    The Right Way to Write
    Very positive experience! I was at my wit's end trying to produce a good resume so that I could find a job I wanted. After writing and re-writing my resume, I still wasn't getting responses from employers, which is why I knew I needed to enlist in the help of a professional.     Your Signature Resume was an amazing value for the price! My writer, Josh did a great job and was very thorough during the research process. Our first call lasted over an hour going through all of the information that was to be included in my Resume. We had numerous phone calls and emails with edits over 2 weeks and it was all included in the base price.     After recently being laid-off I contacted Your Signature Resume about completing a resume for me as mine had not been updated in over seven years.  Mary contacted me shortly after I had sent her my old resume for review.  She explained to me what her thoughts were on it and what she and her team would be able to do to provide me with an up-to-date resume that brought my strengths to the forefront.  I decided to move forward with the service at that point. I was contacted the next day by the person who was going to write my resume and we scheduled an appt to discuss my background.  I was contacted by him at the scheduled time and after a 20 minute discussion, along with the copy of my old resume, he had enough information to create the first draft. I was very pleased with what I saw in the first draft as it was formatted so that it high-lighted my skill sets and strengths.  The resume has an inviting format that will catch the readers eye and stand out from all the other resumes.  After requesting a few changes I received the final copy a few days later.  The cover letter was styled similarily to the resume, with a unique and inviting format, that will lend itself to be easily adjusted for specific jobs. The only issue I had was that we occasionally had to move back some deadlines as the writer had some personal issues come up, which was completely understandable (yes, these people also have lives!).  He stayed in constant communication with me and let me know where we were at in the process. I would definiltey recommend Mary and her team and will use them again if the need ever arises.

    It went great!  Mary is very on top of her game.  We discussed where I had been and where I wanted to go professionally.  She thought it best to pair me up with Mark as she continued to oversee the process.  Mark and I had 1 phone conversation and multiple emails.  In the beginning Mark had me fill out a questionnaire and I realized the more time and information I gave them, the better positioned Mark would be to give me a great resume.  He delivered!  He was patient with my travel schedule and put together a great set of professional docs I feel comfortable and proud to use in the workplace.  I did a lot of research when looking to hire someone for assistance.  There are many "fly by night" companies on the web.  Some don't even talk to you on the phone to get a sense of who you are.  I almost made the mistake to hire one of these companies but when I found Your Signature Resume on Angie's List, and after talking with Mary, I felt they were the right fit for me.  I would highly recommend them to assist in writing your resume!!!

    Worked with member of Mary's staff ( Mark).  Mary did a good job of laying out the program, what would be required of me, and how the process would flow.  Was exactly as advertised.  I provided an old resume, updated thoughts on recent positions and accomplishments and quantified the highlights of my career.  Had several one-on-one conversations with Mark to fine tune documents.  He did an excellent job of getting me to think how to best describe and display my accomplishments, and really made me feel that this resume was important to him.  I initially wanted a provider who provided a face-to-face option, but this remote arrangement worked very, very well.  Mark was respectful of when I could have a phone call, and was always punctual and delivered updates exactly as promised.  I would definitely recommend the service.
