I like the way they gave her an examination, for the apparatus that my mother is going to be using for her back. They studied her properly and they talked to here. They gave her choices and they also checked out her insurance to make sure that everything was covered properly. It wasn’t and they told her that the insurance wouldn’t pick up such money. They called and asked us if we would still go on with it and we said yes. They are very upfront and truthful.  They gave a lot of information on exactly what we needed and how to use it.  I would use them again in the future.

Everything that we have bought from them has been great and it came on time. I have already recommended them to the family members. The price depends on what I buy. Everything came very well packed and it was very well done.

I worked with them before. We used to live in Minnesota. We just keep buying the equipment from them. They contact me one of the available to replace stuff and I decided whether or not I was ready and I just gave them a call and they shipped it out. They do other stuff like wheelchairs and canes and other equipment as well.

    PREFERRED HOME REPAIR LLC
Preferred Home Repair are excellent in delivery and hang time, from my order to when it gets here. They deliver my oxygen whenever I need it. I let them know that I need it 2 days in advance so they can get me a large supply of certain oxygenators that they have that are plane worthy. They are really great to work with. I've been with them 6 months to a year and they just really did great.

They have been very dependable.  They do an excellent service as far as home infusions go.  The nurses that come out and do the infusions are very personable.  They remain with me throughout the infusion and make sure everything goes okay and deal with any issues that might come up.  They are very well prepared for having equipment and things like that.  The other thing that I was kind of impressed with them is the office calls and verifies that everything went well and if I was feeling okay, a few days after the infusion.  They ask me a few questions that I might have, for symptoms that have occurred afterwards, that I may not even think about, so they do a fair job, I was very impressed.  The service is not very expensive.  They go over and above.

Initial appointment went well. They explained the machine, all the components, how it works, and made sure it fit properly. The monthly supply orders have worked smoothly.

My wife has been using Oxygen for about a year. The company we used insisted that our benefits did not include portable oxygen generators. I called my Medicare Insurance Company and verify and learned that the previous supplier was incorrect. We gave them an opportunity to correct this issue, they did not. We called several companies who were non-committal about what services they would supply until they (1) received a prescription and (2) had us sign an agreement. Essentially other companies did not want to discuss their level of service before you start working with them.  I spoke to Preferred HomeCare. The customer service experience was great, although telephone hold times were annoying. They were happy to discuss with us ahead of time, what services would be provided, and how they handle their customer base. Additionally, they were happy to work with us to ensure a clean and safe transition from our other company to them. We had our doctor fax a prescription to Preferred Homecare and within an hour a customer service representative was on the phone with us. They not only delivered what we wanted, but they exceeded our expectations by sending us a piece of additional equipment. The customer service personnel was outstanding(, except for the amount of time it took to get through to an operator) only matched by the young man who delivered our supplies and an additional compressed air tank, just in case we needed it (should the power go out in our home and the battery power did not last) etc.

I have only had one pair, which I got over a year ago. I am allowed one pair a year through insurance. The price is covered through insurance.

This was the worst experience I have had with a medical equipment provider.  First off they took 7 hours to arrive and we have a 5 day old who needed a biliruben belt.  When the device was finally delivered I asked for extra pads which go around the lights in case they got pee on them (common for an infant) - the guy claimed that 2 is plenty and that if we needed more we could call and order more.  He didn't mention that for us to get more we would have to call the office during business hours and that we would have to drive 30 mins there and back to pick it up which is hard to do with a 5 day old.  On the phone the customer service was terrible.  Instead of trying to solve my problem which I told them upfront would happen if they only left 2 pads she kept saying the order for the belt only comes with 2 pads and would not help.  She was quite stubborn and not helpful.  Very frustrating experience which I hope to avoid in the future.

They consistently screwed up getting my my chair repaired and were rude on the phone. They incorrectly assumed my chair wasn't under warranty.
