  • They told me how to keep the pool clean. I used them for years. The people that they sent were really good. I had an unlicensed person come in and do some work and screwed it all up. Paddock came in and in half a day had it all re-plumbed and fixed. They were really good as far as I was concerned. They had problems in the quality of their construction, but what they did for me was not construction. They are pretty much out of business according to the newspaper. I called them once and got an answering machine, they didn't return my call.

  • For the initial meeting at their Mesa office Bill was late. He apologized for not being good with the drawing software he was using to develop the design for us. When he did get finished, the design met our desires and the proposed cost; while seeming a bit high, was agreed to the price. Bill turned out to be VERY hard to get hold of after the agreement was signed and constantly told us lies about delivery on multiple issues. He also kept changing the price on requested change items.

    The majority of the rest of the folks we dealt with were very nice and enjoyable to working with. The biggest negative was communication, I feel that if I hadn't constantly pushed with calls and emails, the project would have taken longer than the two and a half months it did take, my 20 years of construction management helped considerably. On day one I requested a schedule and NEVER got one. It's hard to hold them to a non-commitment.

    If you choose to use Cameo, get a signed schedule before you sign the contract and I would not recommend Bill being involved.

    I'm not saying or implying to not use Cameo, The end result is fantastic and we are enjoying our pool and yard immensely. Just keep my comments in mind.

    We are having a second pool installed and will consider Cameo, but without Bill and we will insist on some added contract terms.

  • We have been using Norris since 2007. But the past year, the service has become less reliable, timely and does not provide all things needed during a standard service visit, such as cleaning out strainers. But the biggest issue was after we purchased a spa from them, which according to their agreement would also be serviced during a standard pool maintenance visit. They also agree to warranty the spa for 5 years. This has proven to not be done. Water chemistry issues caused leaking seals, which they repaired the first time for free a year ago. In January it was discovered the jets were corroding. It was brought to their attention that at least 4 must be replaced. It is April and even after a followup with them every two weeks since January, the jets never were successfully sourced, nor installed. I learned that the spa builder, which is the brand they sell in their store, was never contacted. The spa builder, Baja, provided a service visit and to correct all of the known issues and additional unknown issues; seized high volume pump, leaking light lenses, bad heater element and of course the jets, cost nearly $700. I am not happy and will be using another service company.

  •  I recently called Arizona Mirage for pool filter and Pump repair. Brian went the extra mile and had a warranty issue resolved on a very timely basis with Hayward  corp. In addition a service change of new pool filter done by Bryce was done quickly and  responsibly. I am always very happy to be able to call a service provider that I trust and provides a competent and well valued service, . Joe arena

  • They're reasonable. When they clean the filter, it's a little bit higher but they only do that once a year. It's a rental property and the tenants tell us how clean he keeps the pool all the time. We've never had any complaints or problems with the tenants and they use the pool all the time.

  • We had been having problems with our salt system for months. We had gone through the hoops with tech support but still no luck. This was a salt system that had been in use and running for about three years. Les from HydroBlue Pools came out to our site and within about twenty minutes identified the problem. He gave us a couple of options and in a matter of a few days we were up and running again. In addition Les also gave us a tutorial so that we had a better understanding of how to work with the salt system. Les is extremely knowledgeable and was a big help to us. From now on he is our go to guy!

  • The price was very reasonable. The job went perfect overall. They were quick, responsive and got the job done on time like they said they would. They didn?t go over budget. They paid attention to detail and did a good job. They used the right materials and the end product was what we expected.
