    FRIENDSHIP PET HOSPITAL
My cat Luna has been going to see Dr. Hoban at Friendship Pet Hospital ever since I adopted Luna in 2009. Dr. Hoban is a truly conscientious and outstanding Veterinarian who also deeply cares about animals. Dr. Hoban and all the people who work at Friendship Pet are dedicated and compassionate.

    AZ Dog Sports
We adopted a puppy and within a couple weeks thought we had gotten in over our heads having never had a dog before.  I called AZ Dog Sports and they sent a trainer out to our house to assess the situation.  Karen was amazing!  She helped us get over the fears we had and showed us ways to manage the new puppy in our home.  Over the first year of Daisy's life we had struggles, she was just being a stubborn puppy, but I wanted a perfect dog.  I went back and forth feeling like we should re-home her several times within that first year. But Karen, Monika and Layne all worked me through every issue, every time...and now we have a 3 year old dog who is the most amazing addition to our family!  She is still taking classes at AZ Dog Sports, 3 years later!  Thank you AZ Dog Sports!

    Arizona Home Watch LLC
We have been happily using Dee's services since 2012. She's wonderful. Very professional, thorough. Has discovered unexpected bug issue with a piece of furniture, is alert to termite tubes, checks irrigation systems is plants struggling, alerts us to any water or electrical issues so they can be addressed quickly. When able, she has attended at the house for tradespeople to come in our absence. Fabulous service! Price is very reasonable for the great service provided. Highly recommend.

    El Dorado Animal Hospital
A few weeks ago our Ginger Cat, Joe, started showing signs of illness.  Dr. Sarah worked with us to determine what was going on with Joe.  She offered choices for testing and care, so we could make informed decisions.  When it was obvious there was nothing more we could do except make hm comfortable, Dr. Sarah would call periodically to see how things were going.  What Vet actually takes the time to call you!  So here comes the weekend and Joe let us know he was done fighting the fight ( Dr Sarah had given me the signs to look for).  I called the office only find out she was going out of town so I thought we would have to wait till Monday to help Joe. No, Dr Sarah called within hours and said she would be there and arrived at our home later that day with her assistant.  Joe went to sleep in his favorite basket,.  I cant tell you how many times Dr. Sarah has been there for not just Joe, but Scruffy and Tea challenge us all the time with cactus needles, foxtails and just the generral things your pets get into.  Dr. Sarah is always available and will always followup on your visits.

    SHERRY'S PAMPERED PETS
Casper always looks handsome when he gets groomed here. I drive all the way from Fountain Hills to take him to Sherry's. He's been going to this groomer for over 10 years and they always do a great job. Love the staff and the groomers.

    TLC While You're Away
Margie was very professional and spent about 1.5 hours going through our house and talking to us about her services.
She was very knowledgeable about caring for birds and homes. We felt very comfortable leaving our bird in her care and signed all the paperwork. However, we did not end up using TLC because our bird got sick and needed to stay with a vet for the time we were away. Margie will definitely be the first person we call when we need a house or pet sitter.

    El Dorado Animal Hospital
I have had dogs all my life of 55 years and have used many vet services in several different states. I really liked ElDorado veterinary service because they didn't try to sell me dog food or recommend all sorts of other procedures, no pressure marketing.

    Fairmount Animal Hospital
After a great deal of discussion and prayer, my Mother decided to put her older dog to sleep before moving into a retirement home. The dog was in her senior years, as well as morbidly obese, not house-trained and prone to snipping at or biting people (even my Mother). She also had increasing medical difficulties due to her age. Due to her size/weight, the dog could not move with my Mom. Due to her disposition, we knew it would be difficult for her to be adopted. But we provided my Mom with the options of moving the dog to a No Kill Shelter or having the dog put to sleep. Although this is always a difficult decision, my Mom chose to have the dog put to sleep so she could "always be with her." As this was a hard decision, I called the Fairmont Animal Hospital, explained the situation and why the choice had been made. I pre-paid for the entire procedure, including cremation, so my Mom would not have to handle any of that. As I live out of state, my sister accompanied my Mom and the dog to the appt. When they arrived, they were put in a room but had to wait about an hour for the vet. (The workers did provide the dog with treats, including an ice cream, which was very nice.) Unfortunately, when the Vet came in, she gave my Mother the 5th degree on why she was putting down a relatively healthily dog. This was my Mom's regular vet, but not the usual doctor. And apparently, either she didn't review the dog's file, or the time I spent with the front desk/assistant to deflect this line of questioning was not put in the file. We love our pets. We do not take the option of euthanasia lightly, and in this case, reviewed other probable options. But in the end, this was my Mom's dog, and when presented with the options, we went with her wishes. Based on the lack of compassion showed by the Doctor who questioned the ethics of my elderly Mom, as well as a complete disregard for why we had preplanned and prepaid for this difficult event, I would never do business with this organization again.

    PALISADES VETERINARY CLINIC
Dr. Johnsons was wonderful with him. When it came time to put him down, they were very kind and carry. The staff was very helpful, caring, and compassionate. My dog has stomach cancer and they did ultra sounds and x-rays. In the end they were very compassionate, they gave us choices of what we could do like whether we wanted to be in the room with him or cremated or buried. The final moments they brought him all kinds of treats they aren't suppose to have.
