ADry Star Restoration LLCI’m pretty lazy when it comes to doing surveys/reviews but after having Drystar come out and do an amazing job for a 2nd time, it just wouldn’t sit well with me to not give a glowing review. In short, they saved us twice - from a flood incident and a fire incident that occured within the same year. Each time they serviced our home, they brought it back to prestine condition as if it was the first day we moved into it. What felt like impossible situations, they were able to pull it off. And not only were they able to get the job done, they got it done fast. As of this review, I am now moved back into my home and it was only 3 weeks ago that our incident occured. It’s almost magic how well and quickly these guys work. I would like to personally give individual thanks to the team for rescuing us from our situation. Richard and Robert who were our primary contacts through the whole process were always readily available to answer our questions - even late at night! John who immediately dropped what he was doing at the time to come see us the moment our incidents occured to get the ball rolling right away. Justin and Colton who were kind and courteous when moving our stuff out and back into the house. - Sorry for asking you to bring the heavy dressers back downstairs! They not only provided incredible contractors to rebuild our kitchen, laundry room, hall and kids bathroom they helped us get the most out of our situation. AValley Bio Emergency Services, LLCIt went better than expected. What happened was a sewer pipe burst in my up stairs bathroom and flooded my second story leaking sewage down to the first floor. Needless to say I was not home at the time of the flood you just imagine the smell. But Valley bio came through they removed all the sewage and did a mold prevention and to my surprise they got rid of the smell even the plumber commented on the fact that there was no smell. He Ask me if I was sure that a sewer pipe broke? And when I showed him he was amazed. So that being said I was extremely happy that Valley bio did the clean up and would strongly recommend them to everyone 5 stars,A+, 2 thumbs up what ever your rating system is they are at the top!!! AAbsolutely amazing! I had a water leak which my landlord neglected for several months. I called Josh at ASAP Restoration and he went above and beyond anything I could have expected. He called my landlord to help rectify the situation, got testing done incredibly fast, sent emails so I was educated on what I was dealing with, sent texts to make sure I knew each step of what was happening.
