    Justin was awesome! I'd had my dishwasher "repaired" by the company I purchased it from, not a good idea since the same problem quickly surfaced once again. I can't recall how I came across Justin but glad I did. He was responsive, professional, able to get to the repair quickly, and I've had no problems since...and it's been almost a year and no problems since. I would definitely hire A Better Appliance Repair again!

    I was very impressed. A to Z Repair contacted me immediately, set up an appointment for the same day, and completed the repair the same day. The repairman was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, willing to answer all my questions, and personable. He even had the part I needed with him. He left no mess for me to clean up.

    Beyer Appliance Service Inc
    Beyer came to us because of a claim we had filed with a home warranty company for repair of our dishwasher. On one of their visits to perform the repair in mid January, the technician needed to pull the appliance out from under the counter. Afterwards he put it back under the counter and told us we would be contacted about the next steps. On January 18, 2019 (a few days after they were here) we discovered water and garbage under our sink. While trying to figure out the leak, we noticed that the drain hose from the dishwasher to the garbage disposal had apparently been cut (presumably so the Beyer tech would be able to get the dishwasher out from under the counter). The hose was clamped to the dishwasher, but he did not undo the clamp (see picture). In my view, the hose was cut instead of being unhooked from the disposal, and the tech said nothing to us about it. When I phoned them (Beyer) on 1/18 (around 1:00pm on Friday), they seemed unconcerned and told me the soonest they could come out was Monday. I am not recommending this company and would not use again

    Repairman came out the same day we called. He found the problem in about 30 minutes and explained what had to be done and needed a part for the repair. He went to his parts supplier and returned 45 minutes later. The part was installed and refrigerator was working again. He gave us a one year warranty on his work. We are very satisfied with A to Z and will call on him for any other appliance failures.

    AVA Appliance Repair Inc.
    COMPLETE SCAM, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICE. AVA has come to my residence three times to fix an ice maker and the ice maker door. First time they tried to rig the door by drilling the hinge and "re-positioning" the door, this fail. Second time they came back and applied loctite to the same hinge, this later failed. Third visit on 09/22, they came back looked at the door, and the technician said the door was unrepairable and they would recommend to replace the entire refrigerator door and send this information to the warranty company. Today when I spoke to customer service, I was told only one visit was documented and no notes of replacement was ever documented by the Technician. All they did was stonewall and say we need a "Senior Technician" has to come look at the door issue, which they claimed the warranty company asked for. This is a complete lie after I contacted the home warranty company only to find out AVA NEVER sent any report to American Home Shield. Sarah with AVA even tried to tell me that on the last visit the issue was fixed.... How could that be if the technician told me it couldn't be fixed and I could put the tape back on the door that was holding it closed? The home warranty company is not to blame, they even told me that if AVA would just send the report stating the door can't be repaired they would take the next steps to replace the door or the entire unit. Asked for a supervisor or to speak to the Technician, guess what they are in a meeting and the Technician can't be reached since he is in the field. What a joke. Again DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    Wow, this company is terrible. I had an appointment set up for three days, and then Jenifer called me back 2 hour's before the appointment and said the tech did not fill comfortable working on my appliance. What does that even mean? What a wonderful business model, i hope the owner appreciate turning away commercial accounts.

    My dryer is approximately 35 years old. When the technician got here, he didn't have the necessary part. He ordered the part, and returned the following Tuesday to install it. I didn't expect him until that Friday, but he got the part sooner than anticipated. He was able to fix my dryer and I am very happy about that. I would use them again and recommend their service.

    After my microwave stopped working, I called Rons appliance repair and service. He came at the time we Schedualed, and had alot of knowledge on what he was doing. I'm glad we called for his service, Ron was professional and a really nice man. I would recommend using him.
