    Howard Air
We got back from a trip and found the A/C compressor would not stay active for more than a few minutes. I called after 9pm left my information with their answering service. Promptly after 7am the next day I got a call from Veronica to schedule my appointment, She got me someone to come in the afternoon. Miguel came in, inspected the A/C unit and found the capacitors had been damaged by either the recent thunderstorm or the power outage that came with it (or both). The high voltage electrical wires were also a bit "toasty". He recommended the proper repairs and had the unit back up and running in less than an hour (from arrival). Price was well within the expectation. Have had nothing but good experiences with Howard Air.

    NOBLE REFRIGERATION
Said nothing was wrong with the unit it was just hot weather and charged me $50 to look at it. Never said there was a fee involved until after he came out. I then called another company and found the a/c need to be replaced.

Honest Air Care and Home Services
Eric and his team responded the same day our air conditioning failed. Though he was working that day on the farthest side of Phoenix from us, he made time to come to our rescue in the 100 degree heat. As a senior citizen with a health condition that can be aggravated by excessive heat, I feel more than comfortable relying upon Eric. We have had the pleasure of trusting in Eric for years and greatly appreciate his honesty, knowledge, care and responsiveness. Eric and his company are the very best we have experienced in the 28 years we have been in the Phoenix area. I would consider none other.

    NOBLE REFRIGERATION
Donny was on-time, friendly, knowledgeable and answered all questions that I had. He did a detailed inspection. My AC unit is on the ground, air handler/furnace in the attic. He inspected both. Did some extra work clearing my condensation line.

    Qual-Tech A/C & Heating Inc-Surprise
Qual-Tech came out to do the annual checkup on our 2 AC units through OneGuard Home Warranty. Chris was the tech that came out and he did a nice job. The access to one of the air-handlers is difficult to get to and more difficult to get through due to its small size. Chris handled it with aplomb. Both units were checked out and cleaned out. One of the units had leaked 2# of freon. It looks like the leak was through a slightly loose fitting. OneGuard also arranged to have "5-2-1 Compressor Savers" installed on the 2 units at no cost. These will control the startup surge for the compressor and help to prolong the life of the AC unit as if the compressor goes so does $$$ to replace the AC unit. The cost was $69 for 1 unit and another $30 for the 2nd unit. So the tuneup was a total of $99. Replacing the freon is a known additional service call charge of $69. The 2 pounds of freon added another $100. Total cost of $268.

    Phoenix Air Dynamics
My son has major allergies and we were had heard about REME HALO in-duct air purifier that utilizes Reflective Electro Magnetic Energy technology. Phoenix Air Dynamics came out and installed them quickly and tested to make sure everything was working properly. They knew just what needed to be done. These have helped significantly to reduce the particulates in the air. I recently had them come out to install three Nest thermostats because we had a dual pump system and needed a professional to do the install. Again, they were here promptly and made sure we were up and running without issues. Very reliable and honest! Answered all my questions. Each time they were here, they made sure to clean up any debris that was caused by the installations. Thanks for the awesome service. They are my go to AC company.

    3 Nails Contracting Inc
Exceeded expectations beyond in our home! With one phone call they had someone in our home within an hour, our home was already over 90 inside, they evaluated tested and let us know they could have it repaired up and running before nightfall! This after the company who installed it said we needed a new unit ! They not only made it happen but checked back again the next day to make sure everything was perfect! Thank you again for exceeding our expectations :)! And the price was more than reasonable!! Later in the month we had plumbing issues called Toro again and once again he took care of it immediately :) we know who we can trust in all areas!

    Delta Air Conditioning LLC
We were highly impressed with the staff and the manner in which they completed their tasks. Each person on the job took the time to introduce themselves and shake our hands. They were professional, and they took the time to explain things as well as the time to clean up after themselves. I'd highly recommend them!

In the emergency situation that we were faced with,, the technician Sabino arrived almost immediately. His eager to diagnose and solve our refrigerator problem was exemplary. Manny Appliance Repair offered us a very positive result and I have no problem in recommending them to my immediate neighborhood community.

    Howard Air
We called Howard Air over a year ago because our three year old furnace, which we had never used before, would only blow cool air. An HA tech investigated the issue and discovered that the original company who installed the HVAC unit did not connect gas correctly. They had used flex vent tubing instead of fabricated metal, and gas valve was on off position. We asked for pricing to connect gas and were told that a fabricating team would need to come out and evaluate, and that it would probably cost a couple thousand bucks. yikes!! about six weeks went by and no one called us. I called to check and was told a work order had been created but was not sent out to team. Once again I was told that a team would reach out to us, but again, no one called. It just so happend that we had issues with one of our units leaking over the summer and we called a different company, (which I will be writing excellent review for). The tech from the other company evaluated the heating connection, fabricated the design, and within a couple of days connected the gas line, fixed the leaking unit, and redesigned flex piping, all under $900. So fair to say, no I will not be calling Howard Aire again.
