Sewer Cleaning reviews in Glendale

  • Plumbing issue came up suddenly with water seeping from the bottom of both toilets in two separate bathrooms. I connected with Bumble Bee Plumbing through the Home Advisers website. Made contact at 1:50PM and by 3:00PM Ken arrived. Ken walked us through each step he took, letting us know the cost before doing anything. Ken was methodical in solving our problem, he was personable, funny, and clearly knowledgeable. Would definitely use Bumble Bee Plumbing again.

  • The clogged sewer line was soon gurgling and clearing after rootering. The camera was able to show the issue was not excessive roots but breaks in pipes, mostly in the street. Marked the area and called the appropriate city department for me. Much happier drains in my house now. Professional, courteous and friendly service.

  • We called at 4:30 p.m. on a Friday afternoon. We were told there was a technician in our area working on another job and that he would call as soon as he finished the job. Around 7:30 we received a call that Benjamin Aguilar was on his way, if it was not too late for us. Mr. Aguilar quickly assessed the problem and went right to work. He was polite and professional and obviously quite knowledgeable about his profession. If we need plumbing services again, we will call Reddi Services and ask for Benjamin Aguilar, if he is available.

  • Our main line backed up on 12/8/16, I called for service and "Jose" came out to clear the stoppage.I informed Jose that I had a coupon that stated Rooter Hero would clear any drain line for $77.00. Jose informed me that the $77.00 covered 30 minutes and lets hope it only takes 30 minutes. Jose ran his 11/16 cable through the clean out in the front yard. Jose did not put any blade on the cable to clear the line. The line cleared and we ran water. Jose presented the bill to me, it was for $150.00. I was shocked, Jose informed me that it took 45 minutes, that was why the charge was for $150.00. I paid the bill and was given a 90 day guarantee. On 12/12/16 the main line backed up again. I called and requested the line be ran again. I requested them not to send out Jose. "Adrian" came out to the house to clear the drain. He pulled out a much smaller machine with a 3/8 cable with no blades to clear the 3 inch main line through the clean out. My wife asked Adrian why he did not use blades on the cable. Adrian told her that they never put blades on the cable to clear stoppages. Much to my surprise Adrian was able to open the line with the 3/8 cable. However the very next day the main line backed up for the 3rd time. I was not about to call for a repeat performance so I rented a 11/16 cable from Home Depot with blades to clear the stoppage. I was able to clear the main line with the full set of blades. I would not recommend Rooter Hero to anyone!!!

  • I contacted the contractor right about closing time (5:30pm). They sent someone out within a half hour & did not charge for working after hours. The contractor was very friendly & explained the problem in simple terms. They did not try to sell me unnecessary services & the cost for the work done was very reasonable.

  • It went great.  It was after hours too.  Called them abouit 530pm and they got back to us right away.  Said they would have a plumber out to our house by 8pm.  Then they called back an hour or so later and said they would be at our house in 20 minutes.  They got here to our house at jhour earlier than they told us in the first place.  Yeah!  The guys that came were professional and very personable.  they moved stuff out of the way and put down drop cloths so nothing nasty would get on the cabinets etc.  Then they drilled it out to about 30 some feet from the sink and things started to flow again.  They were done and they did charge a trip fee or an after hours fee just 99.00 bucks and that was it.  Superb experience.
P.s. (Ask for Jose to come to your house you won't be disappoiinted)

  • This was a huge project and Ben Franklin did an excellent job.  This sewer line was never installed correctly when the house was built.  (There was a 'sway' or low spot in the line causing grease and other debris to collect and eventually clog the line).  BF dug up the line and installed it with the correct slopping angle to the street.
BF has been our 'go-to' plumber for a number of years and we have used them for small and large projects liket this..  Their work is consistently excellent.  I would highly recommend them.

  • They were very informative, they did a good job of explaining how the work would be completed, and they completed the job quickly.  Furthermore, the plumber was great, and he didn't leave behind any messes.

  • First of all the owner, Kevan Delaney, came out personally and spent about 3 hours going over all issues and questions.  He used a sewer scope and sewer rooter to identify exactly what needed to be fixed and/or looked into more for my main sewer line.  He identify what needed to be replaced to stop my main water line leak and also looked into how to tie in a water softener.  He explained all the issues and all possible solutions in great detail and provided a very competitive quote (my neighbor had a similar sewer repair done a few months ago and he cost him double!).

Kevan and his crew came out on time as expected and without any issues.  The area that needed to be dug up was under the main gas line and cable and above the main electrical lines, so great care had to be taken digging in the area.  They dug up 2 sizable holes to investigate one section of sewer that didn?t look right in the scope and another for the break.  The part that didn?t look right ended up to be a cleanout that was put in incorrectly which they fixed and put salt around and filled in.  The main break ended up to be a foot and a half section that was replaced.  Turns out that it seems very likely that the gas company dug into it when laying their pipe.  They fixed the break while taking pictures along the way to show every step and to aide in my gas company complaint.  Kevan and his crew were very professional and friendly during the whole process.

I would highly recommend H & K Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

  • We had a blocked residential sewer line on a Saturday.  After no luck with a rented "sewer snake"  I logged on to Angies List and found  a coupon for "A" rated  Reddi Services to  rod and camera a sewer line during normal business hours.   We could tolerate waiting until Monday as family members live very close by. Bought coupon and called Reddi Services  on Sunday to get in scheduling queue.   First positive surprise was that it wasn't an answering service but Reddi Services national customer service center in Kansas City.  They arranged for the local service arm to call us first thing Monday morning.  The local office did so and arranged for a service person to arrive within 45 minutes. That person, Jerald, was on-time and proceeded to rod the sewer line very effectively, explaining what he was doing, what he found, and what possible next steps might be pending the camera results (Jerald was unaware the order involved camera'ing and he did not have the necessary equipment so a second visit by someone with a camera was scheduled for later that day).  Donald arrived Monday afternoon per the arranged time and camera'd the line pointing out to me the findings on the monitor.  Both were very professional and efficient and did not unduly pressure me to have extra work performed.  The schedulers and both Jerald and Donald were very cooperative in allowing me to include City Sewer Dept staff to witness the on-site work.  NOTE: if you suspicion the problem might be in the sewer line beyond your property line and in the public right of way, involve your City sewer dept right away  (we did  starting Saturday) as they have a vested interest in witnessing the findings first hand to help them determine if they are going to have to tear up the street or if it is exclusively the homeowner's responsibility.   Bottom line - I was very pleased with Reddi-Services and their staff  performance sold me on their company's customer service philosophy. I will definitely call them again with future needs.   BTW - Reddi Services also does business here in Phoenix area as Jan Ashford Plumbing, a company they bought out some years ago.
