so I may continue to visit that doctor in the future as I become eligible.

    Overall, I am somewhat satisfied but I can be persuaded to seek another primary care doctor. But I am not sure if any that I would like better even exist In Kingman.

  • I waited 45 min`s to get in. The nurse somehow skipped me. When i went back, she told me the cups were on the back of the toilet along with the marker to put name on the cup & leave urine sample on the back of the toilet. There were no wipes for cleaning before you give the sample. I waited in the exam room another 10 min`s for the dr, not bad. The dr comes in asks alot of questions, is friendly enough. She starts to do the pelvic exam & realizes she has no light for the looking. She does the exam anyhow. She then asks me did you give a specimen? I told her i had. She says no more about that. She finishes the exam then asks me which meds i want? For yeast or bacteria. I`m appalled that she`d ask me. I thought she was the dr. I leave there with cream for bacteria infection not knowing if that was my acual problem. This was on fri, the 5th. On tues, the 9th i realize that the dr didn`t tell me the outcome of my test. I stopped by the office & waited 20 min`s to talk to Amanda the nurse. She told me it had been sent to the lab & wasn`t back yet. She assured me she`d call when it came back. I called the lab & they didn`t have anything for me. Three more phone calls to the dr office. I get the runaround that the nurse, Amanda will you back. She finally did call back on thur, 11th & told me we can`t find your specimen. We lost it. I just can`t believe such behavior. I thought it`d be nice to get established with a holistic dr to help me with my rheumatoid arthritis. Thanks for reading & i wouldn`t recommend this clinic.
