    Nana Jana's Newborn Care, etc.
"Nana Jana" was an awesome find for us after interviewing several people to watch our infant son. I am sure she is very knowledgable with caring for children of all ages but she was exceptional with our new born. I was very nervous to leave my son with anyone, but Jana put my mind at ease. She is such a kind person and my son absolutely loved her! She took care of all his needs and was very open to what I wanted and expected in a caregiver. My husband and I felt completely safe leaving him with her and she exceeded our expectations. The only reason we stopped using Jana is because we moved out of state.

    Terrie's Daycare
Childcare provided for nearly five years for our two children - one from birth to 3 years. Wonderful experience for both of them and our family. Terrie opened up her home to our children and provided such a nurturing environment. She provided great opportunities for structured learning, play and fun. Our children had the opportunity to interact and develop social skills with a small group of other children. We liked the intimate setting, which allowed for more one-on-one attention as they grew. Terrie was a big part of our children's lives and we couldn't have asked for someone one more sincere and experienced. A great find for us.

    AQUA-TOTS SWIM SCHOOL
I've been going to Aqua Tots for about a year now after a less than stellar experience with Kim Courtney's Swim School.  I have been very pleased with the quality of their operation and the level of personalization they have provided us.  Their instructors are top notch, kind, enthusiastic, encouraging, and extremely patient.  Even in the group setting, they provide each child with the personal attention needed to insure they advance in a timely manner.  My son has made great progress in this program, and is advancing extremely quickly.  I have been delighted with our experience and would highly recommend Aqua Tots to any parent and/or friend.  This has been a very rewarding investment.

    A+ NANNIES INC
An excellent experience. Hillary was responsive with great follow-through and provided helpful advice during our nanny search. The quality of candidates she referred to us was generally better screened and overall higher-quality than the three other agencies we have also used. The nanny she located for us has done a very good job and has been very serious and professional in her approach to the job with us. The background screening and checks that the agency provided were very thorough. We were particularly impressed that the background check she ran turned up a very old speeding ticket that had not appeared on the check of the nanny's driver's license.

    PARENTS TIME OUT
The company was great.  They sent over really nice looking resumes and they gave you a bunch of people to choose from.  Then, you go through the resumes and interview them on your own.  They provide the contract and they do a criminal check and a driving check.  They also provide you with references so you can talk directly to the people who the nanny has worked for before.  I think we paid $200.00 for the background checks and the initial screening.  They were very professional and did everything over email.  It worked out great; we are really happy.  I would absolutely use them again.

    Inspire International Preschool
After check in, my 3 yr old child was taken back to his class with the other children his age, where he spent his time learning, and playing through out the day. He said he had fun, playing with other kids, and liked when he had his snack. He was learning about shapes and colors that day, and wanted to be sure he went the next day so that he could continue coloring the shapes, and working with his teacher.  I like the quality of care that my son receives at this facility, he likes to be picked up by their bus in the morning, and sometimes goes home on it as well if I have to work later.  It is always hard to find a place that isn't just a franchise stamped out place that actually cares about your child, and is willing to work with them in an educational sense. The staff work hard to ensure that every day is a great day for my son.

    PARENTS TIME OUT
We have used Parent's Time Out a couple of times, and I have recommended them to many of my friends. PTO has placed two nannies with us, and I could not have gotten through the process without them. They took care of getting background checks, and also helped to find the right "fit" for our family. They saved me the many painstaking hours it takes when trying to fill a nanny position, and with their help, I was able to spend that important time with my children. The staff at PTO is always looking out for the family and nannies best interests. I would highly recommend that if you have looking for a nanny or even a babysitter, use this company!

    Primrose School at Palm Valley
Ms Verlardi, I would like to commend you and your staff on the quality of service your establishment provides for young children. My son was cared for by a close relative of ours from the age of 3 months until 3 weeks ago at 20 months. It was very hard for us to even fathom the thought of him going elsewhere for care where he can't be given 1 on 1 attention. Before finding Primrose, we chose another popular daycare/school chain that was conveniently located near my husband's place of employment. My son's first daycare experience there was just horrible. Their ratio for 12 mos to 24 months was 8 to 1 (actually MOST places I called followed that ratio because it's the AZ State maximum requirement) . At an 8 to 1 ratio we clearly saw that all the teachers could do was "watch" the children and "try" to entertain them. There was not a minute to spare to provide any type of affection to any of the children who needed it for whatever reason (first day, not feeling well, tired, etc...) .We did a one day trial (which we paid for) and secretly popped in and out of the classroom's window (unseen by the teachers and my son) for 5 hours and what we saw just broke our hearts.Being that it was my son's first day in a daycare environment he was very sad and cried off and on in the room and stood in a corner alone. Not ONCE did any of the teachers in the room have time to come to him to console him or hold him even for 5 minutes to comfort him. We saw my son finally gather the courage to come up to one of the teachers and as he  held his hands up asking to be picked up, she just smiled at him and told him a few words then turned her back to move on with what she was doing. Of course, that just set his tears off again. He would stop crying for spurts of 15 mins but cry again out of loneliness and still, NO ONE gave him any affection.During another pop in, we saw my son eating a whole peeled banana at the table alone. The 1 teacher in the room doing story time at the OTHER END of the room had her back turned to my son. What if he was choking? How would she have seen him? That was the last straw. After just 5 hours of him being there we walked in and pulled him out.  I searched on YELP and found Primrose. We did the same trial day at Primrose. My son went in the classroom and we stayed in the Lobby and popped into the window randomly every 15-30 mins to see how he was doing and within 30 mins I could already tell his experience was going to be so much better at Primrose. Your ratio of 5 or 6 to 1 is just right but most of the time the ratio I've seen is 3 or 4 to 1 because once there were 7 kids, there were 2 teachers in the room. The teachers in the toddler rooms are SO WONDERFUL! Not only do they provide the early education the toddlers need but they also provide the right amount of affection to each child to keep them comfortable in their group environment.  I also tend to watch the other kids whenever I am in the room because I know I can see a LOT from the other kid's behaviors that will give me some information on how the teachers are with them. I see the other kids always running  to their teachers to show off the toys they've found or just running up to them to hug their legs. This tells me the kids feel comfortable and find safety and security with their teachers. They run to their teachers to show off their toys because their teachers give them a positive reaction that the kids enjoy receiving. During my son's first week I left my work at random times during the day to pick him up at different times just to see how he was doing on different days and every time I arrived, I always found a teacher either holding him or my son enjoying an activity with the other toddlers like story time, painting or music/dancing time. I LOVE YOUR SCHOOL AND YOUR TEACHERS. Of course I can only mainly speak for the toddler teachers because they are the ones I deal with but on many occasions when teachers from other rooms have seen me in the hallway, they have ALWAYS stopped to ask me if there was anything they could do for me. They even peek into the room and watch my son for me and give me real-time feedback on how my son is doing as I hide away from the door so he doesn't see me. THANK YOU FOR FOSTERING SUCH A WARM AND LOVING ENVIRONMENT! This means the WORLD to all the parents of the Primrose students. I have to also mention the ladies in the front who comforted ME during the first 2 weeks and encouraged me to call as many times as I wanted to check in on my son (and believe me, DID I Call A LOT LOL!) Every time I call, they are so nice and are so happy to give me feedback. Of course, I must also mention your facility. It's so clean! The toys are always clean and bright.  Your daily menu is superb! Sometimes I tell my husband my son should go on his off day because the food being served that day looks so good. :) I love the Primrose App that I am able to download to see the weekly menu, events, and announcements. The last thing I am going to mention is just due to, well...my husband and I being picky people and that is how we appreciate that everyone in your staff always has a presentable appearance! We totally noticed how they have variations of their Primrose Shirts to wear everyday and they manage always look neat which can be difficult since the kids are probably flailing paint, water and food at them throughout the day :) I know we are new and have only been there for 3 weeks but I have also stopped to get feedback from other parents whose children have been with your school for a while and their reviews on your facility and staff are just how I described them above.   I know my son is in the right place. We will be trying for a second child next year and we are looking forward to our experience with your infant care. Please thank your staff for me and again, thank YOU! I am not naming names only because I don't want to accidentally leave anyone out :)

    A+ NANNIES INC
Hillary did such a good job matching the temporary nanny to our family that we ended up pulling our son out of daycare and hiring the nanny full-time.  Our nanny has been incredible - and our son went from being sick 15+ days out of the month to only having been sick once in the past year.  It was a huge quality of life decision for us. It should be said that A+ nannies fees aren't cheap - but as the saying goes "you get what you pay for."  This is no different than companies that choose to hire a headhunter to find a good resource for a specific position.  My wife and I had no idea how to find a qualified, trustworthy person to watch our son.  The fact that Hillary has done all the background investigation and reference work on her people makes her service very valuable.  Hillary was able to provide a complete background report on our nanny which gave my wife and I a great deal of peace of mind.   In addition - Hillary has provided some support "After the sale."  When my wife and I had our second child - it was time to rework the financial agreement with our nanny.  Hillary was able to give us some practical advice on how to structure the agreement so it would be fair to our nanny.  That was very helpful.

    A+ NANNIES INC
As soon as I called A+ Nannies I really felt like they cared. They listened to me and my concerns about exactly what I was looking for in a babysitter. The process to get us set up with the agency was extremely easy. When Candice, the babysitter, arrived she was on time and very friendly!! I went over everything that my son needs and likes. I was nervous to leave him (as any mom would be!) but Candice had him laughing and playing before we even went out the front door! That really helped me to relax. She text me several times that evening to let me know that he was ok and she even sent me a picture of him eating and smiling!! She really went out of her way to make sure he was ok and happy. I can't say enough good things about Candice and A+Nannies. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!!!
