After an hour and a half, of taking pictures and sending back to his boss, and also talking on the phone with his boss or another tech nearly the entire time, I was told I needed a new furnace and here's your bill for two hours. Reminder, he was there only and hour and 35 minutes. I guess they use the round up factor. This guy didn't know what he was doing and it was pretty obvious.

No phone call back so at 11:00 I called the office, secretary said the repairman was on the radio and would call me back.  He did call and said he was not able to verify they could get the part and was waiting to hear from the Phoenix office and would call me. heAt 1:15 I called back and asked if there was someone else I could speak with to get this done and the owner, John, got on the phone. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Gas furnace not working at all, came out within 20 minutes even being that it was New Year's Eve, late afternoon, and did diagnose according to codes, that it was the control board in the motor.  A portion of the board was melted, due to overheating, and would need to be replaced.  Bad news was the part was not available in Flagstaff, and with it being a holiday weekend, it would be Monday before a call could be made to check availability of the part, it would have to be trucked up to Flagstaff, and that would be Tuesday at the earliest to get the part.  I did advise him that we had an extended warranty that would cover that part, and he indicated that he knew how to work on Trane units and could do the repair.  He was to check the warehouse first thing Monday and call me right after to let us know how long to get the part and get it installed.  We used space heaters to make the house comfortable enough to get through the long weekend.

Marty had come the end of last year to inspect and maintain both furnace and hot water heater.  I needed a report to get insurance stating that both were installed and functioning properly.  I also wanted to know this both for my safety and to keep the cost of running them down. Both times Marty was professional, knowledgeable and easy going.  He clearly explained what was going on and what needed...

My furnace was cycling on and off far too rapidly.  Marty found a very clogged filter.  My furnace is under my mobile home and access to the filter is not easy.  Marty suggested that I filter the air going in the intake vent inside the front door.  Great idea.  Now I can easily and regularly keep the air going to my furnace clean.  Anything to help prolong it's life.  Thanks Marty for a great job.

The service tech Aaron was great. I had Two other companies come out and never got it working. Aaron explain the problem ,fixed the problem and gave me so helpful advice to prevent it from happening again. Great job.
