  • First of all I have been to this doctor three times. each time I have had to wait at least 45 minutes to see the doctor after my scheduled appointment. When I finally did get to see him he walked in the room looked at his computer screen for about 30 seconds had no idea why I was there did not listen to any of my concerns and shuffled me out the door. He is clearly just looking for billable appointments. I will not be going back!

  • We were very happy with Dr. Tassone.  He was patient, took his time, was very careful, and explained everything very well to my daughter.  It seems like he did a great job, and it doesn't look like my daughter's toenails will be a problem anymore.

  • It went well.  Results of all tests were reviewed with me with my questions being answered as we went along.  Other questions regarding past medical problems were also thoroughly answered.  I did not feel hurried!!!  There seems to be no time limit on how much time the doctor can spend with you to take care of your needs and questions.  It would appear this fascility is interested in being pro-active about care, as well as, preventive care.  I recommend them without reservation.

  • Dr. James J. Hines is one of the doctors in this group of doctors. He is very personable, explains test results in detail and provides changes in medication as deems appropriate. My wife likes Dr. Hines very much as he takes time to listen to his patients. I believe that he should be listed separately as I'm sure many patients would benefit from his services.

  • . I had to have a preparation before I had my knee replacement so I went to her because she was my doctor. She did a physical which included chest X rays that were done in her office, blood work all of that. Two days after the physical I got a call from the receptionist not her, saying that they needed to redo the chest x rays because they found a spot on my lungs. And I say “ok, can I talk to the doctor?” the receptionist said no. I sad ok fine so I went again and done another x ray and after another two days the receptionist called again and said " well this didn’t very good we need to have you go a CT scan.” I asked “what do you mean?” she said that in nothing to worry but you need to have a CT scan. When I asked her to give me to talk to the doctor she said that is not possible because the doctor is with patients. I said ok, I was scared because I had cancer in the past so I went again and done another x ray. After four days it happened the same thing call me back and said to do another scan. I asked for the doctor but they said that he is not available. After a few days the receptionist call again and said that everything is ok you can go and have the knee surgery.  end I’m 65 , I had cancer before and I’m like ... so you can imagine how I was, thinking what is going on ?

  • He's just is the most knowledgeable, up to date cardiologist I have ever run into in my life and he also has really good people skills and you don't usually find that in a surgeon. He knows things before anyone else does. My husband was on Kumadin because he has a pace maker and he arranged for him to have a machine where he could do his blood testing for the Kumadin at home. When nobody else knew of anything about this. My mother also needed this and he helped me get here the information so she could get one through her doctor. This is an example that he is up to date on his reading. He started out as a medical doctor and went back school to become a cardiologist. I think the thing that is most impressive about him is how well educated he is but how down to earth he is. He will explain things in terms  that the average laymen can understand and that is a pretty unique situation. I think that's really important especially in that area.

  • I've been going to Dr. Charnetsky for at least the last four years. Dr. "C" does not speak above my knowledge level and treats me with respect. He explains what he might suggest as a treatment protocol but respects my views and knows I prefer to use homeopathic approaches, rather than traditional western medicine, when advisable. He discusses my treatment options rather than telling me what my treatment will be, which I appreciate. Last year he saved me many thousands of dollars, and at least a  year of rehab therapy, by suggesting I consider looking into other forms of treatment for an orthopaedic problem I have. I'm happy to report that the alternative approach has been working for me.

  • I arrived fifteen minutes early, checked in and was escorted to the exam room before my actual appointment time. The assistant had done my blood pressure checks and the doctor was in the room with me by the scheduled time of my appointment. This was the first time I had visited this particular doctor and she was very good at putting me at ease. We talked about the details of my medical history and then proceeded to the exam. Her assistant was with us throughout the exam. They worked well together as a professional team, telling me what would happen next and then performing each part of the exam thoroughly. I felt very well cared for. Dr. Crawford's bedside manner was very good. She took the time to do things right. I left with an order for lab work and a referral to a dermatologist for a baseline check up. I plan on having this doctor as my primary care physician.

  • It?s been a little bit of a crazy year for us, as my dad passed away and then my mom had a massive heart attack. Dr. Hessel was wonderful. As far as the things that went on for my mom and dad this year, he is really the one that stands out to me. I believe he is in charge of the cardiac wing in the hospital. We also researched about him online and found that he has 18 years of experience. My mom is really doing great after the surgery. There is also a cardiac rehab in the hospital that she has been attending. So I couldn?t ask for a better doctor, hospital or a follow up. It was really a great experience. I wouldn?t be able to comment on the billing, as my mother took care of it. I would say that the doctor was punctual when my mom was in the ICU, but it was not the same once she was discharged from the ICU. It was an emergency situation and she was taken to the hospital which was not even near her home. We feel that we had a right place, at the right time and ended up with doctors who could help her with the best treatment. He also gave her a little bit of a follow up. They were extraordinary as they diagnosed her and they also had a cat lab right there. They were able to take her right in and do what they needed to do. They scheduled the surgery for the very next day and it was amazing. If there is a need in the future then I would definitely see him.
