    Fred Allen was great. Showed up on time, with a courtesy call. Our washer turned out to be very expensive to fix. He was honest and told us it would not be worth it. We paid his service call fee and he left. Glad to find a honest person,

    Up front costs high, so, somehow was signed into a program to decrease costs but ended up with monthly payments for a year before I can cancel, covers other household appliances for that time period. Initial info provided for this program by mechanic was inaccurate but still got stuck with nonetheless... Is not worth it at present. Parts costs much higher than Sears Parts Store sell them for to a home owner... No good reason provided for this. Phone calls outsourced and very difficult communicating, and constant switching of calls usually ended up with drops. Web site confusing.

    Went well. This is a rental property and my tenant was very happy. He actually called me and said, you need to make sure you use these folks in the future. My experience on the phone was quick and very professional. They coordinated with the tenant to get exact info and came prepared with parts to get finished prior to Thanksgiving. I will definitely use this company again if I have further issues.

    Christie's is by far the best appliance sales and service place in Tucson. I shopped them all this time around when our dishwasher died. The salesman, Bradley, was nice, friendly, and easy to work with. He answered all my questions without ever making me feel like he was selling me anything. It was like having a coffee chat with a neighbor. The conversation only got better when he quoted me the price for installation and told me that it could be done in less than a week. No one else in town could beat that. 
    Our installer, Henry, called when promised this morning to give us a window and then called later to say he was running ahead of schedule. YAY! He was also nice, friendly, and easy to work with. He got the job done quickly and efficiently without feeling like he was trying to rush out the door.
    At the end of the day, my out the door price after delivery, installation, and haul away of the old washer was about the same as everywhere else, but the people give it that extra edge. This was my third time in the store and my third purchase in the last 10 years. Each time has been as awesome as this one.
    I love Christie's and would highly recommend them for all your appliance needs!

    e adjusted and repaired some smaller problems we had. He gave us a prompt estimate on the installation of a higher standing toilet. Very good company. Eric is a very good plumber. We highly recommend Pioneer Plumbing !!

    Fred Allen Repair
    Replaced pressure switch and dogs on the agitator. He suggested an additional repair for the intake on the faucet that I could do myself at little cost. He welcomed me being closeby when he was fixing it and explained what he found and what he was doing. 
    I called three or four other providers and either left messages that didn't get returned or others (Sears in particular) quoting several hundred dollars. As I prefer to use local businesses, I went with AAA-All Repair as was very satisfied.

    From the first phone call to Evone, the dispacher, to the first visit from the tech, Nick i was amazed at the quality of the service.  It has been very hot out in AZ and i could not have been happier with the response and the service; even the resonablness of the cost.  My air conditioning unit is 13 years old and the motor burned out.  Nick located a motor early the next morning and was out to my home by 2:00 pm.  That was because Evone worked out the schedule so Nick could come out that afternoon.  Nick was so thorough and did such high quality work, i am delighted to write a rave review.  i would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.  i joined Angie's List just to find someone i could count on.  i also got a discount from B&J Refigeration that practically paid for my 2 year membership at Angie's.

    AAA APPLIANCE SERVICE
    I was referred to Jeff from a highly recommended repairman that did not cover the area that the service was needed in(Vail). I had to leave a message on Jeff's phone but he called back very quickly. He worked with my renter to fit his schedule and then called me back to discuss what he thought might be the problem after talking with the renter. He thought the refrigerator might have 2 problems. Once he looked at the fridge in person he was able to troubleshoot the problem and replace only one component. He could have just as easily said both were broken and charged me extra. I appreciate his honesty. Another thing that I like about Jeff's service was that he guarantees his work. If his repair didn't work he would take care of it. The part came with a 1 year warranty. I would recommend Jeff and will use his services again in the future when needed.

    The customer service from this company is absolutely the worst. Had a guy out to see about fixing a part on my oven. He said they'd order the part and they'd call to schedule the appt to fix it.

    After about a month I started following up. The girl said the part was on order. Still on order. After 6 weeks I called and she said it was on its way. Two weeks later it was still on its way--I asked her if was on the boat from China and she said it was coming from Texas.

    Finally some other lady called and said the girl had never ordered the part. At least she did apologize.

    But then the problems really began. I work far from my home. Several times, they called and left a message on my home phone that they would be there tomorrow and to please confirm. I work so I didn't get the message until after they were closed. I figure I can't just call in and stay home from work since I don't know the time they're coming so I don't call to confirm because I can't be there. They sent someone anyway even though I didn't confirm. That happened twice. Both times I called, explain that I work far from home and hadn't confirmed, and ask them to call my cell phone so I get the message. They never did, though I asked them repeatedly.

    The third time I got the phone call in the evening I called and left a voice mail after hours that I would be there. I emailed my boss that I have to stay home to wait for the repairman. I've had my fill but I need the part installed and just want to get it done and then never use J&B Appliance again.

    Guess what. The guy never came. When I called to ask why, they said it was because (unbelievably)--I never confirmed. Even though I did.

    So let's see: I don't confirm, they send someone. I do confirm they don't send someone.

    I asked if they could come out Friday and say I will work from home that day. She said yes, she'd put me on the schedule. I don't get a confirmation call on Thursday but I'm hoping it's because I just talked to the woman two days prior.

    I call in the morning to see when they'll be out because I have a hunch they aren't coming. Guess what. The woman said she didn't put me on the schedule because (wow) I never confirmed. FOR A CALL I DIDN'T RECEIVE BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY WERE PUTTING ME ON THE SCHEDULE.

    The woman obviously forgot to put me on the schedule but she never apologized or admitted her mistake.
    Instead she accused me of not being there multiple times for confirmed appointments. Unbelievable.
    I asked to speak to the owner and she said she wouldn't do that.
    I asked for his name to write him a letter and she said she wouldn't give it to me.
    Check the internet. I've posted negative reviews on a few other sites, but I am far from the only one who has received the same abyssmal customer service. This company should be avoided at all costs.

    The guy that came out did a great job. He knew exactly what he was doing and did it really fast. He fixed two of the things and figured out the third thing. The cost to fix the freezer was too high, so I did not have them do that. Unfortunately, it was a bad design in the appliance, and I would have to get a brand new door. The price was good and very reasonable for all the things they fixed and everything; it was actually less than I had expected. I would definitely use them again in the future.
