AH-Bros Excavating & Construction LLCI have worked with many contractors over the years and H-Bros Excavating is by far the best experience I have ever had. They showed up when they said they would to provide an estimate. They started the job at the time they said they would. They kept me informed of the progress, what was going to be needed, each next step, and met the completion time they projected. When they were almost done, I found that I had not communicated exactly what I needed and it wasn't done quite the way I had intended. After I was clear on what it was I wanted, without a blink, sour word, or any frustration, they simply went to work to give me what I wanted. The entire mistake was mine for not being clear and yet they were happy to fix what was almost done. All of this and the final bill was exactly what I had been originally quoted. You will not fine a more professional or personable company anywhere. Their attention to detail and desire to provide me with what I wanted is unparalled. AWest Valley Remodeling LLCMark and his team were great. Once we settled in on a project start time he got to work. They were here on time every day and they took their time to get the job right. Due to the nature of the project, it required time for the cement to cure and the stucco to dry. They allowed the proper time for this to happen before moving on to the next step.- Christian D.

ADNR CONSTRUCTION LLCAs an architect, I’ve worked with DNR CInstruction on a number of projects at the Terraces - a senior assisted living facility in Phoenix. This particular patio was built in an area where patios were not intended when it was built. A patio post footing happened to be right over a roof drain. No questions asked, DNR rerouted the roof drain so it could daylight rainwater. They also installed a new header in the existing wall that allowed a senior the option of sitting on a new patio.- Trevor P.

AVM TEAM CONSTRUCTIONSaul and his team did an amazing job for me. They came out on a Sunday morning to give me an estimate. I explained that time was of the essence as I had a move in date I had to comply with. Saul gave me a fair price and was able to start as soon as I gave him the go ahead. Saul and his team were there at 9am sharp on Tuesday and 7am sharp the second day. All work was completed by Wednesday afternoon. Saul is the kind of person you feel you can trust from the very beginning. He earned that trust and excelled in his work. I will call him again in the future.- Sandy G.

AAbout 9 months ago we tested for radon in our new house and the level was 5 pCi/L. The FDA says anything over 4.0 should be mitigated, and the WHO says anything over 2.7 should be mitigated due to the cancer risk from radon exposure. We called AZ Foundation Solutions and their engineers reviewed our floor plans designed a mitigation system which they installed. We waited about 9 months for the system to do its job and then retested. We were very happy to see the results. In the two rooms we tested, one was 0.7 and the other was 1.0, well below acceptable levels. The AZ Foundation Solutions system really works! We had one communication problem but the company addressed it.

AThis entire experience was excellent. Jim with Blue Horizon was prompt, professional, and listened to what I wanted. He clearly explained what was involved to accomplish the work I wanted done, and discussed potential problems so we were able to plan in advance in case there there were complications. The job was estimated for two full days, but he finished by noon on the second day. He was able to remove the slab without damaging the remaining patio, my house or the curved sitting wall that I wanted to keep. After completion, he did an excellent job of cleaning up. I am extremely pleased with the work and I would definitely hire again.

AQuite well. When I realized the bird wires were not quite right afterwards, they sent a team out to re-do them. Here an hour, now better bird-proofed than ever. Cook did earlier work for me: a tricky, almost impossible modification of counter and cabinet that ended perfectly. On all of these messy projects, the workers kept the yard and kitchen amazingly clean.
