Project took about 3 weeks and the roll-top desk looks like new. Very satisfied with the work performed.

Four major issues that needed addressing. The wood was splitting from the bottom up on the side of the secretary; the glass on the door was cracked and needed replacing; the dropdown leaf/shelf was separating closest to the cabinet glass door, which also caused rubbing wear on the cabinet and the wood on the back of the secretary was split and needed to be replaced. All of these were very nicely and the entire piece was refinished. A few additional minor items were also repaired at no additional cost to the original quote. Communication was excellent throughout the process and work was completed about three weeks from pick up.

I heard they were good. Had good rating on Google, Facebook and Yelp but I did read a few negatives. Just like my favorite Restaraunts so I gave them a try. I was so thrilled with Robert, appraiser that came out. Honest and easy to talk to. Knew the market and was very informative. Walked me thru the process and I signed the contract. They picked up the items a few days later. Had them online for auction in a few days. Sold in a week and about 30 days later I had a check. Communication via email with office about check was slow but it came and everything was well documented. I’d just suggest that work on their communication after the sale but again....it all worked as Robert said. Overall, pleased...a B+ or A- overall.

The quality of the workmanship exceeded my expectations, I knew they would do a good job but after I saw the mahogany hope chest when it was completed I knew I had made the right choice in asking them to restore this family heirloom.

Wow. Wow. Wow. It is just beautiful now. Great care was taken to fix damage and remove stains. It was lovingly restored and gorgeous now. Couldn't be happier. Have since contracted for another larger job. People are very easy to communicate with and work with. They know what they are doing and enjoy "bringing out the best" in each piece of furniture.

    AZ Time Keepers
It was a phenomenal experience and I would not hire anyone other then AZ time keepers to do the work. Jim Hawkins the owner was professional and completed the task while helping understand the process of cleaning my Grandfather clock

I could not be happier with their work. Everyone was considerate, professional, and prompt. Everything was completed either on time or ahead of time, and was beautifully done. This was A+++ work.

Good furniture restoration, I think, is a dying art. Not with Gilberto and Manny. Gilberto has had decades of experience and passes that skill to his son. It was a pleasure to work with them. Gilberto is so quick in spotting problems and pointing out how to remedy them. We actually had a lengthy brainstorming session with Gilberto taking the lead. He pointed out various options  and in the end I think the best solutions were chosen. Both men are personable, professional and friendly. They were respectful of the wood floors and doorways and took care when moving the pieces in and out. (They took the bed to their workshop and finished exactly when they said they would.) I would use them again if needed. Theyhave a range of skills, including reupholstering.

I had this entertainment center form the 80's that was a left to me by my parents. I had this vision to make it a console. I knew I could spend thousands and buy a new piece, but I wanted something with character. Gustavo and Manny basically rebuilt the piece from scratch. I had a lot of fear as to what the finished product was going to look like when it  was completed. All I can say is they listened and did an incredibly wonderful job. They worked the same magic on antique dining room chairs and also repaired several pieces of furniture that Bekins had injured during a move. They are old world craftmanship at it's finest. Their prices are reasonable, they are prompt and truly nice guys. Why can't everyone you work with be this wonderful. They are one in a million!
