  • It went very well and I highly recommend 3 Nails Contracting. This isn't the first time I have used them and I will continue to in the future. Toro is honest, hardworking does solid repairs and cleans up the whole area afterwards.

  • I called and spoke with Bill about installing cabinets that had been removed from our old office by someone else. We set a date and time and he was there on time as promised. He did a great job of installing them even though they had some damage from being taken down by the other person. He had a great idea on how to arrange them and made them look great. I still can't find where thy had been previously damaged. We just purchased a home in the area and plan to use Bill again soon for our kitchen.

  • The work was finished to our satisfaction but it was a struggle to have Dana reply to us once the estimate was given.  No return phone calls, as we tried to reach him.  No business card with a name and contact number. Estimate form without a company name and phone number.  When I finally did get in touch with Dana to say he had one more chance to do the work or we would move on, he quickly apologized and set a date to do the crown molding.  The work was finished but proffesional appearance and attitude was lacking by both service reps.  Dana, never use your work vehicle for any reason whether a quick estimate or scheduled work.  The fluid leakage is too much for any housewife to see on her driveway. Also, when asked to get a paid receipt it seemed Dana was not used to doing that.  He did give a mailer postcard to us with his name and phone number but the ROC number did not match up to his business.  I doubt that he is a licensed contractor.
Angie how come the big "A" rating next to his DEAL?  Very misleading.

  • The existing angled ladder went to the floor and would not allow the trundle drawer to open. The ladder was a terrible design which has since been discontinued. Jim was able to shorten the ladder and secure it to the top of the bottom bed frame. I called him to set up an appointment. He was in the area and stopped by and redid the ladder in the same visit. The bed was only 2 years old and I was not able to find a modified ladder for it anywhere. Jim charged me about the same as a replacement ladder would cost... and it matches and looks fabulous. He even took all of the old ladder scraps and made wooden train track risers for my grandson's Thomas the Train set. He showed me pictures of other projects that he has done. The man in very creative and professional. I would recommend him without any reservations!!

  • We have been satisfied with our dealings with the Handyman Connection, from initial contact through estimate process to completion of the work. There is clarity about when someone is coming, who it will be, how long the work will take, no surprises about final cost, and professional invoicing.

  • We had to repaint most of our home's exterior because of faulty paint and poor workmanship by another contractor, four years prior. The paint manufacturer provided us with sufficient product to repaint the defective areas, but we needed a new painter to provide the labor necessary to do the job. We first contacted High Desert Home (Randall Hinrichs), which we found on Angie's List. Randall responded promptly to our telephone call. He felt that the job was too large for one person to complete efficiently, and he suggested the possibility of doing the job together with Carefree Painting, with whom he has worked before. Their bid for the job was lower than two others we received, yet we were impressed with their courtesy and professionalism. They completed the job within the time alloted, and they were meticulous in their work. They responded cheerfully to every request we made. They were as fussy about the details as we were. This was by far the best painting experience we ever had.
