  • They came, and picked the car up. They then dropped us off, and picked us up when it was done. We did not have to do anything. Everything was blended in perfectly with the bumper. This was our first time using this company, and would highly recommend them. I was so grateful, I even sent them a thank you note. They deserved it to the highest.

  • I had the unfortunate situation of hitting a tractor trailer truck on the highway (don't ask!).   The front, side and back of my Ram 2500 were essentially demolished.  I contacted Dale and he immediately had a truck over to tow my vehicle to the shop.  The work itself took quite a while (back ordered parts from dodge) but the results were beautiful!  Truly, it was a brand new truck!  More than that, Dale helped with other items which had nothing to do with the accident.  Dale was honest, experienced and I like that he is a family run business.  His work is excellent and they treated me like a real person, not some number like other auto shops do.
I will definitely use them again, but hopefully I won't need to!

  • Picked up vehicle. Hood was misaligned, Gerber Mgr claimed that it should not have been touched. Tech took truck back and spent an hour fixing it.....all this after vehicle was prepped for owner!!
Drove home and the road noise thru and quot;thatand quot; door was noticeable. Took it back. On the next drive home the noise was still there.
    Unacceptable quality control.

  • Scott used to own shop..he was terrific. I was at first nervous when I found out a new person bought this shop (Ray), however I was super pleasantly surprised as to how nice, polite, professional, efficient and FAIR he was on the price. It's like Scott in another person's body..no need to worry, you will get treated fairly here and car will be well cared for. {Ray even went so far as to listen to different parts of the engine, housings, etc..with a stethoscope to ensure nothing was loose, etc..)..all was fine, I was not oversold on ANYTHING.
I have several friends, family members and neighbors with BMWs and I will definitely refer them to Ray!
FYI, Doris the office gal is super nice and efficient too..great combo!

  • We made arrangements for the work to be done the following Wednesday at 11:30. Dave, the technician, called on the scheduled day and said he would be here at 12:30. He arrived, I showed him the car, and he stated "I'll do my best". I was immediately a little nervous. I said, "Your best? John said everything would look great; undetectable". Dave said, "John is new to this business, he really doesn't know what he's talking about all the time". He then assured me his best would probably be good enough. I let it go knowing the company had a customer satisfaction guarantee. I left him to his work. I heard a knock at the door 10 minutes later, with Dave asking to see me outside. He showed me the bumper and said that it could not be repaired, it had to be replaced completely. Once explained, I asked him why John had not just stated that from the beginning, Dave answered that John lacked the experience to fully assess damage and usually priced jobs incorrectly. He stated John had only been in the business 8 months. Dave then called John and explained the situation. It was decided that Collision On Wheels would obtain a new bumper, at full cost to me, and an additional $50 to paint and install it. They quoted me $390 for the new bumper. Dave said John wanted to pass along the bumper to me at his cost because, and I quote, "I was such a nice lady". They also offered to paint it at their warehouse, bring it to my house the next Tuesday and then fix the dents. I asked Dave if considering they were not doing any repair whatsoever on the new bumper, was the price still a value? He stated that the job was underpriced and that despite him telling John several times to increase pricing, he just didn't understand the work involved in the repairs. He left stating they would order the bumper and be back. I gave my email address so John could send over a change order. I never received a change order, or a phone call that day. When John called the next day he seemed angry and kept saying "I'm the big boss, what I say goes". I wasn't clear on what we were arguing about, asked him to clarify, but all he would say was that if he did the job at the price he quoted, he would lose money. I tried telling him I would pay whatever difference he wanted, and that I wasn't the one who named the price, he was. He kept cutting me off, repeating that he was the "big boss" and not Dave, and to forget I ever met him. He then yelled into the phone, "I don't want this job!" and hung up. I called back asking him to call me and explain his behavior and hostility; no response yet. I can only guess as to what happened to make John so hostile and unprofessional. I imagine Dave got scared I would tell John all the things he said about his boss, so he thought he would mitigate the damage by telling John I had questioned his pricing and experience. John stated he was a new business owner, and as a new business owner, should not jump to conclusions.

  • 2004 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY LXI WAS IN AN ACCIDENT. I TOOK MY VAN TO AUTO BODY WORLD FOR REPAIR. I WAS TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED. NOT ONLY DID IT TAKE 4 WEEKS LONGER THAN THEY HAD ORIGINALLY ESTIMATED, BUT THEY WERE TERRIBLE AT COMMUNICATING AND UPDATING ME ON THE STATUS. I WOULD CALL REPEATEDLY, BEFORE THEY WOULD RETURN MY CALLS. HEN I FINALLY PICKED UP THE VAN, THERE WERE NUMEROUS QUALITY PROBLEMS (BUMPER NOT SCREWED ON, BACK INSIDE PANEL FELL OFF WHEN I OPENED THE TAILGATE, PARTS OF THE PAINT JOB NEEDED TO BE REDONE, LOWER FRONT BUMPER WASN'T EVEN PAINTED, ETC). I CAN ONLY HOPE THEIR MECHANICAL WORK IS BETTER THAN THEIR BODY WORK (BUT AT LEAST MY VAN IS STILL UNDER MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY). I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYBODY, FOR ANY REASON.
