    Sonoran Vista Homes Inc
After hiring Sonoran Vista Homes for a Bathroom remodel in 2017, my daughter needed a Tub/Shower/Tile replacement done, so I naturally called Jim first to get a quote. Jim showed up within a day, on Saturday as I recall, ready to take measurements and evaluate what needed to be done. By the next day I had a quote and an approximate date that they could get started. Within a couple weeks Jim and Greg showed up and began the work of tearing out the old tub and the surrounding walls all the way to the studs. This was one of those soaking tubs, so it was larger than a standard, so we wanted to be a bit more creative so Jim and Greg designed shelving units in walls surrounding the tub (See Attached Photos). The job turned out GREAT, which I expected based on the work Jim and Greg did at my house (See my other review). As we got into the job, we also had Jim and Greg tile both bathrooms, replace the toilets and even rip up the linoleum in the kitchen and entryway and tile them. I highly recommend Sonoran Vista Homes, Jim and Greg do excellent work, while remaining flexible to changing ideas and adding work, which seems to be a family trait with my wife and daughter when it comes to remodeling projects.

    Dano'S Tile Installers Llc
Outstanding. Workers showed up and cleaned up and were on time on both ends leaving our home in excellent condition throughout the 6 day demo/installation. There was great care in identifying the tiles that needed time to set and the area that we could traverse during the installation process. With two young children, we were afraid that it might be impossible trying to keep a simple and logical path through the home but they way that they did the installation and made us aware of where to and not to walk made the install seamless.

Our plan was to gut our Master Bath and make it an "Age In Place" bath... aka ADA ready (hope we'll never need) bath. Jim came out and was very flexible to what I needed to be done vs. what I could do myself. Jim and his son Greg (who does 95% of the work) does very good work. Greg ripped out the old shower and lowered the floor in the new show to be wheelchair ready... even if a wheelchair is never needed, we love the design. No Show Door!. We had a walk-in tub installed by Independent Homes, and Jim and Greg finished off very nicely. New tile on the walls and the floor, even widening the bath door... remember a wheelchair would need a wider door. While Jim and Greg do excellent work, they are in no hurry... but that worked for us, as we were able to discuss pretty much each step and that is just as I liked it. I also did the vanity with Granite, which was something I had started before hiring Jim. If you like the ability to be flexible, you'd be happy with Jim and Greg.

What a great experience it was to work with BJ and Jennifer. Their advice was invaluable, the work was done excellently and communication was easy. Their tile installer is top notch. I'm thrilled with the result. I would and have recommended them to family! Great people!

    Full Draw Services, LLC
Nathan said he would arrive at 8 am, he was on time, cheerful ready for the day of work. Each day he spread tarps from the door all the way to the bathroom so there was no tracking of dust, each day he swept the floor for anything that might have gotten on the floor! The work is amazing, he is super nice, competent and always on time. Great work and I will hire him again.

That's my big beef with them. It cost more than what was initially agreed on by the owner. As far as the quality went, the plumber drew the hole for the reverse osmosis drainage too high. What happens is we can hear the water draining into the pipe. Although I was told by somebody else that I can burst the stopper. It does help but it's till kind of a hassle to have to do that. He should have corrected it. The owner had given me a price before the plumber came out. He did come out twice.

Ronnies Handyman & Home Service LLC
I did not hire this company based on the unprofessional job of the estimate. I did not receive any business card so I don't know who came to my house but they spent 5 minutes looking at the damage. He kept interrupting me when I tried to explain the problem and didn't even bother to look inside the cabinet which is where I first noticed the water damage. This was the third company I had to come give an estimate and the level of professionalism and being thorough was night and day. I would never hire this company based on their lack of attention to detail and lack of listening to the homeowner's concerns. He had the nerve to say that the mold could just be cleaned up with cleaner. What about the health of my family?

The installation went really smoothly. ?Appreciated that the installer explained how different locations effected the light we would get out the Solatube. ?It is wonderful, I never have to turn on my lights! ?The installer was very honest about "this is what you're going to get", he explained what was happening.

Dan and his crew did a great job, handling some minor changes and setbacks quickly and with great communication. All phases of construction from initial grading through stuco, roofing, drywall etc.  went well and all crew members were kind and professional. We were most pleased with the finished garage and would recommend AZ Building Contractors highly.

    Bathcrest of Tucson
In the first place, we were led to believe that Bathcrest could install all types of materials in our shower, including tile. Matt pushes a very expensive product. He does a good job and is very convincing. However, he really should stick with people who live in high-end houses, because the product he is pushing is very expensive. Matt was so convincing that we decided to sign a contract. However, after he left and we had time to reconsider our decision, and and quot;slept on it,and quot; we decided that we did not want to spend that much money on a house that we have no intensions of living in for more than 7-10 years. We called the next day and told the receptionist of our decision to cancel our contract, and asked if we needed to put it in writing. She told us that she would tell Matt. Matt never called us, and we assumed that he had cancelled our order. We called our credit card company, and they advised us to call Bathcrest again. Matt finally talked to us on the phone and he was very nasty to us. He wanted financial compensation for the time that he spent in our home giving us his sales pitch. I called back later and asked to speak to Matt's supervisor. I left our names and phone number in a voicemail. Although we never received a return call from anyone, our credit card account was credited for the full amount that we had been charged. What a schmuck Matt turned out to be!
