AMatthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

AAt first I was a little hesitant being I have always gone to the office of an eye Dr. instead of online. I can’t say enough good things about ReplaceAlens. Alex & team didn’t hesitate to do whatever was needed to make be a believer & THEY WERE AWESOME! Alex told me what they would do & leave the results up to me. I had a very nice pair of eye frames I hated to part with, They explained the process in a very easy way that I could understand. I basically forgot about my glasses. They came in the mail today. I put them on & was BLOWN AWAY! My vision is perfect & I mean PERFECT! That went exactly off my new prescription & did an outstanding job. I won’t hesitate to use them again! AWe had been using another optometrist & optician. After my wife had eye surgery she went to the other optometrist who said he could not provide a correction for her left eye which had the surgery. During a follow-up visit to the surgeon in Tucson we had the optometrist in that office test her eyes and write a new prescription. So we looked for a new optician (and optometrist) in our area. After reading reviews, websites, and phone calls, we decided to try Hill's Optical. We were helped by Thomas Hill who is third generation of the family. He is quite young and as we later found out has just recently finished his apprenticeship. However, he is extremely knowledgeable and attentive to details. He did a very thorough job of first evaluating her current glasses, measuring, checking if the new prescription made sense, and fitting the new frames and lenses. Because her correction is very comples, the glasses could not be made immidiately. Less than a week later we go a call that the glasses were ready. When we went in to the store, Robert Hill (middle generation) helped us with the final fitting. Due largely to their attention to detail, my wife's glasses are the best she has had in years.

AAfter joining the plan, I contacted one of their in-network dentist and scheduled my appointment. IT was very easy and straight forward since I knew upfront how much I will be saving at the dentist by using their member procedure fee schedule. For someone without a dental coverage this is a very good alternative to insurance since they don't have per-exisitng conditions limitations.

AI am supposed to see Dr. Brian A. Michaels today. His staff is nice. He is thorough when he gives you an exam. He did a good job. His staff helped me pick up glasses and the glasses were ready before they said they would be. My husband also went to them recently and he was happy.

AGreat! Dr. Paula Peterson has been my eye Doctor for years. I see her through Arizona Optical offices. She does my annual exams and tests for Glaucoma and other conditions with several different machines each time. She also did a recent test, since I am in my fifties now, that displays your eyeball and the inside of it on a computer screen - don't know what this one is called. Recently, I lost my good reading glasses and needed to get a replacement while traveling. I was at a Costco location and I called them long distance and they pulled my records and called the Costco location direct and provided my prescription over the phone. I was able to get a replacement pair made while traveling. Dr. Peterson has the most pleasant manner and a fun way of teaching you about your eyes and how they function and especially what they do as we age!

ANorthland Eye CareMy rimless glasses popped a lense. Being new to the Flagstaff area, I visited the provider nearest me for help. Not only did they install a new plastic piece to hold the lense in place, but put in new nose cushions (the old were worn thin) for a cost of $10. I was especially pleased because the receptionist was was very busy at the time and yet the wait was relatively short - about half an hour.- Lynne B.

AMallavia, Dr. DavidBeginning with hte appointment, I was able to get in quickly (within a week). The doctor had an elderly couple who arrived unexpectedly looking for help with a prescription. The doctor personally asked me if he could assist the couple and thanked me when I agreed to let him talk with them, delaying my appointment. While we were late getting started, I never felt like Dr. Mallavia rushed. He performed the exam, answered my questions and then facilitated the remainder of my appointment with the support staff (choosing glasses). I was told my glasses (both regular and prescrption sunglasses) would take about a week to get it. However, three days later I received a call that both glasses were ready. The glasses were exactly what I had ordered. The office also processed my insurance paperwork efficiently.- Barbara D.
