    Brook in sales was very polite and helpful in the process. It took 3 weeks to Carolina Blinds to receive the order and another week to get an appointment to get them installed. Took a little bit longer than I expected. Also, on the day of the appointment, I was told that one blind was missing from the order and it took over a week to get it, but overall their response during the process was good. Ordered the Norman Blinds as I already knew the brand in Driftwood as I also wanted color in my windows.

    The installation team was great and the shutters look beautiful. There was a mis-measurement on two (2) of the windows but the shutters were returned to the factory and fixed and re-installed within a couple of days. Matt was easy to deal with (he made the initial visit to discuss what we wanted and to give us a quote for the shutters) and Will did an excellent job on the installation. We were concerned whether or not placing shutters in front of sliding glass doors (including a door that was 78" x 102") would work and would look good. We could not be happier with the result. The shutters in front of the sliding glass doors are not only beautiful, they are also very functional. All in all--we are 100% pleased

    When I first ordered the screen, I told Sheri I wasn't in a huge hurry, so I was pretty flexible, but it was only one small screen, (12" x 48") Scheduled an appt., guys didn't show, caught on another job, no big deal, rescheduled.  2nd time, guys couldn't make it again, Sher called to re-schedule.  3rd time's a charm.  Finally got measured, waited 3 weeks, thought, "boy I know I said I wasn't in a hurry, but 3 weeks for a little screen?"  Called Sheri, told me there had been a death in the family.  I was so sorry & definitely had grace for that.  In the meantime, another service provider at my home who also does screens said he could do that same screen for about $25-30, about half.   Finally scheduled a time w/Sheri for install, she asked me if between 11-1 would work, but I told her I wouldn't be home so she made it between 8-9 & said the guys would come to my house 1st before their other job, so between 8-9 am.  At 9:20 I called & asked if they were still coming, Sheri said the job before mine ran longer than they expected, so I told her I had to leave. (I was told my job would be the first of the day) My daughter, who was home until 10:20 said the installers hadn't been there yet.  I get home, the screen is finally up.  Yay! My point in telling you all of this is, yes, I wasn't in a hurry for the screen, but I do think 5 weeks from the time it was ordered is beyond a reasonable amount of time, & I understand things happen & jobs run long, but as a customer, I like to be kept informed, i.e if they are running late, please call me & tell me. My time is valuable also.  If my product is going to be delayed due to a family emergency, let the customer know.  I'm also ok with re-scheduling once, but twice, not so much, like the original visit. So, I guess, it wasn't a great experience overall, & so I'm just being honest  because you asked for a review on your invoice, & hopefully it will serve to help you get the kinks out for future customers. I was also a little bummed to have paid double the price of what someone else had quoted for not a favorable experience.  If it's any consolation, my first experience with your company was smooth & easy, very pleased with our screens & the simplicity of the transaction.  So I'm not telling you this to vent, but hopefully be constructive in some way.  Also, the answer I gave for not using you again is not because I'm angry, but because I now know & can get a better price.

    I love family owned, local businesses! So, naturally, I came across AZ Discount Shutters. They answered the phone right away and answered all of my questions. I scheduled a quote with them for 4 days later. They were on time, super friendly and knowledgeable, and on top of that, a fair price. After my custom order came in, they installed the Hunter Douglas Roman shades in my condo. The semi-sheer linen material is classy and also easy to clean. These shades add the perfect touch. AZ Discount Shutters was very easy to work with and everything is perfect! A+

    We had just purchased a new home.  The home builder with its mark up and very cheap blinds and shutters were not a great deal at $8,000.  Contacted all the window treatment companies in the Valley, many ridiculous costs.  Bloomin Blinds came in Scott was very professional and punctual, show us what his company did, brought the samples and photos of other work performed.

    It was a true easy choice from a man who owns the company and stands by his workmanship.  I would choose him again if I had to.

    Everything went very well with this company. We had gotten estimates from 3 companies and found the other 2 companies had sent out sales people to measure and complete the estimate. Then we had Premier Shutters & Shades come out. Craig who is the owner came out to measure and complete an estimate. Craig knows his craft very well and could answer every question we had and some we didn't even think of. There was No Pressure in trying to sell. He is very courteous, honest and professional. His prices are very competitive. These are some of the reasons we chose this company. The wood shutters were manufactured locally in about 6 weeks and then Craig came out to install them all in about 2 hours. The vinyl shutter was manufactured elsewhere and came in later. But as soon as it came in Craig came out again to install it. I would highly recommend this company. We will use this company again.

    Since I am clueless about blinds and shutters and needed a replacement or repair due to my dog destroying them. I was driving into my neighborhood and notice this white van that said  blind and shutters repair- sales- installations. I decided to call them and Scott the owner answered the phone. I expalined to him what had happen. He said that he'd like to schedule an appointment with me to help me with my options. We scheduled it for Saturday as I work Monday- Friday. He showed up a couple of minutes early. I showed him my two broken blind and shurtters. He was very good at explaining to me my options. I chose to have them repaired vs. to replaceing them, that was also Scotts reccommendation as well since I still own the dog. He went back to his van to get his tools. He was done in about an hour. The overall repair came out better than expected. He was able to fix them both without hardly noticing. I was also impressed that he even call back later that week to make sure everything was all good.I think that I got a good value, proffessional insatllation and expertise and also Scott was a nice person to deal with.
