She's fine because I fired my other gastroenterologist. She actually listens to you and doesn't just rush you out of the room. Her office is good and really kid friendly.

This is one example of the level of care. Last year our son, who has IBS, had a serious incident where he threw up for 7 days in a row and couldn't keep anything down but gatorade and water. We went in to Dr Silber, who did several tests to rule out serious issues. He asked a lot of questions about recent events, and discovered that our son had gotten a stomach flu about a month prior. We thought this was disconnected, but it turns out that with IBS the gut can sometimes respond to these assaults by shutting down. He prescribed an old fashioned antibiotic that irritates the gut; two days later our kid was fine. During the whole time, Dr Silber and his great staff followed up daily. They even reserved a room at their associated hospital in case our son would need to be admitted, but as he was staying hydrated we did not need it.

I was very satisfied in all aspects of my experience. I have been back to this location several times since my original purchase. They have multiple rooms so me and my co worker were able to go on our lunch time. I am taking supplements they offer also. They really do work and I have looked into them and they are high quality that you will not find in stores.

Took my son to his office almost two years ago.  Everytime we go to see him, he feels my child's stomach, weighs him, and sends us on our way.  My son is not doing fine, but no one can diagnose him.  He asks us general questions about my child, nothing specific, and then says everything looks fine before he runs out the door to another appointment.  I would appreciate it if the doctor would at least pretend that he's trying to figure out if something is wrong.

Arizona Colon Hydrotherapy & Wellness Center
I made my first appointment with Arizona Colon Hydrotherapy and Wellness Center for two hours after a doctor appointment I had that day. I am disabled due to fibromyalgia and try to combine my car trips. I thought I would be early to this appointment but my doctor was held up by a surgery that took longer than expected. For this reason, I arrived at this appointment 10-15 minutes late. I apologized to the receptionist and explained why I was late. I asked if she could fit me in later that day. She turned up her nose and said my first session was forfeited but if I still wanted to use the coupon, there would be an additional $25 charge. I started to fill out the paperwork and read that it was a do it yourself type of thing, there were no medical personnel onsite and the list of things that could possibly go wrong was extensive. I decided to leave and read through the paperwork and later found that both of my sessions were forfeited because I was 15 minutes late (through no fault of mine) to the first. I emailed Living Social and was told the "small print" said if you are late, the coupon was forfeited. Most businesses, I have found, will work with you if you were a little late. I didn't "not turn up" at all. There was no one else in the waiting room. No one checked in while I was there. One woman did run in, waved, exchanged a few words with the receptionist and went in to the rooms. Now that I think about it, she may have been using MY session. I would have taken a shorter session myself had it been offered. This may be the worst experience I have ever had with a coupon deal. It cost me $55, which is a lot of money to me. I would like to have it refunded or at least one of the 2 sessions restored.
