AMy tech called me ahead of time to tell me what time he would arrive. He arrived on time wearing mask and gloves. He was in and out of my house in about 30 minutes. He ended up re-keying more locks than I thought. My home warranty company gave me Arco's name. I paid my home warranty fee when I made the appointment and then more for the extra locks.

AHighly recommended !! As a new homeowner in the Avondale area , I had no idea who to call to install a surround sound . I called several companies and after making multiple calls and email requests with little response, I was surprised that Al returned my call in a matter of minutes. He showed up at the scheduled appointment time ( which is another struggled we've had ) His price was reasonable and exactly in the ball park of what I expected. We hired him on the spot and scheduled the install for the following week. Once again he showed up on time and the work was perfect !! My only regret is that I hadn't met with him before I purchased the equipment as I would have preferred purchasing all the equipment through him as well based on his recommendations.
