    THE TECHNICIAN FROM “REINKE AIR” WAS GREAT. HE WAS TIMLEY, PROFESSIONAL, RESOLVED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY AND WAS FRIENDLY. I HAD TO HIRE HIM BECAUSE “CHOICE WARRANTY “ WAS UNABLE TO FIND SOMEONE TO PERFORM THE NEEDED REPAIRS. THE PROCESS FOR HIRING YOUR OWN CONTRACTOR AND THEN BILLING “ CHOICE WARRANTY “ WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING. DUE TO THE 120 DEGREE WEATHER, AND THE INSIDE OF THE RESIDENCE BEING 105 DEGREES, I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT THE REST OF THE APPLIANCES, FURNITURE ETC. INSIDE THAT MIGHT BE HEAT DAMAGED. CHOICE WARRANTY, REQUIRES PHOTOS AS WELL AS A REPAIR ORDER BE SENT TO THEM FOR APPROVAL PRIOR TO WORK BEING DONE. REINKE AIR TOLD ME AHEAD OF TIME THEY WILL NOT DO ANY OF THIS DUE TO PREVIOUS NEGATIVE ENCOUNTERS WITH HOME WARRANTY COMPANIES. NOT WANTING TO DELAY THE REPAIR I TRIED CONTACTING CHOICE WARRANTY A COUPLE OF DAYS PRIOR TO THE REPAIR TO STREAMLINE THE APPROVAL PROCESS. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS INSTEAD I WAS TOLD TO FOLLOW THE APPROVAL PROCESS, WHICH WAS THE REASON I HAD QUESTIONS IN THE FIRST PLACE, THAT NEEDED TO BE ANSWERED. ALL AIR CONDITIONING COMPANIES IN THE AREA ARE VERY BUSY RIGHT NOW SO I WENT AHEAD WITH THE APPOINTMENT AND WAS VERY GRATEFUL THAT IT WAS ONLY A BLOWN FUSE. THE TOTAL BILL WAS 95$. TRYING TO GET MY 10$ BACK FROM CHOICE WARRANTY WILL NOT DO MY BLOOD PRESSURE ANY GOOD BUT THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE MAKES ME QUESTION WEATHER HAVING THIS “COVERAGE” IS WORTHWHILE.

    I took my TV into Rush repair and explained that the screen went black and I couldn’t get it back on. There was no red light. The part was ordered and installed and I picked up my TV a few days later. When I got home I set it up turned it on and watch TV, about 2 1/2 hours later it went black again. So I took it back to Rush Repair. I said he should probably leave the TV on for a while to see if it does it again. Mind you I’m 5 foot three trying to carry a 50 inch TV back and forth. So I called Jason told him what happened and he said it was probably a faulty part. So I took the TV back and he ordered the part. About four days later he called me and told me that he left the TV on after he installed the new part and it did the same thing. I was disappointed that it couldn’t be fixed. I told him I have two other Samsung TVs and they keep going black or the sound doesn’t work at times. Oh that I called Samsung and they had me to go through an bunch of stuff to the TV and it still does it. Jason was very kind and asked me if I wanted the TV back. I told him no that he could have it or just get rid of it. He then told me that he would have my money available if I wanted to pick it up. I was only charge $25 for all that. I could not believe it. I would definitely take an appliance or TV or whatever he repairs to be repaired.

    I had only been here a month or so when the dryer went and I couldn't close the garage door as the dryer stuck out. Luckily I found Rick at Pennies Appliance Service. .  He was here within minutes after bring called and worked several  hours on moving/switching  the dryer with the washer. He didn't leave until everything was like new. He is the best.

    I called while my dryer was running and right away he could identify that something was wrong. He asked when he could come over. I was amazed that he asked when it would be good for me instead of starting the conversation with his next available date. On the day we had set, he arrived on time and was dressed professionally. As he looked at the dryer (that may I say had been causig us headaches for months), he first found out what the sound was. Apparently, it was two metal pieces rubbing together. He told me that the part would cost around $50, and that he had it in his truck if we wanted to replace it now (which we did). He replaced the part and moved onto a second problem we had... the heating element. We were thinking we would have to replace the heating element, but what had actually happened was lint had clogged up the dryer and blocked the heat from drying to the clothes. That was what we asked him to come and estimate us on and he fixed it as well. But, in addition, we had jimmy-rigged our door to stay shut because the latch had broke. He then looked at it and fixed that as well. So, we got the dryer to dry quiety and the door to stay shut on it too. The dryer itself is worth nearly $150, and we paid $55 to get it fixed. I was pleased with the work, the service, the responsiveness. I would reccomend him to anyone who needed an appliance fixed.

    WE CALLED A LITTLE BEFORE 5:00 P.M. ON A FRIDAY ASKING IF THEY HAD THE PART TO THE WASHER WE NEEDED.THEY SAID THEY DID AND THAT THEY WOULD BE OVER TO OUR HOUSE IN ABOUT TWENTY MINUTES, IT ONLY TOOK THEM 10 MINUTES. THE PRICE FOR THE PART WAS CHEAPER THAN ANYWHERE ELSE NOT TO MENTION INSTALLATION WAS INCLUDED! HE REPLACED AND INSTALLED THE PART IN A TIMELY MANNER AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.

    Excellent! The call was made at about 2pm to Pennies that our dishwasher would not drain. By 3:30pm, Rick was here and by 4:30pm he had not only fixed the problem, but he had also fixed another problem that I thought I might have to deal with forever. The builder of the home did not attach the dishwasher to the granite countertop in fear that the granite would crack, so the dishwasher would move annoyingly around. Rick screwed the dishwasher in place in the sides, and my problem that I thought would be forever was also fixed. What an awesome guy! He went above and beyond anything I expected. And who would have thought that it would be fixed on the same day I called, and within an hour. He will definitely be the first person I call for any further appliance problems. Thank you Pennies! :) (I cannot give a price for the work because it was paid by my property managment company)
