I needed several services performed for my home remodel, and was so happy to find T&S Investments. Their work was impeccable and they responded to my questions and concerns in a timely matter. They really helped turn my home remodel into the vision that I had in mind. I would recommend them to anyone looking for home construction and remodeling services!

    One Source Remodeling LC
We hired One source remodeling to complete a full remodel of our shower and 4 restrooms. Our experience with Ray (the owner) and his crew of subcontractors was terrible. Once source remodel utilizes a different unexperienced and unprofessional subcontractors. We had multiple issues from our shower glass ordered incorrectly, resulting in us not having a fully functional shower for weeks, plumbing issues, and extremely poor communication. Ray the owner leaves everything in hands of his subcontractors who show up late, or dont show up at all. Once our remodel was completed he never came back to do a post sale inspection to check on the work. We had to call him multiple times and we received excuse after excuse and months later we still havent had all the issues resolved. His subcontractors talk about how bad One source remodeling is and how Ray is unexperienced. For example he measured our glass incorrectly, left our faucet unaligned, made a mess in our ceiling, didnt caulk several areas of the restroom. When brought up to Ray he said he was in Florida and would take care of it personally. Six weeks latter hes still on vacation and he cant take care of it. I had to dispute the last payment with American Express as he never took care of the last details after he received payment 2 months in advance. Do not hire this company unless you want a bunch of excuses and lies. He comes in his van and presents well but hands off the work to sloppy subcontrators. Thank you Ben

Cook Remodeling & Custom Construction Inc
I am very pleased with the work. It was my first remodel and the Cook employees walked me through every step. They were meticulous about the work and made sure everything was installed properly and all faucets/showerheads hooked up and working properly.

    Regal Bath & Kitchens
We were very pleased with Jim and his team. JIm is a professional and does what he says he's going to do. His crew was always on time, and when an obstacle arose they recognized it right away and made it right without being asked. The team was very neat with their work and left each day having cleaned the room thoroughly. I highly recommend!

    Regal Bath & Kitchens
We received a reasonable quote from Rich for the tile shower and frameless glass door, and scheduled the work. Mike and Brad came out on the day and time expected, and proceeded with the labor intensive work of removing our old shower, and installing everything to make our new shower (with a bench and niche) an inviting and water tight area. They were very professional, courteous, and were very meticulous. What else can you ask for when you have guys working inside of your house for several days? :) They did a fantastic job of cleaning up the work and traffic areas each day before the left, which made the whole process much more bearable. Once the tile work was done, the glass guy came out to measure. There was a 10 day waiting period while the glass was cut. There was an error made, and the glass door was about 3/16" too wide to fit properly. The glass installers said that they could make it work, but it wouldn't be right, so.... we waited another week while a new and very slightly narrower door was made. We were happy to wait instead of having a shower door that wasn't quite right. Overall, the install took longer than anticipated, but the results are well worth the wait! The workmanship is fantastic, and Rich and the team have been easy to work with throughout the process.

    Regal Bath & Kitchens
Everything went very smoothly, and the provider was extremely professional and also, which is a HUGE plus in my book, friendly/personable. I would recommend Regal to anyone. In addition, since the provider also does Bath, he was gracisous with his time line to review with me possible new updates for my bathroom, ( per ,my request). I felt this was a great customer service add on !

    Regal Bath & Kitchens
Jim did a wonderful job. He was able to fit us into his schedule relatively quickly after initially quoting out the work to be performed. The installer was on time and did the work all on the same day. Jim also patched some dry wall that I had been meaning to repair. All in all it has been a pleasure working with Jim and will be working with him with other various house projects we have been planning.

    Regal Bath & Kitchens
From the moment we contacted Regal Bath and Kitchen, we were treated with utmost professionalism and sincerity. Jim, owner, was super awesome to work with. He listened to our needs and wants and got every little detail. Even after the contract was drawn, we went back with a couple changes and additions and every time Jim was always very accommodating. The team who worked on the bathroom was great as well - very professional, talented and diligent. As with any renovation, we had a couple bumps along the way with design challenges, etc. but we always felt that our happiness was the top priority at the end of the day. We would HIGHLY recommend Regal Bath and Kitchen for your next project.

    Regal Bath & Kitchens
Regal were amazing. They did high quality work for a fair price. They showed up on time, every time and worked clean. Every promise was kept, communication was fantastic and they were a pleasure to have in our home. I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone who is considering a remodel. We love our new bathrooms and won't hesitate to hire Regal for future projects. Special shout out to Rich, Jesus and Chris!!!

    KIERAN BROTHERS KITCHEN & BATH
The start of the job went well with the estimate, ordering cabinets, etc. The first week of work went well with the demolition. Then in the 2nd week and onward they would not show up daily and when someone came it was for 3 or 4 hours only. This became bothersome.  Difficulties noted: they had a serious labor problem with people quitting and doing the work incorrectly. The back splash tile had to be redone 3 times, their shower door contracted company installed bathtub doors incorrectly and they had to be redone, the painting had to be redone as the wood surfaces were not scraped prior to painting. I only got prompt service when I became demanding that the job was done correctly, wouldn't take their excuses, and send daily letters to the the owner and foreman with punch list items. Unfortunately, I had to take off work to supervise the end of the project. The job took 6 weeks longer than estimated. Excellence noted: the electrician was superb, the plumber excellent, and Joe fixed tile that needed to be redone. The contractor was responsive but clearly juggling too many projects with griping customers. The house looks beautiful, but after 3 months post-completion, some concerns appear -  grout is cracking or coming out on some areas and paint touch ups are needed in several areas.  I think the owners and foremen have good intentions, but the the company has a serious labor problem and they have too many jobs they juggle. Would advise hiring someone else to do your remodeling who has a stable work crew, will adhere to the schedule, and does quality work the first time.
