    Hobaica Services Inc
Very satisfied. I purchased 2 new ACs and received great service. We had some minor issues on install and they were very quick and easy to fix the problems. I would absolutely recommend them to a friend or family.

HARE Heating and Refrigeration Experts, LLC.
I used H.A.R.E. when our air conditioner quit on the hottest day of the summer. I called Tawn, and she got Shann to come out right away and fix the issue. They were so helpful, honest, and trustworthy because I wasn't able to be at home. Thank you guys for your quick response!!!

HARE Heating and Refrigeration Experts, LLC.
A big thank you to H.A.R.E. for always being there for us! From setting up the appointment with Tawn to having Shann out to our house to check out our air conditioning unit - it was a stress-free and affordable experience. We received text messages for appointment reminders and a notification that he was on the way. We love that we never have to worry about "up sells" and, if it is repairable, they will repair! It was also neat getting to learn about this family-owned HVAC company and how they started. Be sure you ask about it and Shann's Trademan of the Year Award!! Thank you to H.A.R.E. - the heating and refrigeration experts!

    NOBLE REFRIGERATION
The installation was smooth, no glitches. Great family-owned company with personalized service, prompt responses, and reasonably priced products and services. John did a great job of replying promptly to my texts, emails and phone calls. They arrived early for the install, prepared and ready to get the job done. I highly recommend this company.

Top Hatter Air Duct Cleaning Company
Work was not done because of the poor impression created. Initially, I sent email to the firm but received no reply. Next, I called and left a voice mail, but no one called back. A couple of days later, I called again and expressed my disappointment. This brought a response from an employee who was more concerned with complaining to me about the quality of MY phone than anything else. Yes, the connection was bad but I am not responsible for that being the case; however, I told him that I would disconnect and call straight back, which is what I did. My return call went to voice mail. I tried again and, once more, voice mail. Hours later, I received a voice mail from the firm complaining about the difficulty in contacting me! P.S. I reside in Phoenix so this criticism is only about this city's branch of the firm.

    ProSkill Plumbing, Heating & Air
Extremely pleased with ProSkill! From start to finish the entire team was pleasant, knowledgeable and punctual. We decided to get two new AC/furnaces, never felt pressured, every aspect from the order to install was explained and there was great communication. The quote was emailed and reviewed all fees explained and detailed, even came in less at completion than original price. My husband was home the day of install and was texting me how impressed he was with the team's professionalism, work ethic and knowledge. Originally planned on a 2 day install but they did great work in a timely manner as a team of three and finished in one day. Kyle was the lead tech on our project in New River, thanks guys! Love my new Tranes!!!

    Ground Zero Plumbing & A/C
A friend of mine told me to call Ground Zero to have them come out and look at it. It was on a Saturday and they made time to come out. I talked to a young man named Devon and he scheduled someone to come out within the hour! The technician they sent out was Mike and he was very nice. He gave me an estimate to replace the drip pan and I will be calling them to get that replaced ASAP!

    Efficient Air
They were very knowledgeable and professional. They were delayed arriving however kept us in the loop for ETA. I will definitely use them for my A/C needs in the future. The repairs they recommended made sense and I believed what they told me. The previous company we used for over 10 years got to the point with their recommendations that I did not trust them anymore. Interesting that Effient Air did not mention the last repair the other company recommended and we passed on!

Day & Night Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing
EXTREMELY DISHONEST-BEWARE!! Day & Night was the only company that would come out on a Sunday. I paid extra for the service. The tech that came out went outside to look at the AC unit. He never went into the attic. When he came in he told me: "found the system to have a faulty condenser fan motor. Contractor has excessive wear and tear recommend replacing. Also found the system without surge protection, recommend installing Surge protector." He handed me an estimate to repair for over $1300. I almost paid it because my elderly parents were here and they were getting sick from the excessive heat. The tech told me he didn't recommend repairing and said that I needed a new unit, approximately $6000. I declined the repair and paid him for the service call. On Monday, I called my home warranty company. They came out and checked the outside AC unit and went into the attic. There was a $10 part that needed repair. The house cooled off immediately. He also told me that the repair guys at Day and Night are commissioned so they make money on what they sell. What a horrible experience...and I paid for it!!!

    Magic Touch Mechanical
Overall, dealing with Magic Touch was a pleasure. The scheduler and contact person(s) were always polite and professional, including putting me on hold briefly to ensure correct answers were given to more complex questions. This was appreciated. The crew (two men) that arrived to replace the duct were polite, professional, and efficient. They removed the cooler from the side of my house, dug out the old corroded duct, formed the new duct, coated said duct, installed it (including going under my house, which is a manufactured home, to join the new hard duct with the 18" soft ducting under the house), reassembled and replaced the cooler to the house. I live adjacent to AZ State Trust Land, so rodent intrusion is always an issue, and the guys from Magic Touch made sure to seal the cooler up tight, which was also appreciated. The only potential comment I have that I would like to have seen be slightly better, was that after everything was reinstalled, we ran the cooler briefly to make sure everything functioned as it should as we noted a harmonic hum that seemed abnormally loud. One of the techs was the one that noted it and asked me if it was "normal." I said it seemed a bit louder than normal, but I was so happy to have a functioning eval cooler again, I said it wasn't a big deal, as it was NOT. The cooler worked. However the next day when I ran the cooler all day and realized you could hear this hum throughout the entire house, I decided to check it out further. After removing the top of the cooler I found that moving the cooler around had jarred the bracket that held the drum fan motor slightly so that now the motor housing was in direct contact with the cooler housing, which meant that the normal hum of the electric motor was being transferred through the solid connect of the swamp cooler to and thru the house. A few minutes with an open end wrench and the problem was solved. It would have been nice if the techs had taken the initiative to solve this issue since they did notice it, but since I maintain the cooler myself fixing this minor issue was not a big deal. This is the reason that I rated their "Professionalism" as a "B." However, overall I was very pleased with their work and dealing with the company so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or hire them again in the future myself. I am confident that if I was not able to solve the minor issue myself and I called up Magic Touch, that they would have sent out a tech to fix the problem for me without issue.
