    After a ?unsavory?  experience and talking to the owner, I had decided to give them another chance.  I had more than one hole in my ac duct under the home.  The tech that came out this time was nice and professional and helpful.  However, (yep that word) he did not run the whole length of the home to check the duct as he said he would.  He did find one hole about 1 x 2 ft.  He fixed that. (I hope as I am unable to go under the home to check) And gave me the cost of $152 as per the owner.  He didn't have an invoice so I was to mail it in.  After he left I checked again and felt very cool air coming from under the home ONLY when the ac was running.  I called them back and left a message stating that, and I had checked it more than once to be sure.  The tech came back and went part way under and then told me that because there was a breeze that pushed the cooler air that was under the home out.  He said that the air under was always cooler than the air outside.  Makes sense doesn't it?  However, MUCH cooler air came out faster ONLY when the ac was on, and stopped when the ac went off.  I told him that but he didn't seem to understand that concept and kept saying what he said before..  He had an invoice and I was going to pay him the agreed upon cost (as per the owner) but he called the other owner who raised the price to $177.03.  Both owners really should get on the same page.   In the end, only part of the duct work was checked, and I had another company out for a separate issue and he said I had a leak/hole in my duct further down (where the tech didn't go and where I had said I felt it)  More evidence is that dust/insulation particles are still coming into the home thru the duck work.  That would not happen if the duct work was sealed as I had hired them to do.  (Yes my filters are changed every month)  My concerns were not listened to and a flimsy reason was given for the much cooler air coming out from under the home.  I had left a message and no call back. I guess the concept of the customer satisfaction doesn't matter much anymore.  I felt I was ignored and ripped off and given excuses plus ultimately the job I had hired them to do was only partially done.


    UDATE 2  I had forgotten to address the companies response in my last update.

    The reason I received a discounted cost was because of the unsavory experience with the first tech which was

    1. he drove into my property, went past my front door and started taking pictures of my pets without my permission before he even greeted me.

    2. He started calling me sweetie and was very condescending

    3. he UNZIPPED his pants, pulled them down a couple inches and tucked in his shirt right in front of me.  note: he showed up with his shirt mostly hanging out and was very sloppy looking, why correct this when he is leaving??)

    As for Andrew wanting to come out to see the issue, I had already told him I had it repaired by another company.  Plus I was extremely uncomfortable having him here since my security camera caught him showing up unannounced early one morning when I was not at home, looking around for a way to get thru my gate, fiddling with my gate lock and realizing he was able to open the lock (with a no trespassing sign) and trespassed onto my property He stood by my door for about five minutes and looked around before he left.  If it wasn't for my camera I would have no idea of this trespass. 

    I was told this tech would be fired but several days after I was told he was still working there.

    Andrew, please don't bother to respond with any more excuses.  What I put here is the Truth and you know it.  Shame on you

    UPDATE 1

    I had thought the owner and I parted on "good terms" BUT this guy KEPT HARASSING and bullying me to remove my review "like it never happened"  He also told me that he wanted his company to be the best reviewed on Angies list.   I had thought reviews good and bad were to be HONEST.  He also called me several times a month for several months asking me to remove my review.  Even when I had a death in the family, he called and asked me to take 3 minutes to sit at the computer to remove my review!  COLD.    I had to call Angies list to ask them to make him stop since he wouldn't listen to me.  Seems that other bad reviews disappeared too, so he obviously convinced them to remove theirs.  Guess this is ID way of getting the "best" reviews on angies.

    DO NOT USE THEM.  DO NOT TRUST THEM.  This co is not truthful .  Due to his actions and convincing others to remove their bad reviews, I cancelled angies list since I no longer tust their providers.  Sorry angies list.

    All Valley Heating and Air Inc
    The ac had to be replaced.  the tech (they only have one) changed the charges I was supposed to pay. He charged me for an item that my home warranty co had already paid. He did not get a county permit, and told me he did, installed the AC at an angle, did not put in a propane converter kit (it was a natural gas heat pack unit),but told me that the natural gas and propane were compatible, which is totally false, did not put in the transition as I had contracted for, left the drain pipe to where it would fall off, and the water would drain under the unit. Shortly afterward it would not cool,but blow warm air.  many unanswered calls to all valley by me and my home warranty co,    I had to file a complaint with the AZ Registrar of Contractors. . This was ignored for a while, then their only tech came back out to correct what he had done wrong. He pushed the ac unit back on the concrete pad, but it vibrated horribly for quite a while. He obtained an installation permit months after the install. The permit failed twice. due to electrical problems. He put on a piece of roof flashing as the transition that did not even cover all around, and then told me I could finish it myself, leaving huge gaping holes on the sides of the unit to where rodents, snakes, etc could come in. At this point he was even more unprofessional by saying he was dizzy alot, had medical problems, was going to sue, the owner, because he was owed alot of money. I had a neighbor with me as a witness during this.  months later I still had problems. I have tried to settle this with the owner in CA, during that time,  He tried to intimidate me, threatened saying "that things would be ugly for me if I went to court with the AZROC", and wanted me to drop all charges.  He had refused to refund me my over payment, and told me that he would only if I released all valley from any and all complaints, suits, etc, current and in the future. I did not.   The absolutely most dangerous thing was when I went to try to put on my heat for the first time, nothing. It seems that the tech he did not turn on the gas switch inside the unit and did not bleed the gas line. If he had turned on the gas switch my WHOLE HOME WOULD HAVE GONE UP IN FLAMES. Obviously loss of life might have been involved. My home warranty co sent out, a different co, that turned on the switch but not knowing the tech did not do the simple thing as bleed the gas line, this new tech had a HUGE BALL OF FIRE come out at him. He jumped back in time and just had his hair on his hands scorched off and his hat. He fixed the all valley tech's horrific mistake .
    The owner of all valley finally paid me back the overpayment right before the AZROC court date.  He told me he didn't trust me, whatever that means.

The only problem is that sometimes they don’t have workers down in Tucson, so for service after the installation, I have to probably wait a week or two. I would use them again in the future if necessary.
