  • Needed it installed for 2rooms i chose them to give me a quote. Was ready to hire needed it done asap for tenants moving into home. They never bothered to respond. Never again will i repurchase membership through Angie's list its a waste of time. I had them installed after all through home advisor... Had electrician calling me right away. service was done the following day. Plus i didn't have to pay a membership fee. Will use HOME ADVISOR from here on

  • Scheduling was easy and they only take a deposit to schedule the truck, not for the labor. Competitive rate on labor and they do not charge a 15min or 30min block if the time goes over by one or two minutes as some movers do. There was one 'forman' one experienced man and one 'noobee'. The supervisor kept an eye on the new man to be sure he was doing his tasks safely and correctly. I took notice of the supervisor telling the new man what to do and also why it is done a certain way. All crews get a new hire once in a while as a company grows, and I have had problems in past contracted work where a new hire is not supervised closely and makes mistakes, some of which can be costly. My wife had the crew do extra tasks which they handled promptly and with a very positive attitude at all times. Furniture was moved to storage and quite a few items that need to remain accessible were moved out of the space and were moved back after the furniture was moved in. From what I could see, all three men were working all the time, including the new guy and also the supervisor. They charged the correct rate for the correct amount of time so there was no arm wrestling at the end of the job as sometimes happens. I felt like I was getting what I was paying for and I gave them a 15% tip. I will use this mover again when I relocate.

  • My nearly 20 year-old fridge was making more noise than usual. Later when I pulled a drink out of the fridge I noticed it was warm. I chose West Valley Repair service because they were the only company I found in my quick search who was still open on Saturday afternoon and who was also bonded. I called and the gentleman told me that Sam could be at my house in an hour. Sam and his assistant were friendly and knowledgeable. They got right to work after we discussed the problem. They were very conscientious and thorough. They explained the problem in real time, it was like having an episode of a home repair reality show in my own kitchen. It was interesting to watch them work and learn what they were discovering and how they would solve the problem. Sam explained everything from the procedure, to the cause, as well as the price based on more than one resolution. They even put safeguards in place to help prevent the wires from rubbing and burning themselves out in the future and reduced some of the noise I was experiencing. Then they cleaned up when they were finished. In less than an hour my fridge is chilling again and they even made suggestions on how to keep it that way. I would definitely hire them again. It was a pleasant and informative experience.

  • The appointment went very well. He was very efficient and pleasant. I used him before and he also did a great job on a much bigger project. I am on a fixed income so any little bit of help (like a senior discount) would have been nice. Who knows maybe he did and I just don't know enough about these things and their prices. I would definitely use this provider again.

  • The technician (JD) was very precessional and was able to answer all my questions. The company is really customer oriented and that nice for a change. Fantastic technician’s and fantastic customer service. Would definitely hire again or recommend. It is very well priced as well.

  • Poorly, first of all was at least a two man job but only Casey showed up to preform the job. This is a 8 step process. The paint chips wasn’t applied evenly and do to so many coats he stated it was trying to fast. We paid for a second top coat for more durability. After job was done we called to discuss the poor job as several areas were not coated correctly and very ruff. The job we had done in Mesa was like glass when done and you could use a squeeze after rinsing off. This job is way to ruff to do that. The flooring that is exposed to the sun is turning yellow, which wasn’t suppose to that. I texted Casey about the problem areas. His response was we wanted a Cadillac job on a beer budget. Hardly, we paid 1/2 again more than the other quotes. This is where we entertain outside, we are not happy and would not recommend these Cross Brothers for any job. The guarantee was to come check after one year. Still haven’t heard anything and very unlikely we will.
