  • The installation went smooth. The water tastes great. I like the no maintenance on the system and low cost of the less expensive detergents we can now use. My wife loves the ease of cleaning the shower - no water spots. Every time we see them at the home show we stop by and say "Hello" and encourage any of the potential customers at the booth to give them a try.

  • We spoke with Frank over the phone to clarify what our needs were in replacing our old R/O system.  Not only did he answer our questions in a professional manner he explained very thoroughly what the process would be.  He was easy to understand, very polite and did not try to oversell us.  Talon, the installer arrived on time.  He was extremely polite and knowledgeable also. He explained what he was doing and also answered all our questions.  The installation was quick and Talon made sure everything was working before he left.  He was also very neat and there was not a drop of water anywhere.  He was amazing!

  • l valves for both bathrooms. He did his best presentation to sell me a water heater, water softener and and all on/off valves for both bathrooms and kitchen.  Even though I did mention some had been replaced recently but two (not 6) needed replacement.
    I then called a local plumber who I had dealt with before.  He came did a much more thorough inspection and said yes I needed two valves replaced.  $150 not $450.
    The problem with the water heater was the anode rod $35 not $899.
    And if I wanted a water softener, then about $500-899 not  $1700 but most problems would be solved by anode rod.
    This is the first bad review I have given on Angie's and I hope the last.

  • Johnny was friendly and approachable.  He took ownership of changing the connection so it was up to code.  He gave us directions to drain the tan, even providing the exact times.  He asked if we had any questions.

  • The technician did a thorough job with the a/c and then offered to do a system check on the water softener system without charge.  There was no attempt to "up charge" and gladly, everything check out.  I highly recommend Parker and Son's for air conditioning service.

  • My daughter had put her toys down the toilet so I called to get the toilet flushing again. While they were there I asked the gentleman to repair a leak under the bathroom sink and if he could connect my RO system to the fridge ice maker. They were friendly and did the work for the price quoted. I would use them again if I needed to. My landlord reimbursed me for part of the repairs and they thought the prices were good comparing to other companies.

  • Mark did a fine job. He first tested my water for hardness, then he looked at my water softner and found out it's undersized. He also found that the plumber that installed it had it set for 35 grains of hardness, my well watter is 150 grains of hardess. He increases my softner to it's maximum of 99 grains, and will send me a quote for a softner that is sixed right for my house.

  • Jose, Felix and Angel arrived as scheduled and immediately set to work.  Their work was careful, considerate and most professional.  Following the installation, Jose gave us an orientation on the two systems and insured that we understood the nature of what had been installed, the service life, and the maintenance requirements for the systems.  When we first ordered our installation by phone, we were given the prices depending on the size of the house and number of people residing in the home.  We were never, at any time, pushed into something we really didn't need and we really appreciated that.  It was a pure pleasure dealing with American Home Water.  We feel you can definitely count on this company to perform excellent work and they sell superior products.  We would highly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing water systems for your home.

  • When last Roland, the owner, was here, he turned on our water softener (after originally telling us we'd need a new one without ever checking the bypass switch).  He added "Res Care" to it, also.  He took a look at the reverse osmosis system and said he'd send a technician out on Monday, who would call first.  Roland said the Res Care would be $17 and that cost would be added to Monday's bill.  He said the tech would add the same to the R.O. for another $17 and change filters for $40.  I should've gotten that in writing, because when the tech came today (without calling to give notice or make sure we were home, as promised), he charged us $80 for the filters.  When I inquired about the discrepancy, he said that's the price Roland told him to charge.  I had him call Roland.  Roland lied and said that he quoted me $80 and that I wrote it down.  I was holding my toddler son at the time of the quote, thus never wrote anything down anywhere.  It seems to me he's thinking of someone else, but either way, he charged us double and was completely unwilling to accept responsibility for his mistake or bring down the charge.  Never again.

  • Once he got to the house, he was able to diagnose my issue (after an initial misdiagnosis, but that was resolved, so all is well) and fix me right up.  Had that been it, he would've earned a B.  However, he was actually scheduled to come two days prior.  Initially, he gave me a time frame of 2-4 p.m.  By 4:45 p.m., he hadn't shown up, nor had I heard from him, so I called him.  He said he'd meant to call me and would be able to be there in another 45 minutes or so, because he was busy.  I would've completely understood had he called, but that I had to call to keep him accountable was unacceptable to me.
