• She might be a good seamstress, and good if it is something done on the same day. But I went with a friend of Provider name locked. to pick up a dress that she left 3 days earlier and it was a terrible experience. The lady has a bad memory and a bad attitude. She had given us the wrong dress. When we insisted that the dress we dropped off was not the dress that she had given us, she was extremely upset and mean. Would not listen. Luckily we had a note on the inside of the garment bag on my friends writing that stated the name of my friend and a picture of the dress in our cell phones. But she still insisted that we were wrong. It took 20 minutes for her to finally calm down and then she said ok I might have made a mistake. We are not sure if she said that to get rid of us or if she came to her senses. But we did not want to leave with her thinking that we were stealing the dress. BOTTOM LINE, GET A RECEIPT. Provider name locked. YOUR ITEM. TAKE PICTURES OF GARMENT AND REPAIR NEEDED. This is a very short version of all that happen. But the zipper was replaced and it worked. I never got to examine the quality of work because we were almost late to the wedding we were attending that day due to the lady ranting.

• I looked for weeks for someone to embroider my silk thread on to some rather thick velvet fabric.  Most of the embroidery businesses I called or visited were reluctant to do it because they were afraid they would ruin the expensive fabric. Those that did agree to do it didn't seem to have very high quality fabrics/products in the store so I didn't feel comfortable. 
  Provider name locked. is a high end store that does quality customization on  most any product. They have hundreds (thousands?) of fonts from which to choose and the ladies are very helpful with suggestions so your item turns out beautiful. 
  They also carry a few unique gifts that you won't be able to resist buying and personalizing. Bonus: They carry SCOUT bags - my favorite!
