    Nichole was able to find a carrier for me in a week during their busy moving season. I am very happy with the carrier. They communicated well with me about the arrival time and the location to meet. When they were delayed they also notified me in time. It took only 3 days for this cross country drive. The most important is that there was no surprise at the delivery. No damages. No extra charges. I like their fixed fee and no hidden costs.

    Jim arrived as scheduled to measure the windows and provide an estimate.  He said it would take 7 to 10 days to fabricate the screens.  He called 6 days later and said the screens were ready for installation.  He came the next day to install the screens.  Two screens were mis-measured.  He called his shop, gave them the corrected dimensions, and returned 2 hours later with the proper screens.  The installation was professional and the screens look great.  They significantly reduce the solar heat and glare, especially on our west facing windows.

    They didn't charge him anything; he has two free ones. They even fixed a little problem and didn't charge us anything. They are very professional. They go beyond expectations. We dropped it (the car) off and we weren't in a hurry -- we were taking a trip -- so it took about three hours for them to complete the work. The workers and salespeople we came in contact with were very courteous and very helpful. The hitch was not working. They found the problem, fixed it and didn't charge us for it.

    It was a great experience.  They're good people.  The price was alright I guess.  My husband handled it. I didn't.  We like the vehicle, it's a good car.  I didn't come into contact with any employees, my husband did it, but he relies on them.  The best thing is the dealership is located in town.  They don't upsell me on anything.  The vehicle is a convenient vehicle.  We like it.

    They were great. When I stopped at their office, they immediately called my insurance company. In a few minutes we had the insurance authorization and the appointment scheduled. The appointment lasted shorter then quoted and the new windshield was great. They even moved my oil change reminder sticker to my new windshield!

    i started repairing a valve body out of a 93 Ford Explorer. The instructions for the valve kit said to get an additional check ball to complete the repairs. The kit did not come with the check ball and I could not find it anywhere. I finally called Quality Transmissions and they said they would give it to me. I sent my wife to pick it up and they were very friendly to her. The next day, I needed help getting a valve unstuck and they said to ring it in. They were very busy but still got to my valve body that afternoon. The tech removed the bad valve and found me a replacement and cleaned the whole thing. He only charged me $40. I had several other questions during my project and each time I called, they were helpful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. At no point in time did they ever ask me to bring the truck in and they never tried to get more money out of me (you know, like most auto shops). Once, I heard the shop owner on the phone with a customer who had a VW. Without looking at a service manual or consulting Google, he explained in detail how to service the man's transmission. This shop is full of professionals who want to help you, not charge you more than it's worth.

    They are very professional and they are absolutely the best mechanics. They have a very good reputation here. They check up on us after having got any work done there. They call like about a week or two later and make sure that everything is alright and that we are satisfied with the work. They are very good about being punctual.
