    We ordered and paid for a couch and loveseat. The sales person said it
    would be in two weeks from my order date. I rented a truck to pick it
    up. I called on the day they said it would be available and they said
    it was not on the truck coming from Phoenix. . By then it was too
    late to get a refund on the truck so I asked the local office about a
    free delivery or something and the manager, Greg, referred me to a
    customer service number.
    I called customer service and they said the manager had to handle it and
    I told them the manager told me to call. They asked me his name and at
    that time I didn't remember it so I told them I couldn't remember it.
    The customer service lady told me she couldn't help me without a name. I
    told her to call the store and ask for the day manager because I had
    only just finished with him on the phone before calling her. She did so
    and came back and said I would get an e-mail from the director. Not a
    friendly customer service lady.
    I called the store again and they told me to call the next day to get
    the director. Instead, I went there in person and he refunded me the
    cost of the rental truck. Then he said my couch set would be priority
    on the next truck which would come in on Monday. On Tuesday, I got a
    call saying to come get my couch and love seat. I rented a truck for
    Friday (the soonest the truck rental could offer me one) and called
    Ashley Home Furniture and told them that. Later that evening, I get a
    call from them saying one of the pieces is damaged and needs to be
    re-ordered! The caller said she was calling me in case I was leaving to
    pick it up now.
    Seriously?
    So now the couch-loveseat combo won't be here until October 11th, a
    MONTH since they got paid for MY couch and loveseat! If the couch and
    love seat are not there Oct 11th or if it is damaged, I will cancel my
    order and take my money elsewhere. Either way, I will never shop at
    this store again! Horrible service and horrible company. Who puts a
    damaged couch on the truck to deliver it to the store? What a mess.
    No one offered free delivery for my trouble, or a refund of a portion of the cost of the couch-loveseat combo.

    Culp's Piano Service
    Mr. Gerber changed his schedule so he could get the piano moved from Scottsdale to Flagstaff at a reduced rate. The reduction was realized when he adjusted a move in Anthem where he combined the gas expense to reduce the rate he charged us. It takes great skill to properly handle a piano without damage. Our 63 year old Baldwin Piano was moved without a scratch and it sounded great.

    They were prompt and gave me an estimate which they stuck to. When they came out for the estimate they immediately understood the importance of the table to me and acted accordingly. They had a true appreciation of the quality of work and handled the table as it should have been. Again, I am very pleased with my experience.

    Purchase process and product quality were good. Said they didn't have correct dishwasher (only option that fit) when we were arrainging for delivery a few days later - said they'd run out. After discussions with manager, they provided the correct dishwasher. Installation went fine and all products work well.

    We'd looked at other outlets in Flagstaff as well as Sedona, but no one seemed to have what we were looking for. We visited the Lite Company and were happy with the selection. Michael and Kathy were very nice and easy to work with. We were pleased with the Lite Company's pricing as well as the follow up service. We had a small problem with some of the furniture being slightly damaged in shipment. Nothing of any real consequence, but they offered to come and look and did as promised. They took photos of the damage and are having it repaired.

    The whole job was incredibly poor. They did such a bad job that we had to pull it out and reinstall it. It was balanced wrong and the face plate was so ugly as well. We had to fix the face plate ourselves. They didn't care and they did really poor work.
