    I am very satisfied with the services received. Was impressed with the communication and true concern this company has for their clients. They were always more then willing to do whatever needed done and the way their services are provided/offered are much different than any other in home elderly care company we interviewed. We are very happy with the service we have received. I noticed in reading other reviews that there is some confusion with the phone number. while I do have literature with the 335 5056 on it ( years old) The phone number changed in February to 520) 508-0620. You can always reach them through their website or email which is. aatrainhomesupportiveservices.com   or  aatraihss@yahoo.com . They will send you information about the company if you ask and are very prompt in doing so. We called on a Tuesday some time in the evening and someone was meeting with us on Thursday in our home. You will not be disappointed should you decide to use their service(s).

    Service that was performed for approx 3 years. provided services for my grandmother who had Alzheimer's. We began utilizing said services when she was mid range into this disease and ended them when my Grandmother passed away. In the beginning , AIHSS ( Aatra In Home Supportive Services) provided house keeping , transportation, cooking, assistance with bathing and sometimes toileting. At the end, my Grandmother was bed ridden and had been for almost a year. She had forgotten how to do just about everything. The services performed went far beyond my expectations. I have never seen such an attentive/caring company and the independent contractors they arranged for us to meet and ultimately hire, were just as caring and professional as the company. I would most definitely utilize this company again.

    She has been working for me forever and at least for the last 10 years. I used to pay her every time she came over. I now give her a monthly fee to come once a week. What I pay her hasn't changed in eight years. She is probably one of the most thorough and detail oriented people that I have known and I have ever met. She also works even better when you don't give her directions than when you give her directions. She does extraordinary things and you don't have to ask her. If she needs cleaning supplies or something like that, she will ask sometimes. Other times, she will just go ahead and get them. She usually used to ask me what I preferred and I told her that I didn't care. I told her to get whatever worked for her. So, she stopped asking. My overall experience with her has been excellent. Her price is fair. I don't have any idea as to what other people charge. I particularly don't know what the market is for those kinds of services. Her quality is superb. Her responsiveness is excellent. I am very pleased with her. She is hardly ever late and she never skips. When she does, she makes arrangements to make it up. Her professionalism is excellent as well. I would use her services in the future too.

    Provided in home assistive services which in included a care provider 24 hours per day. I was very surprised @ the love & care we received. We had delt with many other companies and have never received the professionalism and true caring individuals that we found with this service. They went out of their way to help me when I needed it. When asked above how much money I spent, I could only put in the $3200. This amount was for the entire month. We utilized Aatra's services for almost 3 years ( from Jan 2007 - April 2010 ). Had my Husband not passed & if I were still in need of their service, I would still be a client.The whole experience was great and I would recommend this service to anyone who is looking for a truly caring company.

    They provided me with House keeping and personal care assistance. I needed help with bathing, dressing, meal prep and cleaning for about 4 months( 5/1022- 9/2011).  The experience I had with this agency went far beyond what I had expected. I had delt with another agency in the past  and had been very unhappy so I was leery about having other providers in my home. Aatra has a way  they approach clients and provide their services that is something I have never witnessed before.  The contract provided was very precise and left no room for  "misunderstandings". Everything, exactly as we discussed it was preformed just as agreed.  Just for everyone's information: The phone # listed by one reviewer is incorrect. The correct # as of this writing is 508-0620.. though I did call the other # in about February 2011 & although it was incorrect, it had been their # and a recording gave me the 508 #. Thought that might be helpful for people to know.  Dont take my word for anything, give them a try & find out for yourself, in my opinion- you wont regret it.  -Kathe Larson- Sierra Vista, AZ.

    November 2009 was the last day services were performed. I utilized their services for almost 2 years. If I still had a need, I would still be using the service. The prices are very reasonable & the providers I dealt with are very nice and professional. The office personnel were always kind. I would definitely recommend this business. I did notice that this website said that the phone # for Aatra is incorrect , but it is not. The phone # is 520-335-5057.

    I use Bright Star every day but sometimes the caregivers are called at the last minute to come. Bright Star posted incorrect medications on the cabinet in my room. I'm not sure if I'd use them in the future.

    My wife has recently been experiencing poor health, additionally, she cannot move around the house very well, thus she needs help. AristoCare promised this service; AristoCare sent out a nurse to interview my wife, (Linda), was her name, to determine her needs. Linda was nice enough and very professional in her assessment of the situation. We basically needed someone to clean for a couple hours and assist my wife in sitting, if necessary. Linda informed my wife that AristoCare did not accept cash and took my wife?s credit card number, and promised that she would be contacted to set up an appointment for the next day, as soon as she got back to the office. Well to shorten this up, she took our credit card number quick enough, and then we did not here another word from AristoCare. I did some research and could not find their license number, or if they used E-Verify, these items should be clearly published on their propaganda. The next day I canceled my credit card and called the company to inform them we do not do business with a company that cannot follow-through with their promises. I would not use this company in the future, and will pursue other arrangement for my wife.

    The overall experience we have had is less than desirable. the provider they sent was given specific instructions which were simply: Assist with shower. Prepare breakfast, dust, vacuum, and clean the 2 bathrooms.The shower takes all of 5 minutes to finish. He lives in an ok sized 2 bedroom apartment in which only 1 bedroom is used. 1 bathroom is used for showering ( step in shower) and the other is used by the client during the day.  As far as cleaning,ALL the provider needed to do was to empty the trash in 1 bathroom wipe down the counters in both bathrooms, clean the toilets & mop the floor in the  * very small* bathroom 's, vacuum one bedroom-hallway and living room.Change the linens 1X per WEEK &  Dust. The bed  linens have NEVER been changed by provider.. the pillow cases have been changed 3 times.  The dusting has been done 2 times . The trash has been emptied on occasion. the showers that are suppose to be given daily- are NOT. She makes breakfast & leaves the mess. She has taken the client out without notification to the Family . She is suppose to be @ the clients house @ a certain time & although she may be there @ that time- she very often leaves way before she is suppose to, while the company continues to be paid for the "hour" she is to be there- but clearly is not.. All of the above has occurred in a 6 month period.  We have contacted the office with our concerns & of course have been promised that thing would change....  yet, to this day same ole crap! On Thursday of last week ( 9/29) I was just fed up with all the mess after the provider once again did something VERY inappropriate ( wont mention what ) so I called the office on Wilcox and let them know what she had done & that I had let things go time & time again with her because the company had promised over & over that things would be fixed, but I that I was more than DONE with that provider and tht they needed to provide another provider. They asked if they could wait until Monday to send a new provider. I agreed. Monday came & went- NO provider. Tuesday came & went NO provider. This client NEEDS help bathing and Accentcare ONCE AGAIN dropped the ball & has proven themselves to be nothing short of unprofessional .  Let me add that the BENSON, AZ office has no better professionalism . Call that office & RUDE is a nice word for what you may encounter.  It is sucha  shame that these types of agencies are out there as they give the others that are very professional & caring a bad name - solely because it  is the same type of business. SHAME on you ACCENT CARE & ALL others like you.
