  • They do a pretty decent job. The price was fair. Service was good, I didn't have a problem with their service. I am not crazy about their call back. When you get in there, they do okay. When everything is set, they are fine. They do a good job.

  • After nearly 3 years of amazing compassion and wonderful care of our 7 pets (2 older Chihuahua's and 5 indoor cats, we are leaving Dreaming Summit.  Not sure what has happened but in recent months Dr. Bower left as did others.  We were never told and when I showed up for an appointment came to find that even Dr. Hillebrand took the weekend off and we were seen by an extremely incompetent Temporary Vet who had as much compassion as a toad.  Never even introduced herself.  Treated our Ziva like she was nothing and treated us the same way.  We had labs done and the following week met with Dr. Hillebrand who told us that her labs were great and that she had a lot of time left on her clock.  We had concerns that we tried to address with Dr. Hillebrand and I was dismissed with remarks that my concerns were not evident.  Just over 8 weeks later we had to say goodbye to our sweet girl.  Would the outcome been different if Dr. Hillebrand would have acknowledged my concerns - no but we would have been much better prepared for what was about to happen.  Unfortunately I have not been able to talk with Dr. Hillebrand because once again he's gone and now for two weeks.  I can't say enough wonderful things about the Front Desk Staff especially Amanda and Jennifer.  They alone would receive 5 stars from us.  Something is clearly going on at this clinic and it's not good and we are leaving.

  • It was a pleasant and as stress free as a puppy's first visit to the vets office can be. My husband and I were extremely with Dr. Hatch and his staff. They were very gentle and kind to our new puppy. He did not not bite, yelp, or cry while he was in the clinic. We will be returning customers here!

  • They have been wonderful for both dogs. Whenever I need anything I just call and they always help. Their pricing is much lower than another vet service I had tried, and they are very upfront and honest. This is my new vet!

  • I think we were kind of happy but we switched because I think he is way overpriced so we don't go there anymore. I cant really judge them on anything else. We just moved to Arizona. We used to back and forth to Michigan so when we went back in summer we took the dog to the vet and everything. We had a couple of problems so we went back later when we went there it was in transition of being sold the original guy that owned it we really liked but the new guy he raised his prices and we didn't care for him so we went once a while.

  • My dog Heidi who I first took to Dr Buczek had diagnosed her with Lymphoma. From the first time seeing Heidi to told me she thought Lymphoma might be the problem. My dog had been panting a lot, but still eating so I thought she was crazy and kind of dismissed the idea of cancer. She was unfortunately right on an was right the first time seeing my girl. From the life expectancy to the treatment, she prepared me. My girl sadly I decided to have her putdown since she did not do well with the chemo treatment( she sent us to a pet oncologist). She was already gone for the day and when I called to tell the office I needed to put Heidi down she came back to the office. Who does that? A completely compassionate,amazingly dedicated vet! I feel so very blessed to have found her. Thanks Dr B, I plan on bringing my 4 legged babies to you for as long as you're in business :)

  • Being new to this part of the Valley I have thought about switching to a vet closer to me, but hate the new patient fees so decided to wait. One of my dogs was bit by something and after it swelled up I called my usual vet who wanted to charge the usual $50 office fee and add another $35 for working us in as an emergency. I thought it was a bee sting bc he likes to chase them so I gave him some benedryl and watched him for indications of emergency in which case would of course take him to local animal hospital. Over the next few days he was healing up well and i broke down and called a vet I had decided to use (Goodyear Animal Hospital) to schedule an appointment to flush the wound and be sure he was healing up ok.
    Next thing I know he walks up to me with half of his upper lip missing and tissue hanging on by a thread! It was awful. I called Goodyear right back, they got us in immediately. They were awesome. Apparently he was sloughing (sp??) the dead tissue and had encountered something with more sting than a bee. We got him cleaned up, steroid shot, antibiotics and scheduled surgery to stitch him up. When we went in for the surgery the vet looked him over and decided he was healing well and we should shift to a plan of watching it and not do the surgery. I was very impressed with their common sense and care for my canine buddy. Rating of B for price only because to me an and quot;Aand quot; would indicate that their pricing beats out the competition. Theirs is in line with other vets I have been to, but they will do the right thing for your pet, which is what matters! I'm a fan.

  • They are very good.  It is a clean facility and they are very professional.  They are little pricey for their services, everything goes over $100.  One cannot get anything out there for $100.

  • It did not go well.  My bird died at my home June 2nd and she  was really in a lot of pain & I felt helpless.  It is not North Central Animal hospitals fault that she died however, when I returned to the hopital after the testing on that sunday, I was put in a room & told that the Doctor would be in soon. After 45 min. to 1 hr, the vet assistant came in with -rays and a book to explain all the testing that was done  and the prelimary results. The assistant then said that they would send me home with a prescription & showed me how to give my bird the medicine. I mentioned that I was afraid & asked if I could keep her at the Vets and she could be treated. It went downill from there. My fear was turned into,  by the assistant, that I did not or would not hold my bird & she wondered how was I going to give my bird the medicine if I would'nt hold her.I corrected her , and told her that I was only afraid as I did not want to hurt her & cause her any additional pain. The tech left the room, I guess to confer with the Doctor, returned & said that I could leave her & that she would return the next day(holiday weekend & they   would be closed) & give Sadie(my bird) her medicine.  I was then informed that there would not be any personnel or attendant overnight &  Sadie would be by herself except for the time the tech came in to give her the medicine.  I asked what were her chances to get well. No answer.  I asked if Sadie was going to die & the answer was maybe. I then asked if she could get better..Same answer.  So I took Sadie home , as I did not want her to be alone.  The office gave me a prescription which they said they had, however they wanted Sadie to have a stronger dose.  I was told that the prescription was available at any pharmacy & sent on my way. Its now after 5:30pm Sunday night (Memorial weekend) and went to 3 pharmacys & could not get the prescription.  Went to 5 on Monday & no one had it.  I had to order it and finally started treatment tuesday night. On Tuesday the Vet's office called & gave me another prescription to start   (which I did).I was going to return to the Vets on the following saturday for futher test however Sadie died the night before.  I never saw or spoke to Dr. Frank after the initial meeting/examintation. I was stunned when I returned that same day that Dr. Frank did not come into the room & go-over the results & that a tech was sent in to go over the findings .  I later picked up Sadie's records & took them to Dr. Todd Driggers @ Avion & Exotic Animal hospital in Gilbert & he was kind enough to go over & explain the findings.  I do not recommend Dr. Frank or the NorthCentral Animal  Hospital. I want to be given the information necessary to make the best informed decision I can, good or bad for my pets. I want & expect that the Doctor that I'm dealing with to have the courtesy to go over the results & course of action with me
