AA-1 Concrete LevelingMy patio had settled about 6 inches and also shifted and cracked along the control joints. I was sure that I would need a new patio poured. A-1 came out and assured me that they could raise and level the patio so that it would not drain water towards the house and would look good. I, needless to say, was very pleased that I could repair instead of replace and I also got an Angie's list discount. Originally I was told that they would be able to schedule me about 3 weeks out which was okay with me but ended up being able to come out within the week. They also arrived several hours earlier than I was expecting, which was great since I was still at home (before leaving for work). They once again assured me that it would be no trouble to lift and level the patio. They were a little concerned that when they lifted it the concrete steps might damage some of the trim below the sliding glass door but said they would figure out a way to do it. I left for work and came home to find a lifted, leveled and caulked patio with no damage to the trim. They also caulked between the house and the patio so no water would get in there either. AAbsolute WaterproofingTalked to Rush about a problem I had with water coming in one corner of my house after storms. Rush could have easily made some easy money coming out to fix the problem. After taking the time to listen to my description of what was going on though, he walked me through the steps I could take on my own to fix the problem pretty easily. AAbout 9 months ago we tested for radon in our new house and the level was 5 pCi/L. The FDA says anything over 4.0 should be mitigated, and the WHO says anything over 2.7 should be mitigated due to the cancer risk from radon exposure. We called AZ Foundation Solutions and their engineers reviewed our floor plans designed a mitigation system which they installed. We waited about 9 months for the system to do its job and then retested. We were very happy to see the results. In the two rooms we tested, one was 0.7 and the other was 1.0, well below acceptable levels. The AZ Foundation Solutions system really works! We had one communication problem but the company addressed it.

AI got one of those deals on Angie’s List for roof maintenance. I got a response in less than 24 hrs. Jesus showed up on time. He assessed the problem and showed me pictures. It was pretty much what I expected: a leak around the solar panels. He checked the rest of the roof as well. Jesus fixed the problem area without any additional charges. He was very thorough and professional. I’d recommend him to any of my friends.

AAbsolutely amazing! I had a water leak which my landlord neglected for several months. I called Josh at ASAP Restoration and he went above and beyond anything I could have expected. He called my landlord to help rectify the situation, got testing done incredibly fast, sent emails so I was educated on what I was dealing with, sent texts to make sure I knew each step of what was happening. Do yourself a favor and call them, I'm so incredibly grateful for not only the service but the care they showed.

FI would stay away from ZZone Construction. I had a horrible experience with them. Not even a year later, I needed the whole part of it redone because they didn't do it with quality parts the first time. They said the paint in the deck should last 3 or 4 years but it couldn't even make it to 12 months. When they did do it, they didn't pick up all of their materials. There were roof tacks all over my yard. I have dogs and it was just a nightmare. These guys are really terrible. It was awful. It didn't hold up. It leaked in some parts in the next year. It got them six months to fix their mistake.
